GENERAL IMPROVEMENT
Improvement of What?: Adding the following techniques:
Name: Trueno Poderoso (Mighty Thunder)
Class: Hollow Technique
Type: Offensive
Range: 100 Meters
Tier: V
Description: The Arrancar or hollow will charge their arm with Reiatsu, and attract electrons to it. The Arrancar or hollow will then fire the stored Reiatsu and swarming electrons at an opponent, in the form of a bolt of lightning. This can be done with punches, snaps of the fingers, and other means. Travels at Cero Speeds.
Name: Hilo de Pena [Threads of Sorrow]
Class: Hollow Technique
Type: Offensive
Range: 25 Meters
Tier: V
Description: The user protrudes nearly invisible threads of reiryoku and attempts to attach them to a target. If successful, the user can then directly send their reiryoku directly through the threads and cause severe amounts of pain and discomfort enough to numb and stun the nerves and muscles. After the initial post of this pain, the follow post will numb the opponent, making them oblivious to any wounds they will receive. Once the numbing is gone, all pain will register once again. This technique has a four post cooldown.
Name: Tren De Piedra (Train Of Stone)
Class: Hollow Technique
Type: Offensive/Defensive
Range: 30 meters
Tier: V
Description: Condensing a large mass of reiryoku into the air in front of them, the user ends up conjuring a 10 foot high, 10 foot wide, 20 foot long block of solid, gray rock. With but a simple flexing of the user's reiatsu, the stone block is propelled forwards at around the speed of a Cero, causing very high impact damage with even a glancing blow, very similar to a train.

As best I understand from the rules in place, one doesn't spend points for the act of ranking up tech-centric masteries, it just happens when the appropriate amount of techniques is available. I could be wrong, but my previous rank up from Average to AA went that way.
