Description: Upon using this technique, Gwen can shoot webbing from her fingertips, which she can control. It moves at cero speed. When touched by it, individuals find themselves quickly bound and unable to move for a number of turns relative to advantages, as explained in the advantage guide. The webbing covers their entire body at cero speed, but this is merely aesthetic, they are unable to move while being touched by the webbing. Their sight is impaired after it reaches their eyes (1 post). Furthermore, should Gwen be in the midst of using Fuego Puruga, and an unpoisoned opponent is hit by this attack, they are poisoned, such that this technique doubles as an auxiliary delivery mechanism. |

They way this tech is worded, it sounds as though this technique binds instant it touches a target, but you also mention it covering their entire body. I think some clarification is needed here.
