PERSONALITY
Heartfelt- Kagome is known for her massive heart. Within that tiny chest exists much love and emotion. There is enough to surly expand her chest! Sadly, it does not. But it does cause many people to adore her. Though before you think she is all kind and supportive try thinking again. She can be mean, often picking on those closest to her. This is primarily done if she spy’s a “weakness in their defense”. Despite her often mean comments Kagome truly cares for her friends. The same can be said to even strangers. An interesting fact is Kagome is slightly empathic to her closest friends.
Games and Anime- Her biggest hobby above all else is gaming and anime. Even as a child she played games that most parents would not deem reasonable. Despite these mature games they hardly affected her personality negatively. Her language does not consist of a lot of bad words, nor does she say ‘killing is awesome’. Even so she does have a tendency to be somewhat violent when it comes to certain things. Rather she means to be or not depends on the situation
Intelligent - Despite what is stated above Kagome can be quite smart. It is proven by her ability to memorize many choices within Visual Novels and stories on MMORPG’s in great detail. She simply hates studying yet her grades do not suffer as they use to. Kagome has recently started taking at least fifteen or thirty minutes of her time what she calls “most nights” to study. Rather she does not or not is unknown, however, her grades have recently skyrocketed.
Seriously Laidback - For the most part Kagome is rather laidback and relaxed. While disliking strenuous work Kagome is good at getting things done. Due to her laidback and relaxed attitude she acts calmly in most situations. Preferring to work with others than alone it would not be out of character to call a friend over just to help clean to house. However, Kagome does enjoy her alone time. In any case Kagome has started to mature not procrastinating as often.
Honorable- She detests cheating in life and gaming. She believes those who cheat do not have what it takes to make anything of themselves. This is one of those times you might see her become quite serious.
HISTORY
Kagome was not born in Japan. In fact her mother Izumi gave birth while in America. Izumi was a model from Japan that came to America to work for a friend of her father’s. This person was known as Uncle who had ties to the Mafia. Her father was named Jeremy. His family owned a bakery. Eventually the two meet at a coffee shop and life went on from there. Eventually Kagome was attacked after their wedding by a strange creature they had never seen before. From there on out one was often seen but ‘killed’ by ‘people in black’.
At a young age Kagome was raised with a lot of love. She was spoiled and was proud of it. Often times she took advantage of the money she was given to buy toys or comic books. While her mother did not enjoy her child reading the violent Marvel comics her father found no issue with it. Growing up Kagome often did strange things such as moving objects or walking on air. She never showed her parents and kept them in the dark. As to why she never had a reason to tell.
Eventually her parents found out about her ability and were quite shocked. At first they thought she was possessed but eventually decided that was not the case. What they decide upon was she was special. Occasionally they had seen people fighting creatures no one but them could see so why would Kagome be strange to them? Regardless, she was forced to make a promise to never show anyone her powers.
As time passed away so did her parents, leaving Kagome to soul heir, however, she was not quite of age. Being only fourteen she could not legally take the family’s business into her hands until the age of eighteen. But one of the people in the company forged a fake will and made it so everything went to him and Kagome was shipped off to Japan because he was now her legal guardian. Despite trying to fight this there was nothing she could do.
She was sent to live with her mother’s family. During the first years she was to depressed to play videogames hardly at all. For the most part she acted like a zombie over the events that took place to quickly. As time passed she eventually meet new friends. This group stayed helped her get back onto her own two feet and back to herself. Eventually the group of friends made something called a Wayfinder. This was an item that is said to “always guide you safely even in the darkest times”.
Not long after eventually her powers awoke after one of her friends nearly being raped. It was at night and she was walking home after buying a new game. After hearing one of her friends screams Kagome rushed to help her but was overwhelmed by the group of men. Wishing to always protect her friend a single tear fell onto the Wayfinder around her neck, activating her powers.
For the next few months she spent trying to control this new power of hers and eventually found herself attaining decent control. She figured with this power she could take back control over her families company but was going to need help doing so. Her mother had ties with the Yakuza back in japan and eventually after spying on Kagome and finding out about her "special ability" they decided to help her if she helped them. It was no secret to her but her mother's entire family was apart of the Yakuza in someway or another. It was just only until her abilities fully awoke they decided to offer over their services to her for her own.

