Misato appears as a young woman with an abnormal hair and eye color, that being amethyst. The reasons are unknown, however, it is apparently an inherited from her mother's side. She has a glamorous figure, chest and hips in great sync where neither overshadows the other. With a tone body some might expect her to lose femininity, however, this has been thus proven wrong time and again, no matter how much she trains. Her body is somewhat of an abnormality as she appears in her late teens to early twenties, this is because of her age being thirty-one. Doctors speculate this stems from her taking care of her body, despite the fact she's been known to shred muscles and break bones on several occasions - many of which Misato lost count herself. Because of this, Misato has attained a martial artist’s longevity.
PERSONALITY
Misato is a woman who adores adventure and who craves excitement. This is attested by her undying embrace of freedom and someone who constantly seeks to, not only challenge but, better herself as a person. After all, it should only be natural for someone who is a material artist to also be a philosopher. Age does not always define experience nor wisdom. As the student learns from the master, so too does the master learn from the student. While Misato is a master, she forever remains a faithful student.
<p>Being charismatic, she is a social butterfly capable of mitigating the actions between herself and other people. An imposing individual, she’s something to be feared and admired through her determination and understanding. With extreme yet simplistic beauty, she commands an air of authority that comes with any grand-master. Fearless heart filled with pride, Misato's calm serious piercing gaze could part the heavens above. With an enduring presence she does not rest on the blatant morals set by society and she teaches others to not rest solely on these morals.
Noticeably, she appears to be a pragmatist who remains unfazed by any moral shortcomings. From this, it can be inferred she will do almost anything deemed necessary to accomplish her goals, however, she isn't without decency or remorse. Caring by nature, Misato takes on the role of an elder sister mixed with a grand-master. While serious, she enjoys conversing about life's simple pleasures. Reserved, but still holds a place in her heart for frivolousness; acting as a mature high-school girl. Housing a deep love for alcohol, it is only matched by her desire for crossing blades and blueberry popsicles.
HISTORY
The Ketsugo are a family of noble decent whose members are descended from Germany and Japan. The Reiss family is from her mother's side and Ketsugo her father's. Growing up in the Ketsugo manner, Misato was pampered with glanderous care. To speak, dress, walk, and think proper she was taught. She was to live a life without worry or care, and one day take over both the Ketsugo and Reiss family as the head. However, despite all Misato's young life, she felt empty inside. She was not unhappy with her life but dissatisfied. Inside she felt a burn brightly.
Misato had been known to be a somewhat violent child. Though she tried reserving herself, Misato found snobby girls and boys unsavory. She was raised that status and blood was very important, and many of her schoolmates were not much different. She had been known to get into verbal, and sometimes physical, tussles with other students. Misato had gotten into trouble several times but not suspended until she had broken another student's arm who was bullying one of her friends. Her parents tried several methods at calming her. Some examples were medication yoga and tennis.
They wanted activities of a more physical nature yet that did little for Misato. Her spiritual nature was slowly blossoming which subsided the medication's effects and only gave her more energy as she continued to become more physically active. One spring Misato's parents announced they were going on vacation, traveling the world. While travel was nothing new to Misato, China was a new stop for Misato. It was at this time Misato's life would begin to change drastically. While visiting a temple, Misato found her blood boil and rush as she watched martial artists train. The temple's aura felt calming yet excited her, and this was the first time her parents had truly seen her joyous on their vacation.
It was at this point Misato felt an overwhelming force over the area. She did not understand it at the time, but the temple was a spiritual land. After returning to the hotel, Misato waited until her parents were asleep and snuck off to the temple. She sneaked into the back parts which was not open to the public. Misato was eventually seen by several young people about her age training. Though she could not understand them Misato tried running but was cornered. It was here she decided to try mimicking their fighting style as she refused to back down from the threat, knowing she had nowhere to run.
Knocked down several times, bruised, battered, yet not broken; Misato did not win the fight. But the temple's master watched at a distance, taking in the unwavering spirit and rare spiritual presence she held within. Following this, the master intervened and took Misato away to talk in private. Him and Misato spoke for hours, him listening to her life story and decided that she would become his student. The next morning Misato told her parents but they refused. They left several days later, Misato supposed to leave on another plane to visit family in Germany and her parents Japan,, but Misato snuck away without them knowing, and began living with the martial arts teacher.
