Description: This ability begins as a passive that summons an endless Blizzard of cold, snow and ice that is centered on Fryst in the form of a 100m diameter sphere. Anyone not her that is inside of its area of effect has their body wracked with pain do to the cold within in the form of the passive tier 3 damage. This area of effect also diminishes any techniques  in the area in the same way that a passive tier 3  barrier would that are not hers. Anything of less advantages will be considered destroyed or dispelled while within or upon contact do to the passives constant torrents of freezing and wintery reiatsu within it's area of effect. That is merely the segunda's area and passive effect however, its active effect is her ability to form, summon and move around torrents and blasts of ice, snow and freezing air within the area of effect varying in strength and speed depending on how much power she puts into it, upon mental command. Tier 3 offensive and defensive abilities she forms or fires or both move and form at half the speed of bala where as anything tier 4+ moves and form at the speed of cero and  adhere to the technique guides stipulations upon cooldowns. Durations for defensive barriers formed may be up to the maximum for their tier but again they will also have their cool down for that tier scaled appropriately. The offensive blasts of ice if not destroyed follow her mental commands within the area of effect and have the same durations stipulations as listed above.