| BATTLE SKILLS Name: Judo Type: Martial Arts Style. Range: Self. Tier: I Description: Judo it Ju-jitsu's father in the martial arts tree, acting as a more offensive-based locking and breaking martial arts. While Ju-jitsu and Sambo both have forms that one follows to utilize the martial arts, Judo is a completely freeform style and actually lacks a style of any sort, no matter what part of Judo you look to. Judo's main focal point as a martial art is it's violent power behind it, which Ju-jitsu tends to shy away from, in no way is Judo overly offensive, but rather, it lacks defensive catagories outside of disarming and locking people. Training Judo is much like Ju-jitsu, meaning it requires a partner or a humanoid body to properly train. Commonly, Judo will utilize anything from throws and punches in sparring, often times sparring in Judo is considered a fight all it's own, proving the emphasis on the power of this style. Finding a place to train Judo isn't hard, but it isn't a universal or sport martial arts. If you go to learn Judo, you're out there to learn self-defense, not to learn how to do it within a sport. Name: Nage-Waza [Throwing Techniques] Type: Offensive. Range: Self. Tier: II Description: Nage-Waza are the throwing techniques of Judo, and are many different. From completely tossing people, to throwing them off you, there would be too many throwing techniques to list without needing more space to put other things. This ability works off the fundamentals of all throwing Techniques, in which the practitioner of Judo, if given the chance that they have both hands clasped onto an opponents arm, can invoke the use of their spiritual energy to instantaneously cause a throw of intense power, and because it's so spiritually enhanced, gives no way to dodge or avoid it if the Judo user has already begun. Name: Katame-Waza [Grappling Techniques] Type: Offensive. Range: Self. Tier: II Description: Katame Waza are the grappling techniques of Judo, but they all fall down to the basic fundamental of grappling something or someone, and that is to grab and lock them. The use of this as a technique is simple, upon utilizing any grapple, the user can increase the power on the grapple itself and then proceed to twist the arm brutally, causing immense pain and then an eventual fracture in such a way that the arm is forced to stay pointed to where-ever the user had it pointed in the first place. SOUL COMMUNICATION Name: Wild Winds Type: Soul Communication/Offensive Range: Mid-Long Tier: VI-VII Description: A single yet effective Soul Communication technique where the user focuses large amounts of air/wind into a single small spinning orb. It does take a few moments to draw in the large amounts of wind so instant use is not going to happen as it much "charge". The wind will be spinning violently while being hyper compressed so much it becomes extremely hot to the point things incarcerate upon contact. This baseball sized orb floats above Kagome's hand, not harming her as she keeps all the heat compressed within the orb so not a single amount can escape. Upon desire the orb will quickly release all of the heat resulting in an explosion of heat that takes the form of a twenty foot tall, seven foot wide, pillar of heat - incinerating everything inside. Additionally the wind pushes anything inside back with extreme force to the point of crushing someone. Kagome must be careful in using this technique as she herself could be caught within it as well if she does not utilize Bringer's Light the moment following. Name: Aqua World Type: Misc. Range: Short-Long Tier: I-VII Description: An advanced use of Soul Communication where Kagome can draw in water from an source. This includes, but not limited to, plants, trees, grass, soda, etc. Additionally extending to the very molecules in the air itself this gives Kagome an "unlimited" amount of water so long any sort is near her. Maximum range is 100 meter radius. Name: Ice/Hot Heart Type: Supplementary Range: Short-Long Tier: I-VII Description: Allows Kagome to make water either freeze or boil. This works by either causing the molecules to go completely still or become fast thus heating it up. Kagome uses this with Warm Hearts. When focus is released the water returns to normal. Maximum range is 100 meter radius. Name: Warm Hearts Type: Manipulation Range: Short-Long Tier: I-VII Description: A "fighting style" crafted by Kagome where she combines martial arts with Soul Communication. For Kagome she can utilize with any element, however, for the most part she does this with water. Kagome will pressurize the water for concussive force or sharp using it as a blade. Examples are bursts of water, torrents, and arcs. Tier I= Bala Speed. Tier II-III= 5x Cero Speed. Tier IV+ = Cero Speed. Maximum range is 100 meter radius. While Kagome does not need to use martial arts with this she does build a deeper focus with allowing for even complex uses of Soul