Ever since birth Levi has always been a curious individual, a restless spirit with the desire to know the “what” and “why” of the “who”, with bits of “when” and “where” thrown in for good measure. The immediately noticeable feature of Levi’s is that he always seems to have a smile on his face, whether it is mischievous, wicked, or genuinely cheerful. Levi heavily enjoys the reactions he can get out of the people around him but also prefers to be an observer, only lightly stoking the fire so that he may watch it burn from a safe distance. Even during his human life, Levi was a boy who ran around trying to find interesting things to watch. The absence of a proper mother and father figure meant the orphan grew up on the streets and gained values that the other orphans around him had. Levi’s morality is twisted and he very heavily leans toward the Chaotic Neutral alignment. His most hated thing is being restricted by any means and sometimes he will break the rules around him just to assert his dominance over them.
While not a façade, Levi’s constantly smiling self isn’t entirely truthful. Deep down, one concept has resonated itself within the boy for his entire life: Loneliness. Not having parents meant he never got to experience their warmth, and every orphan in the orphanage he grew up in ignored him. He would have honestly preferred to have been bullied, rather than being subjected to the fate of obscurity. It wasn’t until Levi became a Bount and gained his Doll that he gained his first true friend. He has an almost psychotic obsession with his Doll and would probably lose all stability should anything happen to them. Having lived for over one hundred years has also taken its toll on Levi, because while he has been able to witness some pretty amazing things he has also witnessed his fair share of sadness. Any potential friends he tried to make he would outlive, and that’s not even including having to run or fight constantly against those that wished to exterminate him simply for being what he was.
This transfers into the last large aspect of Levi’s personality: His hatred toward Shinigami. Ever since becoming a Bount he has found himself at odds with the Shinigami that have attempted to hunt him down, which caused an in-battle personality to form itself. Within combat Levi finds himself to be a rather taunting and sadistic individual, relishing in the pain he causes others. This attaches to the side of him that enjoys seeing reactions from others, though this is far darker than his usual presentiment. There’s a twisted fascination in seeing how different people can bend, break, twist, contort, etc. It’s also important to note that Levi has a more innocent interest in human beings ever since he has no longer been one and that he does not seek combat out but rather releases his inhibitions whenever he is forced into a tense, combat heavy situation.
HISTORY
Born in the year 1863, Levi never knew his parents. They died when he was at a young age and he was dumped off into an orphanage in merry ol’ England, where nobody seemed to take much notice of him. Sure he was raised properly and he was told his first and last name, seeing as how his parents did at least exist, but beyond that he was robbed of the traditional fun kids in Victorian-era England might have found. Instead, Levi decided to occupy his time by being a statue in public areas. He would watch the other orphans and become fascinated in the way they acted and spoke among one another. Even when they would do wicked things, leaving the orphanage and attacking animals or robbing people of their food, Levi would stay silent. The threat of being beaten didn’t matter much to him, which caused him to gain a decent tolerance to pain early on in his childhood life.
As Levi got older and the years passed, he grew into a somewhat unremarkable teenage boy. Somewhere between his birth and seventeenth birthday, Levi had gained a fixation for ‘stoking the fire’ so to speak between two individuals to see how things would play out. He would do or say very small things to cause a tiny crack in the metaphorical dam and would sit in a tall tree as he watched the water metaphorically rush forward. One day, whilst wandering his way back home to the orphanage, he was caught in a large explosion that knocked him off his feet. He had never experienced this sort of thing before, and without realizing it he unintentionally absorbed the soul of the only other orphan in the immediate vicinity at the time. Startled and afraid, this would be the day that Levi would meet the one and only father figure in his life: A man who called himself ‘Josef.’ The man went on to explain what the Bount were, and over the next eight years would train and raise Levi as his own.
Unsurprisingly, Levi gained an unhealthy connection with the man and when he was around the physical age of twenty-three, in 1885, he was informed that he would cease aging from this point onward and was instructed to follow Josef back to the orphanage where he had grown up. There, he witnessed Josef slaughter a whole new group of orphans along with the adults in the area, and the twin Bount absorbed the souls that were left from this massacre. Instructing the young Levi, Josef would go on to show him the ritual required to summon a Doll. Asking about what a Doll was only had the elder man summon his own, a rather beautiful woman whom captivated Levi. The ritual was a success, though by the end of it the pair of Bount were attacked by a group of Shinigami sent to London due to having caught wind of Josef’s presence. Instructing him to flee with the Doll, Josef lost his life defending Levi’s departure and once again Levi would find himself alone in the world.
…Or would he? During the next three years Levi would grow closer to the Doll he had summoned, which had started out as a small little fairy-like being and was now a full, adult size. Levi saw the Doll as a close friend and, due to their shared interests in ‘watching the world burn’, so to speak, the pair gained a strong alliance that allowed them to strengthen their powers as time passed. From late 1885 to April of 1888, Levi would spend most of his time doing what he had done best earlier in his life: Provoking the people around him just barely so that he could see how they reacted and sometimes even scaring them by summoning his Doll. Levi also traveled the world, leaving his home of England and exploring various other countries. It was easy to hide his presence, seeing as how Josef had revealed to him numerous unique traits of their race which included the inability to be tracked spiritually, and if you ignored his unique choice in clothing he appeared to be a pretty ‘normal’ human. When he came back to England in April of 1888, Levi caught wind of a rumor that a mysterious individual was slaughtering prostitutes.
