Designed by Urahara as the background helper to his The Karakura-Raizer team, a mod soul without feelings, which worked, initially. Until he decided Beta 1.0 should be able to bring entertainment as well, coding in every song in the human world and all natures of dance routines. With nothing else in his personality, he became obsessed with it, and now has a permanently strong urge to dance, sing and badger people until they dismiss him, their needs met.

Beta 1.0 was created to be a support member of the Karakura-Raizer team, providing them with food, drink and general attention. However for some reason everyone ran away when he came near, having an emergency doctors appointment or fight they had to go and have. This meant that he spent a lot of time alone, unable to grasp the concept of his own personality and assuming all the reasons people hate him are due to something in their own lives, then trying to help them.

Unable to help with any of them, as each member would only meet him once then never want to take him along in their battles again. Avoided, left alone, then eventually just...forgotten. Left to roam the streets of Kurahara, offering his service to anyone that could tolerate him. He has since gained a fear of all violence, having been on several missions with the Karakura-Raizer team, they had tried to force him into battle support. It did not end well.
