A few things:
-you're should be your in the 2nd paragraph of the BA mastery section
Fixed-If you give an item to another player's character, I assume they cannot give it to another of your OCs?
I'm going to say yes is most circumstances. If an item ends up getting passed around due to trading and death and ends up in the hands of an OC of the member that made it I wouldn't have an issue. This rule is intended to prevent intentionally making items for another of your characters.-If you make an item in order to identify a large group of people to a faction does the rule about not giving your other OCs that item hold?
Like a group item? possibly. This would probably be case by case.-If someone approves an item and then gives another character the "recipe" to make it IC, could that second person make that item?
If they have the required materials yes. But this would not bypass the "no giving items to your other OCs" rule.-Where is the "material list" stored/kept?
It is currently WIP and will likely be put up after the revamp process is done. When it is it will most likely be with the other lists.-In Advanced materials you've said "work or experimentation to require" but I think you mean acquire?
Fixed-In the condition amounts per mastery (Good Condition:) you've used hyphens but I think it would be better to replace them with colons because "- +" is kind of confusing to read but maybe that's just me.
Indeed. Fixed.-In the above mentioned bit, is the +X what the item gets at creation based on the mastery of the creator? Or is it how much creationists restore when repairing items?
Both. When an item is made it gets condition based on the creator's mastery. When it is repaired its condition is reset to the level of the person who repairs it.-Also how fast things deteriorate, for me this bit wasn't quite clear- maybe I'm being dense but would appreciate an explanation either way please <3
You lose one condition point for every thread the item (usually weapon or armor) is used. So say you had +5, after five threads where the item is used it begins to deteriorate and lose advantages for 3 thread (shown with - instead of +). After that its broken can can't be used. It at any point it is repaired, the condition points reset based on the person who repairs it. I hope that's easier to understand.-What do you mean by "blank advantages", is it similar to how I might say "Bankai gives you X advantages" where X = 2?
This is referring to sharpness? What I meant was a certain level of sharpness does not give you additional advantages in any way. -Do 12
th squadders still have to cap a mastery to reach mastered since they have no choice but to master Creation?
Yes. The 12th division is entirely focused on research and development and as such are required to obtain the mastery and neglect other areas.Really sorry for such a big list, if the answer to a question is just "Yes" or "No" feel free to say that and don't worry about explaining.
