Out with the old, in with the new, as they say. He hadn't been gone for very long, but that didn't stop chaos from erupting in the place he called home. Many of the things he, and many others worked hard to have looked like it was the victim of a week long mortar storm. Fortunately, many of the barracks hadn't been touched though those were just many rooms with the basic necessities a room needed. His room hadn't been touched, though the other things Theocelese liked to call his own were put into disarray. His little eatery, and his bar, his pride and joy when it came to the arts of relaxation and good times were just...just...Well, suffice it to say that when he got his hands on the monsters that did all of this, they wouldn't be around to do it ever again.
For much of the things, like chairs and tables and the like, he just began collecting in a large pile outside of the diner's entrance and made a fire of it. It lit up the forever-night sky, and gave the white sands a different glow about it. It was nice, but it would last for only so long. Smashed dishes and plates were swept up and collected in extra bins. No use in just throwing all of this out, they wouldn't burn and maybe Seran could help him recycle the shattered ceramics and glass. The same went for small objects like salt and pepper shaker tops, the thin metal frames were all bent up like someone had the audacity to chew on them. Still, could be recycled.
What he was more or less going to find the most frustration getting back in order were the stove, fridges and freezer. All were non responsive, and he was going to need some time and creativity to get things back in working order. The plumbing was still operational, that much he was thankful for. The large dish washer in the back of the kitchen area and most of the utensils back there were, for the most part, left alone. For the time being, Theocelese decided to go over his tools and the short supply of spare pieces available to him. It was just time given to himself to try and figure out how he was going to fix three pieces of equipment with enough scrap to probably fix only one of them.