Communication mixing with how she moves. ITEMS Spatz [Sparrow] A set of six dagger-type weapons designed to be perfect for throwing, made of Soul-synthesized Silver and worn on a small belt. These daggers, while they are considered very controversial in a Quincy's arsenal due to their policy of no bladed weapons, it is a set of very useful items to have, able to catch a target of guard and strike with the sharpness of a sealed Zanpakuto. However, they do not have the durability of a sealed Zanpakuto and can be easily broken by anyone of HL or above with a simple swing. REIATSU FEATURES Name: Destiny Bond Type: Passive Range: Personal Tier: I Description: Kagome's love extends into the form of an unorthodox manner for spiritual pressure. Her own presence gives off an alluring warm emotion with open arms as if trusting. Around her heart and mind is a constant barrier protecting her from any mental or emotional abilities. This ability envelops her friends if they are within a range of ten meters. This ability is further reinforced by the fact it keeps her emotionally and mentally stable during times of extreme duress to which she can extend to others in hopes to calm them. FULLBRING |

ITEM FORM The item itself is now the love and emotion she harbors to and from her friends. Now existing deep within her soul the star is reflected from her eyes granting them a blue color anytime her spiritual pressure rises otherwise they remain their natural green.
FULLBRING APPEARANCE When activated Kagome's eye color changes to blue. Whenever her spiritual power flares some, or desire, blue flames come out of her eyes.
FULLBRING ABILITIES Name: First Oath – Way Finder
Type: Offensive/Support
Tier: I-VII
Range: Self-Long
Description: Kagome's first power represents the oath “I will always find you”. At will, Kagome creates a star that moves via her will at Bala speed. There's no limited to the maximum number she can create. Size of her hand, sharp meter is the outer rim and the inside made of glass. Though individually not very deadly nor durable, one can cause small gashes. It's their accumulative power that makes them deadly, capable of overwhelming and turning a target into a spatter of blood and flesh.
While capable of attacking, their true nature is to find those Kagome has as a deep bond of friendship with. Another person, whom is not her friend, can be found via feeling the bonds between one person and another with a bond to said person. The star will give Kagome a pull in the right direction and lead her towards that person, if they are in another dimension she'll get a feeling they are not in her current realm.
Kagome can also craft some stars to be constructs that last forever, even with her Fullbring deactivated, allowing those given to find her or those close to the wielder. Through their bond Kagome and her friend(s) can use Second, Third, Forth, and Fifth Oath. EX: By doing so the wielders can also feel Kagome's emotion or talk to her telepathically if desired regardless of range or location. They can also request Kagome teleport to their area or teleport to where Kagome is. Normally, these stars have a one time use but can remain if Kagome suffers a cooldown. If using Third Oath's passive (Tier I) portion, then the star can remain around or if using First Oath's ability to find someone close.
Name: Second Oath – Distance Means Nothing
Type: Teleportation/Utility
Tier: II (20 meters) III(40 Meters) IV(80 Meters) V (160 Meters) VI(200 Meters) VII (World Travel)
Range: Short-Long
Description: Kagome's second power represents the oath “I will always reach you”. This allows for teleportation, however, anything between fifty-one and one-hundred meters requires a charge time like Cero; anything higher requires one post charge time. It's possible to teleport objects but easier if she has physical contact with. If moving "objects that are linked to people" or "people" in general she needs their permission, however for those who "open their heart" and "absolutely trust" her Kagome can teleport them without permission. However, as a result Kagome can not intentionally place them in harms way unless they so desire. Passing through barriers is possible with equal Tier or higher. It's also possible to teleport around the world but due to the immense focus it can not be used in direct combat.
Name: Third Oath – Heart of Mending
Type: Healing/Utility
Tier: II-VII
Range: Short-Long
Description: Kagome's third power represents the oath “I will do everything in my power to heal your wounds.” A powerful healing ability that heals in one of two ways, even at a distance. The first is using Kagome's spirit energy to heal like Keikatsu. The second is enhancing the body's ability to heal via stimulated regeneration. It's capable of healing lost limbs and organs, even destroying poisons/diseases/viruses/etc. Despite her powerful healing capability, she can't use this in mid-combat. One use heals all wounds desired.