Naturally this wasn’t something he could ignore, and between April 1888 and February 1891 Levi would spend his time fairly interested in this individual whom would come to be known as Jack the Ripper. Though he was only a bystander, Levi witnessed many of the murders that occurred and would constantly discuss it alongside his Doll. When the killer’s spree finally died down, the next few years would consist of Levi having fun with his dealings with the Shinigami that hunted him and the wicked creatures, which he would learn later on were called Hollow, he either killed or carried on the oddest of conversations with. Currently Levi continues to travel the world, having gotten even stronger in combat and the use of his Doll and gotten closer personality-wise to the one friend he so unhealthily clings to. His fascination with humans has also grown substantially, so watch your step if he decides to find an interest in you… Because who knows what might come next?

Description: Taekwondo is the art of self-defense, and is one of the most common martial arts in the world. Taekwondo's main aspect is the emphasis on it's high kicks, which it is renowned for, a master of Taekwondo capable of hitting incredibly high axe kicks and breaking concrete on the bottom of their heel. Taekwondo, outside of it's high-kicks, acts as much more of a sport or fitness martial art, it's emphasis on the ability to stretch, flexibility, and physical form acts as much more of a sport rather then a full-fledged brutal style. Not to say it's weak, it's moreso that it's used mostly for athletic purposes.
The common practice for Taekwondo is to train in groups of ten to twenty, and is not that hard to find a dojo for. Often times, rather then physical punching, users of Taekwondo will focus on keeping a leg skywards, or kicking skywards, for prolonged periods of time. Sparring is common, but is much more focused around kicks against pads. Punching, in Taekwondo, isn't common, but is still touched upon, but not to much of an extent, and isn't often used in tournaments.
Name: Hosinsool [Self Defense] Class: Hand to Hand Technique. Tier: III. Type: Defensive. Range: Self.
Description: Hosinsool is the base of all self defense abilities for a taekwondo user. Most of these include blocks, disarms, and trips, but the core value is how to block onself from an oncoming ability. By taking up stance, a user of Taekwondo can block spiritual and physical abilities up to Tier III with their bare hands, which they proceed to break it apart with the flat of their palm in a thrust.

REIATSU FEATURES
Levi's reiatsu is a bright red color and tends to wrap around his body tightly. This occurs the same on his Doll.
Hephaestus is extremely similar to Levi in the fact that they both enjoy seeing reactions from others. Where Levi is much more cheerful and only releases his inner sadism in combat, however, Hephaestus is a sadist 24/7 and even at times will resort to upsetting his Bount just to get a rise out of him. He sees Levi as a very close friend, same as Levi sees him, and unlike most Dolls he would not turn on his Bount should their connection somehow be severed or should Levi be in an injured state. He won't go out of his way to protect Levi in this situation either, however, and would simply claim that he is an observer. The last, most noticeable trait about Hephaestus worth mentioning is his fascination with weaponry, always aiming to find out as much about any given weapon he has not seen before.
Description: "Renowned Artificer" is the main ability utilized by the Bount Levi's Doll Hephaestus. Through it's utilization, Hephaestus is able to create two weapons out of thin air. These weapons are limited to pulling from either the sword, spear, or axe category, and Hephaestus is only able to create two of the same weapons at once: one for him to wield and one for Levi to wield. These weapons appear instantaneously in each users' hand and last for a maximum duration of seven posts but can be ended early and suffers no cooldown. The durability of each weapon is a tier III as well, and should one weapon be broken both will disappear and the ability will have to be used a second time.
Name: Sword of Peleus. Class: Zeige Dich/Weapon Skill. Tier: III. Type: Supplementary. (Offensive/Defensive) Range: Self.
Description: Through utilizing this ability, Hephaestus is able to transmogrify himself into a uniquely shaped sword which is then utilized by Levi. The sword's durability and overall power is equal to that of his Doll's, though the user falls back on their Weapon Skill to determine how efficient they are in utilizing the weapon same as the previous technique. This technique lasts for a maximum duration of seven posts but can be ended early and suffers no cooldown. As well, the sword's total length is 40 in. whilst it's width is 1.22 in. classifying it as a 'longsword.'
Description: The strongest weapon in Hephaestus' arsenal, this ability can either grant the pair twin tridents or transmogrify Hephaestus into one. If the former, the durability of the weapon becomes equal to a Tier IV. If the latter, the durability and power of the weapon becomes equal to the Doll. The ability lasts up to the maximum of 6 posts for duration but can be ended early, and suffers an appropriate cooldown depending on how long the ability was left up. The minimum duration for this ability is 4 posts, with a 2 post cooldown. Each trident is six feet total in length.
Description: The strongest defensive ability in Hephaestus' arsenal. Hephaestus is able to project a barrier outward that reaches a max of a 10m radius, protecting the Doll and anyone within the 10m radius designated by Levi. The barrier is able to protect against attacks up to Tier IV, and can last the maximum of 6 posts for duration but can be ended early and suffers an appropriate cooldown depending on how long the ability was left up. The minimum duration for this ability is 2 posts with a 1 post cooldown.