Misato was forced to live in the wild before official training would begin. She was to be broken down and remade into something new. Now for a little girl to live off the land for several months was rough. And she still had to do choirs around the temple. Several scuffles were had with the young students, them refusing to accept her. She was taught only words of wisdom by the master and forced to meditate as well for hours. Life for the first year was extremely rough, however, eventually Misato became well known in the temple as one of the greatest. Years passed, Misato left to travel the world at the age of sixteen.
She roughed it across Asia and made her way towards Germany, along the way running into many a dangerous foe and winning money through small scuffles. As the years passed more and more Misato's adventures lead her into becoming one of the world's top martial artists as well swordsmen, taking up a fine skill for the katana especially. During her adventures Misato had came across several Soul Reapers, aiding them on small missions against Hollow and other Humans who caused trouble, but the Soul Reaper was not allowed to harm. Over the years Misato's aid caused the Soul Society to offer her a chance for something more, and join their ranks as a Substitute Soul Reaper.
Name: Hadō #4 Byakurai (Pale Lightning) Class: Kido Tier: II Type: Offensive Range: Medium (30m) Incantation: Broiling black, fervent heat, be rejected! Description: The user gathers high-density reiryoku, which they discharge from both hand. Alternatively, they point at their target with their index finger and generate a concentrated bolt of lighting towards them. It's speed is x.1.5 faster than a Bala, unique to it.
Eishōhaki (詠唱破棄, "Incantation Abandonment"): is the skill in which a Kidō practitioner skips using a spoken incantation completely, but it drastically weakens the spell. This is applied as a 1-2 tier drop in the spells power depending on ones Kidou mastery, 2 for Beginner up to Advanced, and 1 for Mastered and above. However this also lowers the spells cooldown to match the lowered tier, to a minimum of Tier I.e.g A Tier IV Kidou be cast with Eishohaki as a tier II, its cooldown will also be the same at 0 posts.
BATTLE SKILLS
Name: Oni Dekopin [鬼デコピン, "Oni Headpoke"] Class: Hand to Hand Technique Type: Offensive. Range: Self. Tier: III Description: Oni Dekopin is a condensed blast of physical energy in the form of a finger flick to the head, which is usually seemed as a harmless gesture. Upon impact, it deals very little damage, almost equivalent to a bala, but sends the target flying at Cero speeds, going at the most 100 meters.
Name: Ikkotsu [一骨, "Single Bone"] Class: Hand to Hand Technique Type: Offensive. Range: Self. Cost: IV Description: Ikkotsu is the result of incredible spiritual and physical energy being pumped into a single thrust of the arm, which causes instantaneous damage before blasting the opponent away up to 100 meters in distance, the damage itself aimed to crush completely through something, rather then break it.
Name: Tsukiyubi [撞指, Thrust Fingers] Class: Hand to Hand Technique Type: Offensive. Range: Self. Cost: IV Description: By putting pressure into a single point in between two fingers, the user of Tsukiyubi can instantaneously blast somebody back with just a touch, sending them upwards of 50 meters away upon impact.
Name: Varmakalai Class: Hand To Hand Style Type: Supplementary Range: Self. Tier: N/A Description: Varmakalai is a noble-taught martial art for the self-defense of those in the top hierarchy of India. Varmakalai is a brutal type of fighting, utilizing the pressure-points of an enemy to dislodge or kill them within a few strikes, requiring the pin-point precision of a professional dart thrower.
Varmakalai, while incredibly lethal, has one huge trade-off, and that is the fitness of the user. If a user is too strong, pressing down on acute pressure points will sometimes do nothing because of the spread out pressing, the training that they give to new users of Varmakalai requires a lithe, quick body and the power to put pressure down on a dot, rather then in a large area.
Varmakalai, in scripts, acknowledges 108 base 'points' which can induce pain, 12 death points that can incur death if pressed hard enough, and 98 touch points that, while dealing no damage, induce much more pain then the base points.
Name: Touch of Pain Class: Hand To Hand Technique Type: Offensive. Range: Self. Tier: II Description: Touch of Pain, or a 'touch' marma, is an instantaneous attack that is forced into either a joint or the area around them, which causes intense pain but brings no damage. This pain is excruciating, as the touch literally just smashed a pressure-point (or a nerve ending) and forced it to react to the pain that it just handled. The person who takes a touch of pain is forced to deal with the pain for the total of three turns.