It's possible to heal parts of a shattered soul, such as Fullbring Item no longer working or Soul Chain/Sleep. This allows a person to regain a fragment of their lost power. However, if the entirety of the power is gone (both Chain/Sleep stabbed) then her powers are unable to mend it. Takes hours of IC time to repair thus can't be done in combat.
Tier II – Cuts, bruises, scraps, etc; nigh instantly.
Tier III – Deep lacerations/gashes, broken bones, etc; within one post.
Tier IV – Limbs and organs; within two posts. Deep lacerations/gashes, broken bones, etc; quickly.
Tier V – Limbs and organs; within one post. Deep lacerations/gashes, broken bones, etc; nigh instantly. Can keep those on the brink of death alive for a short while but ultimately won't prevent it.
Tier VI – Limbs and organs; quickly. Can heal those on the brink of death, keeping them alive but in critical condition.
Tier VII – No increase in speed, merely the power of healing capable. Can heal those on the brink of death, keeping them alive in stable condition but not in fighting condition.
Name: The Forth Oath - The Magic of Friendship
Type: Passive/Utility
Tier: I-VII
Range: Self/Long
Description: Kagome's forth power represents the oath “I will always understand you”. A high form of empathy, she's able to understand the emotions and thoughts of others. Extending to a high degree Kagome can see, feel, taste, and of course sense emotion. It is also possible to read the mood of an area, even if people were there hours ago, strong enough emotions can leave traces for her to detect, however, Kagome and choose rather or not she wants to do any of this by suppressing the ability but she is always sensing emotion which can make her susceptible to extreme emotions. This also allows her to project the feelings of others so they can understand how one feels and for those she is closest to feel their emotions even if in a different dimension entirely.
Because of the empathy, most barriers and means of hiding someone are futile; even if the Tier surpasses The Forth Oath. It'd have to designate emotions specifically. Even if hiding under something that surpasses it's Tier, it might be possible to detect traces of emotion behind the energy/thing used. In the case someone completely shuts off their emotions, Kagome would feel a sense of faint voidness coming from them. Otherwise difficult to detect but possible only in that sense.
Kagome can speak, and hear the thoughts, of others whom have their heart open to her. Others can too but would have to allow her, and both friends and those not could shut her out at will.
The Forth Oath kept feeding off the emotions of the world attaining something new upon this. New abilities shall form from the reason of why she is friends with someone. When a bond is created, friend or enemy, Kagome holds the possibility to attain a new power. Each power shall be created as its own individual and can be used outside of Fullbring and don't suffer from a Cooldown if Forth Oath is under one. This last paragraph is an aesthetic means for learning new powers.
Name: Fifth Oath – Safeguard
Type: Defensive
Tier: I-VII
Range: Personal-Long
Description: Kagome's fifth power represents the oath “I will always protect you, mind and body”. Acting as an “absolute concept”, it protects not only the body but the mind, heart, and soul too. Safeguard appears as a light-blue transparent wall or barrier. Barriers placed over the heart and mind are conceptual, having no physical form, thus can't be seen. Barriers protecting the body act as normal barriers but both types protect from mind, emotion, and heart detecting/manipulating powers. These barriers can also be reflective in nature, reflecting back all strikes/techniques the Tier of a barrier and under; this includes reflecting spiritual pressure sensing allowing her to hide without being sensed.
Name: Unbroken Bonds, Friends Are Forever – Final Wish
Type: Support
Tier: I-VII
Range: Self
Description: Unbroken Bonds is the true representation of friendship. Unlike Kagome's other abilities, the final power of her Fullbring draws upon the pure love and devotion of friendship and those bonds that they share. Rather than being an oath this represents the true bond between friends and just how far one is willing to go rather for something simple or life threatening.
Unbroken Bonds combines various aspects of other powers into a singular power. Starting off it combines First Oath with Forth Oath. Using the bonds connecting each of her friends, Kagome always knows where they are as well can feel their thoughts and emotions regardless of location even across dimensions (baring the same stipulations on Forth Oath). Even if there is no bond with another Kagome can contact someone where they will “feel” a warmth within their chest with Kagome trying to establish a bond but if it is ignored then Kagome can do nothing, once again range means nothing but she must have an idea where the person is if she has no previous bond with them. Also allows others, whom are willing, to exchange memories with one another. Noted for this paragraph, this aspects does not require consent but only for her friends as "Kagome can do nothing to harm them in any way". For those not her friends it requires IC Consent by them "opening their hearts to her" which normally a person does willingly but sometimes it can be hard thus she can "aid them" in opening but will not force anyone. The only ones it can truly "force the heart open" is a true friend but once again, she can not do anything to harm them.
