Hello,
I intend to take the VL test relatively soon, and would like to have my powerset upgrade approved before hand.

I intend to take the VL test relatively soon, and would like to have my powerset upgrade approved before hand.
Name: Madame Lisa
Class: Hollow Powers
Tier: III-V
Type: Supplemental
Range: Personal
Description: Chandre has an interesting anatomy in that it is very fluid and consistently inconsistent in what she appears to be from moment to moment. With concentration and focus she can force specific changes to her body with calculated results. Her shape can be literally anything she can imagine, whatever colour she desires, and she can even change her texture and smell. She could very vividly mimic stone, clothe or plastic without issue and do so instantly for mundane material. The mimicked material has all of the same properties as the original, but the change is only skin deep most of the time. If she changes into a mailbox for instance, she will outwardly look like a mail box, feel like metal, even have some rust if she wanted points for detail, but a few centimetres below the surface she’s still squishy. She can change parts of her anatomy into a solid inanimate material, but she can no longer move that chunk of herself freely, just whatever limb it’s attached to.
When it comes to copying living items, the case is similar but different. Chandre has a much greater affinity for living material (such as plants and animals) and finds it easier to replicate, often only needing to see something living in order to make a convincing copy. She can form functional organs and limbs, such as gills, or the scent sensitive tongue of a snake, but she can't make additional vital organs such as a new heart or lungs. She can move her own organs around without issue (moving her heart into her leg for example) or temporarily liquefy all of her organs if shifting her entire body at once. She can't do anything in her 'liquid' form aside from move around at normal speeds, and when she reforms her organs must be present somewhere. As for 'people' she needs a portion of them, be it genetic material or a sample of rietsu/reshi which can come from kido or direct contact with her for her to mimic every detail of the person (not just what is visible). She can mimic a voice as well once she’s heard it, and if she’s studied a person for a day or two, she can fairly accurately mimic their mannerisms. She can also mimic rietsu, easily mimicking a species, though having her own distinct ‘flavour’. She can maintain any form indefinitely.
There are, of course, limitations to this ability. Firstly while her body’s shape changes; she doesn’t get any stronger or faster despite forming hulking arms or narrow body. As well, with the formation of limbs such as claws or a wickedly spiked tail does not come the knowledge on how to use them properly and thus she could become fairly awkward with whatever she tries to form as her weapons. She is limited by the material she has in her body, storing her extra ‘mass’ as energy so she can walk around in a smaller body without crushing everything she steps on. When all of her stored mass is active, she is limited in size to a Menos, being unable to grow any larger. She can also shrink down, but only to the size of a child at her smallest, 4’ tall give or take, and needs at least this much room to house her organs such as they are when changing into inanimate materials. Lastly, she can’t mimic non-solid things such as non-viscous liquids (water e.g), energy forms (fire e.g) or gases (air e.g) though she can manage thicker liquids like tar or molasses.
Name: Vetruvian Homme
Class: Hollow Powers
Tier: I-V
Type: Summon
Range: Close
Highest Mastery: Hand to Hand
Description: Chandre is an artist and she quite enjoys making lovely works of art, even in the heat of battle, and in this ability, her love of art and the practical need to defend herself are married nicely. She sculpts a form from the wax that makes up her body, creating a body that splits from her like some sort of deranged birth. The body can be whatever colour, shape or size that Chandre can take, generally being fairly unique in appearance since Chandre enjoys making original art each time she uses this power, each one being a ‘piece of art’ that she is proud to display. As with her own shape-shifting power, the form does not denote the function as the behemoth of muscle and spikes she makes could be physically very unimpressive. There is one similarity that all of these creatures share that Chandre (despite her displeasure in using the same look for anything ever at all ever) HAS to carve into them. They all have a hollow hole somewhere on their body, and in that hole burns a single candle wick. This flame is tied to the life of the piece, and snuffing it is the same as killing the piece. The candle flame is a special fire though, and needs special circumstances to be extinguished. Only spiritually charged items can affect the candle flame, so a piece could go swimming in the ocean without worry, but should be careful should a shinigami try and snuff them out with their fingers. The candle flame will eventually go out in 8 posts (Except when summoned as tier I summons, in which case the candle will burn until put out), leaving the piece to freeze like a statue of wax, never to move again. Chandre only has eight candles on her crown, and regardless of tier, she can only have four summons active at once. She must follow normal rules for maximum summons at tier III, IV and V though, limited to three, two and one respectively.
