Description: Firing off an arrow that seems to emit small wisps of smoke. Where the arrow lands. A large tornado springs into existence. This cyclone can be commanded mentally and travels at half-bala speed. At greater advantages. At equal advantages it is a struggle, but quite possible to resist getting sucked into the vortex and sliced by the cutting winds. At greater advantages, getting sucked into the tornado is all but assured. Lower? One might have unsteady footing or get dust in their eyes.
Of course since it IS a tornado, one must be careful to not get hit by flying debris. Liam himself is immune to the wind's pull due to his own Reiryoku being used in its construction.

Description: Pulling the trigger on his pistol, an eruption of charged Reishi surges out from Liam's body or the barrel of his bow at cero speed. Doing no damage to others. This technique is designed to work against other forms of techniques such as illusions, defenses, poisons and other offensive techniques. Canceling them out at greater or equal advantages. At lesser advantages, their effects are simply weakened.

Description: Firing a bright yellow arrow into the air. A dense cloud of Reishi forms above Liam. From this thundercloud. Bolts of lightning can be called strike at those below the cloud. The bolts travel at half-bala speed. The cloud itself stays above Liam, traveling with him.

Description: Firing out an arrow in the shape of a bolt of lightning at half-bala speed. The lightning does normal damage if it connects with an opponent. But if he wills it, Liam can cause the bolt to bury itself in the environment, remaining latent until he calls upon it again. Firing off at half-bala speed from wherever it was buried.