Name: Touch of Damage Class: Hand To Hand Technique Type: Offensive. Range: Self. Tier: III Description: Touch of Damage, or a base 'marma', is a powerful strike to any point on the body that is open. These jabs, while not being points that induce damage and pain, are the base attacks for someone utilizing Varmakalai, and rather then bruising or dealing blunt force damage, instead split the flesh of the target like a knife, the fingers capable of rending directly into bone if done twice in a row.
Name: Touch of Death Type: Offensive. Range: Self. Tier: III. Description: While seemingly powerful, this technique is rather a deceptive technique. Concentrating their energy to the points of their fingers, the user can completely numb out an area with a simple touch, leaving the opponent to believe that the user actually killed off every cell in that point. The numbness of an arm, for example, will leave it paralyzed for two posts before the opponent can regain control of it.
Name: Iron Air Class: Hand-to-Hand Tier: II-IV Type: Offensive Range: 0-100 Meters Description: Releases a blast of condensed physical energy from a strike made by the user. Iron Air activates following another Hand-to-Hand technique or basic strike while physical contact is still present between the target and user. However, it can be used at range, releasing a blast of physical energy at Cero speed.
Tier: I Description: A stepping technique based off the Shinigami Shunpo. It has the same basic uses and functions.
Name: Dragon's Burst Class: Stepping
Type: Stepping Range: 0-10 Meters Tier: III Description: Creates a bright light from the point of stepping that blinds those who look directly at if within 10 Meters for 1 post.. Past this, at most 20 Meters, it simply is painful to look at.
Name: Shunpo (Flash Steps) Class: Stepping Type: Stepping Range: N/A Tier: I Description: A movement technique that allows the user to move extremely quickly over short distances. The focal point that determines the basis of this technique is speed. Therefore what determines the level of skill in a user for Shunpo is best characterized by how fast one can get from A to B in the least amount of steps.

Name: Dragon Soul Class: Human Powers [Shikai] Tier: II-V Type: Offensive Range: 0-100 Meters Description: Allows for the creation and manipulation of fire and heat. Arcs, bursts, tendrils, flamethrower, etc. For heat, Misato heats up a targeted area or releases it directly from her body. It is possible to focus on the heat inside an object and drain it or heat it up, though to do so on others she requires direct contact with Misato. The heat, being drained or simply heating up the area, appears in a coat of purple Reiatsu and deals damage based off the Tier. Tier II is Bala Speed. Tier III is Half-Bala Speed. Higher is Cero.
Name: Dragon's Might Class: Human Powers [Shikai] Tier: II Type: Passive Range: Personal Description: Grants Misato x2 to Strength and Speed.
Name: Dragon's Will Class: Human Powers [Shikai] Tier: II-V Type: Healing Range: Personal Description: Allows Misato to heal damage done to her body. Third degree burns, fractured, bones, deep lacerations take three posts. Second-degree burns and deep cuts take one post. Limb regeneration and organ, none vital, repair take five posts.
Name: Overheat Class: Human Powers [Shikai] Tier: II/III-V Type: Passive/Offensive Range: Personal Description: Misato's body is extremely hot, causing anything touching her to take second degree burns at Equal Advantages. At Tier III it causes third degree, and burns completely through at Tier IV/V.
Name: Dragon Explode Class: Human Powers [Shikai] Tier: II-V Type: Offensive Range: 0-100 Meters Description: Allows Misato to ignite her Reiatsu, causing an explosion. This is most often done from the residual Reiatsu left over by her attacks. The explosion travels at Cero speeds in either a cone or 360 radius.
Name: Indomitable Core Class: Human Powers [Shikai] Tier: II/III-V Type: Passive/Defensive Range: Personal Description: Reduces damage taken by fire and heat based attacks based on Advantages. Defensive parameters can be increased, lasting a maximum for five posts.

A large dragon that is able to take a human form that looks similar to Misato.
SPIRIT PERSONALITY
Acts like an old grand master with worldly experience. He enjoys combat but spends most of his time lazing about and sleeping.
INNER WORLD
The inner world of Misato is much more peaceful than some may believe. Within exists a small town without any inhabitants other than the occasional black silhouette, however, there are two primary areas. One being the high-school where Touka spends much of her time. The only other place past this would be a mansion far outside town within a vast field of lavender flowers made of flame. Past this, a forest similar in nature.
