Yaksha, you don't have enough plot points to support this request. You don't just pay for the mastery level you want to up to, you have to pay for each mastery level that comes in between. Technically speaking, you sfrohould actually have stepping at beginner since stepping now dictates how well you can move and dodge attacks. Even then, you have to go from beginner to above average and buy all the masteries in between.
Thus moving up from beginner to above average = 40 + 80 + 120 = 240.
Secondly, you have to ICly unlock Cero/Bala... cannot unlock it through the plot point system.
PS: I unlocked stepping and made it beginner.

Unless I'm mistaken, isn't cero/bala automatically unlocked once I hit LL-A and become a Menos? There was no indication of any sort of trial involved.

You still have to learn the techniques, you just don't auto-get Cero when you evolve. Without cero, there no bala and no mastery to go with it. You will need to learn to use cero in order to unlock the mastery.
