Description: Jean absorbs the heat of his surroundings within an 100m diameter centred on himself, cooling the area down to extreme temperatures for as long the technique is in play (7 posts). Anyone besides Jean within this AoE will incur a speed debuff of x3. Cannot be used while Heat Wave is in effect, but can be switched to after one post of deactivation.

Description: Jean increases the heat within his surroundings within a 100m diameter centred upon himself, making it extremely hot for the duration of the technique (7 posts). While this technique is active anyone besides Jean that is in the area incurs a x3 strength debuff. Cannot be used while Cold Front is in effect, but can be switched to after one post of deactivation.

Name: Freezing Touch

Type: Binding
Range: Physical Contact
Description: Upon Physical contact Jean draws even more heat from his target. The sudden drop in temperature of the target causes them to freeze up from lack of heat energy, binding them in place. The freezing happens at half bala speed.

Range: Physical Contact
Description: Using the heat created from Heat Wave as catalyst Jean specifies a target and makes physical contact. Upon touching/hitting the target Jean causes another sharp influx of heat energy which triggers a tier III explosion. This explosion causes no damage to Jean.