Furthering this ability Kagome can also alter the emotions of an area, others, or herself. Now this does not actually make people feel fear, joy etc as an offensive means. Rather it is used in the means if someone is in despair she can help them feel calm or complete bliss. The ranges of emotions can vary immensely. For those whom “close off their hearts” Kagome can aid in “opening those hearts”. Such as, if someone is in complete despair where they shut out everyone Kagome can help “open the heart”. By “opening the heart” Kagome can also restore lost memories or memories that have been completely rewritten through any means, which also extends to any form of forced control (such as mind control) to help the person “remember who they are” or “what they believe in”.
Another aspect of this power when it comes to altering emotions is Kagome can change the feel of energy. Like Hollows can cause intense stagnation Kagome can alter this energy in the air to be more positive making it completely pure or even neutral. Likewise she can do the same to “pure” energy. This works by changing the “core” of the energies/pressure's nature.
Powers which include: mental, emotional, disharmony/harmony, and (etc); Kagome may negate such abilities or turn the thing changed into another degree of what was altered or restore to which originally was. The aspect of altering emotional/memory altering techniques does not require permission.
Something else it is capable of is to stabilize a person's power if it is out of control. This works by “calming” it and “stabilizing”. In the case a person's power is forced out of control through a technique her Tier must be equal to keep it stabilized or more than to over power the effect.
Lastly, as a final aspect, in the case Kagome's memories or emotions are completely rewrote or she forgets everything she will always instinctively have a warmth within her heart, the bonds she shares with her friends.
Noted, everything is Tier I unless she desires to increase the power upwards to Tier VII. On one last note Kagome can not take any action with United Destiny to actually harm others emotionally or mentally. It is not "if she tries" as she is completely incapable of doing so because she would never want to harm her friends. The only way she could is unless the person wanted her to do so.

Judo - Change Tier to N/A as H2H styles now have no tier.
Wild Winds - Obviously as a note depending on advantages and all it won't necessarily completely kill an opponent, just mentioning this. Also you have incarcerate I think you mean incinerate.
Aqua World - Misc. isn't a type. It should be supplemental.
Warm Hearts - Manipulation is not a tech type. This should be offensive/defensive as she is using the water to defend herself and cause damage based on the tier to the enemy.
Spatz [Sparrow] - These should follow the template for items, tier, name, description, etc. Please adjust.
ITEM FORM - This should be an actual item, although the feeling attached to the item is typically what inspires the fullbring there should still be an item. It seems clear it is a star pendant in your old profile, but here it seems like that is not the case, please adjust.
First Oath – Way Finder - Since this can be used offensively I would like a breakdown of maximum number that can be created per tier please. They also need a measurable range in feet or meters, and they will only be able to move at bala speed for Tier I-II versions so please fix that as well.
Third Oath – Heart of Mending - This will work with times based on the Healing Mastery as described in the Healing Guide. "[Mastered] Cuts? Check. Tissue, muscles, organs? Check. Limbs? Check. Fractured/Broken bones? Check. Consider yourself the Chief of Medicine. Bones and the like take two posts flat with limbs/organs taking four. Techniques cap at Tier VI."
As such the max tech level you can do is Tier VI and your times need adjusted to fit the mastery as I've quote the level you'll have MASTERED above.
The Forth Oath - The Magic of Friendship - You need a measurable range in feet or meters. You also need to include the formatting or note what portion is passively always active and what need activated.
Fifth Oath – Safeguard - Your range is personal-Long. You'll need to have a measurable in feet or meters how long "long" is.
Unbroken Bonds, Friends Are Forever – Final Wish - If you are going to mental change people's perception, ideas, feelings, etc. It will need OOC consent. You could essential just make people not want to fight or kill your character or decide what they wanted to do wasn't. Which effectively would be mind control.
Some of your masteries are striked through please fix that.