SHIKAI
SHIKAI APPEARANCE
Touka takes the form of two standard looking katana with amethyst colored char and smoke rising from them. Both or one blade(s) are capable of turning into lavender flames at will, leaving behind only the hilt and guard. These flames can then be directed by moving the hilt to form a variety of shapes. The flames do not burn like typical fire would but, instead, cut (in some cases concussive but left at Misato's discretion); Which leaves behind slightly charred imprints. The flames are unique in that they are in a state between a solid and a gas, alike plasma in a way. This allows them to interact with physical objects like a normal blade. The "amount of fire" for one sword is equal to ten liters of water".
SHIKAI ABILITIES
Name: Awakened Spirit, Blossoming Lavender Flames Class: Zanpakutou Spirit [Shikai] Tier: : II/II-IV Type: Offensive Range: 0-100 Meters Description: Allows for the creation and manipulation of fire and heat. Arcs, bursts, tendrils, flamethrower, etc. For heat, Misato heats up a targeted area or releases it directly from her body. It is possible to focus on the heat inside an object and drain it or heat it up, though to do so on others she requires direct contact with Touka. Name: Genjitsu Kizatsu (“Reality Scar”) Class: Zanpakutou Spirit[Shikai] Tier: II-IV Type: Offensive Range: 0-15 Meters Description: This ability slices through space, allowing Misato to turn the distance between Touka and a target to zero. It has a maximum effective range of fifteen meters. Misato cannot directly target an individual directly (other than herself), however, she may target the area around them. When Touka slips through space it creates several ripples within a one foot diameter of the area in question. These ripples momentarily tint the rippling space in amethyst color.
The true power of Reality Scar is that it also allows Misato to sever the space between two objects without damaging it. An example could be she could slice and a rift appears. The rift itself could be, at most, fifty meters in diameter. This allows her to pass through the rift, making it like a door. Misato could slice a wall, opening up the space between the wall. This “wall” can be a normal wall, a barrier, or even someone hidden behind a special/dimensional wall/barrier. However, to slice through such things the Advantages of Reality Scar must equal to, or greater, than the wall itself.
Name: Homuranagi (炎凪, Calm Blaze) Class: Zanpaktou Spirit [Shikai] Tier: II-IV Type: Offensive Range: 0-50 Meters Description: An ‘humane’ offensive technique which causes fire-based damage onto a targeted individual, but without the stinging sensation caused by burning flesh. With a single slice from Touka, the wound she inflicts upon the victim may be altered to burst into flames and steadily engulf the afflicted in a hellish purple inferno unless dispelled by an equal or more Advantages, and only then would the agonizing sting of the calm blaze's touch would be felt. However, since it causes no pain but only physical damage, those affected by the Homuranagi would be none the wiser of their dire predicament until an attempt at dispersing Homurangi. Homuranagi's flames continue to consume everything in their path upwards to fifty meter.
However, Homuranagi can be used in another way. She can willingly cause the flames to cause pain whenever she wants rather than waiting for someone to try and negate them. Just as well, if she desires then no pain will be felt on any damage she inflicts on the target with the blade alone. However, when she wants a target to feel pain then they will. Meaning, if she stabs someone they won't feel it's effects. Noted, to activate the effects of Homurangai's flame burst, it must be done within five posts of striking the target. This is all done due to residual spiritual energy in the infected areas.
Name: Proud Gale Class: Zanpaktou Spirit [Shikai] Tier: II || III-IV [Active lasts for 5 posts] Type: Passive/Binding/Defensive Range: 25 Meter Radius Description: Misato releases her swordsman spirit that blows people away, literally. Like a gust of wind, all nearby must constantly stand against the Tier II force. This gust blows from every portion of her body into all directions, upwards to 25 Meters in every direction. At will Misato can change the direction of the force to be upwards or downwards. Which could force people off the ground or down into the ground. However, people are not the only things affected but Techniques too. As they are forced against the gust, they can either be weakened, pushed aside, negated, or pushed back towards the enemy based on Advantages.

So, just to make you aware of this; since you are over two characters, the one per person character swap thing won't apply here. The option was available to those who have met the requirements previously for a new character slot. You start off with two free slots; then have to get 20 posts per character to obtain a new slot. Swapping one of your first two before making a third would require you to use your one-per-person swap if you haven't met the requirements to do get a third character. since you brought over 4 characters you would have needed to have 20 posts on each character before gaining an additional slot, or have at least 20 posts for your other 3 characters before dropping your fourth to gain a new character. This would be especially true if you are going to be picking up a canon spot, the post requirements not being met for the character slot would concern me as a staff member about your activity level. Since this character was dropped due to inactivity, I would need to see that post requirement met before you can apply for your fourth character again.
