APPEARANCE
She has ginger-blonde hair that is more often than not put into a bun atop her head. She has blue-gray eyes. She stands at 5'0" without heels, but because she is often in heels, she stands at about 5'1", maybe 5'2". She weighs in at roughly 120 pounds, unless she is wearing one of her Victorian dresses; then her weight gains five or six pounds to stop around 125, 126 pounds.. She has no tattoos (at least, none that she'll willingly show). She technically has a small, black star tattoo (obviously home-made) on the interior of her left wrist; it's such a small tattoo it can be missed from a simple first look at her, and a tattoo from an actual artist on her lower bac; it covers from left to right (or right to left) -- though she does not acknowledge that the scenic purple and blue butterfly image occupies her body. Her poise is very... proper -- she stands up straight, to the point she has been asked if she wears a corset -- and the answer would be 'yes'; at least, most of the time. Express use of said corset has cinched her waist, giving her an 'hour glass' body-type. She often dresses in very Victorian-esque wear (her motto would have to be something similar to: "Everyday is a cosplay!").
Her Victorian-esque wear consists of multiple layers (as dresses did have multiple layers). Her layers consist of:
- Stockings that reach to the knee.
- A steel-boned corset (but only because an authentic whale-bone corset was too expensive).
- A flexible steel cage beneath her skirts.
- A camisole; to keep the dress from itching and bothering her.
- An intricately designed petticoat to show off from the low-cut top of the dress.
- Gloves; because you always need those. She does not, however, wear a bonnet.
Her casual-wear (because, yes, she does have this) consists of flared skirts -- normally ruffled mini-skirts with or without tights beneath. There have been instances where she will wear fishnet underneath her skirt (or with shorts) and chunky boots (normally knee-laced combat boots). Even when she is dressed down, her hair never really gets taken down. Though if it ever is released from the ties that bind it into the prim and proper bun, one would find that her hair is really wavy, often she keeps it straight, however. This may be a contributing factor as to why she just keeps it in a tight bun -- she is much too lazy to actively maintain her wavy hair into the straight look she so desires. Her hair is down to her lower back when straightened, though when it is left to be naturally wavy it reaches to the middle of her back. There are times where she changes her appearance up (her casual appearance). Normally this is longer skirts, capri-pants, maybe (though very rarely) a button-up long-sleeved top, or a belly-shirt. She, more often than not, wears tank tops of t-shirts. Very rarely will she actually don a pair of pants -- she is quite the girly-girl (though some would simply call her eccentric). She does own glasses that she is supposed to wear -- but rarely does. They are chunky frames; black in color.

PERSONALITY
Mimi is very eccentric – she definitely has her flairs. She is respectful to those around her – as long as they are respectful to her. She does have a bad side, but it is very rare and quite hard to get on her bad side. She does not like large groups of people, most often finding an empty corner in a crowded room just to have some space. She prefers peace and quiet to hustle-and-bustle; often times this will prevent her from willingly working with large groups. She has a bit of a rebellious side (normally she only jokes around in a rebellious manner). Her 'rebellious side' can escalate depending on the circumstances (such as the person) though she tries to keep herself in check. A rebellious joke is normally something like... if she is told to clean her room, she will clean her room but mess up the person's room (so her grandmother tells her to clean her room, she'll trash her grandmother's room). Though normally there is a funny side to them -- it depends on her mood. If she is told to do something she really distastes she will try her best to get out of it respectfully and, if she is unable to do so, she will most likely act out – perhaps play a prank (though her pranks are usually quite harsh). She has a very short temper; though what girl doesn't? She is normally five minutes late to everything, no matter how hard she tries to be on time. She does not like things that test her mind – so puzzles frustrate her (though she will try to complete them; and often fail).
Likes:
Quiet walks; often by herself or with one or two other people.
Being respected (and respecting others).
Nice scenery.
Fooling around; consisting of pranks, teasing others, etc.
Being alone.
Dislikes:
Feeling weak or inferior.
Being disrespected (especially on a gender-basis).

Bisexual – though she leans heavily toward males. She prefers men who are not too tall, but not too short either. Other than that, there are really no preferences aside from the male in question having a nice personality. The same is said for females.
