Acting sentinel for the Karakura was no likable job, but it had to be done. Today as he stood atop their high school, it seemed everything was fine. Things don't seem to get lively here, except at night... He wondered about checking the school grounds, though.
Didn't seem like the strangest place for a demi-hollow to form. So he prodded the school for entry before breaking down a door to hasten his inspection. Oh man, I hope nobody notices I did that. He didn't care if the humans saw, but if Kurotsuchi-taicho's surveillance stretched as far as some people joked, Karakura was being eyed up by Division Twelve goonies almost constantly.
Hiroko came practically clopping down the hallway in his sandals, which was a bit worrisome. But most of the passersby seemed to completely ignore his very presence. He peered into a classroom window and saw complicated math on the chalk board. What kind of math...? They're just kids and have to learn all that, yikes.
Having padded off and leaving the humans to their trifles, he continued his primary mission. Maybe the bathrooms would be a better place to check? He had a few startling worries of what he might find if he went snooping, and decided against it after cautiously approaching the men's room. Where else, then?
He turned on the spot and carefully eyed the hallways leading away. Maybe this was a stupid idea after all. moogle. |

Attire: i.imgur.com/IKl04J2.jpgHigh above, formless white cotton took on various shapes. The vast sky stretched endlessly across all directions with soft winds carrying clouds above and city scents below. Such harsh noises and sounds bombarded the senses of a young woman who'd long wished she wasn't growing accustom to the hustle and bustle of city life. The shear tide of people within, even though not many currently crowded stone streets at the current point in the day, were felt. Unlike most Humans Sumire could see and feel a world beyond the physical plane. From her mind's eye dozens of citizens went about their daily lives within the confines of buildings crafted from stone and refined iron. Truly Humans came far in only a few hundred years yet technology was not something Sumire preferred. In her homeland magic tilled the fields and built tall structures. She longed for home yet in order to expand her knowledge and desire for adventure she wondered the world. But of course, there were others like herself who held power. Nearby an explosion of fire was born from spiritual power. The flare was only small but strong enough to shatter glass. Attentive ears heard the explosion but her mind's eye felt what no other Humans nearby could. A fellow Human could be seen running from around a street corner. He appeared like an average bloke who wore an orange shirt with black pants and black shoes. "Got. To. Hurry!" As he passed by Sumire he would find himself sinking in the stone below, as she utilized Soul Communication to soften beneath his feet. He fell forwards, breaking his nose and dropping a black bag full of money he was carrying. It was enough to fill several cash registers. She bent down to eye level, not worried about her black skirt fluttering some sense she wore black shorts underneath. Her forearms rested on her knees. "Hello there." Said Sumire with a chuckle and smile. The lad, irritated from sinking into the stone was confused.