Summon Abilities (Usable only when Vetruvian Homme is a tier IV or higher summon):
Name: Survie du Plus Apte
Class: Hand to Hand
Type: Defensive
Range: Personal
Tier: V
Description: As their creator endeavours to create the perfect piece of art, so to does the Vetruvian Homme endeavour to become that piece of art. When seeing or struck by something that would damage the Vetruvian Homme, it learns and adapts its methods to defend against such attacks. Upon seeing or being struck by a damaging attack, the Vetruvian Homme can activate this ability, and learns the motions, rietsu spikes and other telling signs of such an incoming attack, allowing the Vetruvian Homme to react accordingly. The Vetruvian Homme has to have seen or been hit by an attack before this defensive ability kicks in, but this defense will affect every attack it has witnessed for the next five posts as a tier V defensive maneuver.
Name: Evolution Course aux Armements
Class: Hand to Hand
Type: Offensive
Range: Variable
Tier: V
Description: Creatures in the wild adapt to hunt their prey, and so must the Vetruvian Homme adapt. After seeing an attack from their opponent, the Vetruvian Homme will generate an attack of opposing values to counter. This could mean breathing ice at their opponent that just breathed fire, or generating a hardened fist after seeing a projectile used. The attack is simply an attack and does not copy the technique of the opponent. If the opponent summons a dragon that breaths fire for instance, the Vetruvian Homme will breathe ice, not summon an ice dragon. This attack can change only three times before the Vetruvian Homme is stuck with what they have, but it doesn’t NEED to change after seeing an attack, and can opt to maintain the attack in its current form. There is a cool-down of 1 post after the attack adapts.
Name: Memoire Genetique
Class: Hollow Powers
Type: Summon
Range: Variable
Tier: III
Description: No creature lasts forever, and in this the Vetruvian Homme is not an exception. That doesn’t mean it won’t try though. After a Vetruvian Homme has died (either by timing out or being damaged enough) Chandre can make a new Vetruvian Homme which will hunt down the carcass of its fallen older brother. This new Vetruvian Homme can eat, absorb or otherwise subsume the dead body, and take on its characteristics, adopting the ‘settings’ of Evolution Course aux Armements and Survie du Plus Apte as if used for the first time. The new Vetruvian Homme can also take on the physical appearance as well, but this is optional. This ability obviously can’t be used if there are no remains to work from, and the new Vetruvian Homme must be the same tier or higher compared to the one being copied.
Name: Bataille ou Fuite
Class: Stepping
Type: Stepping
Range: 50m
Tier: III
Description: While the Vetruvian Homme is a predator in combat, even the fiercest animals know when it is wise to flee. The Vetruvain Homme can dive into and reappear from anything made from Chandre’s wax-like body in an instant. This could be other Vetruvian Homme, Madnonna Littas, Chandre herself or areas affected by Le Bataille du Anghiari so long as it is within 50m of where the Vetruvian Homme initially dived in. It can also ‘partially’ transport itself, reaching an arm or its head through Chandre for it to poke out from another Vetruvian Homme somewhere else eg.
End of the summons’ abilities.
Name: Madonna Litta
Class: Hollow Powers
Tier: IV – V
Type: Summon
Range: Close
Highest Mastery: Healing
Description: Chandre believes that art is a gift to be shared, and truly wants to improve the world. With this in mind, she has found a way to help the unfortunately ugly people around her, albeit in a limited way. She can create a writhing, living growth that will latch onto the victim poor soul she feels is worthy of her aid. The growth will burrow into the flesh of the target like an insect before activating and growing into what it was meant to be. After attaching to the host, the Modonna Littas’ candle goes out and it starts to feed from the host, being unable to perform any further abilities or autonomous motion. The Madonna Litta’s tend toward being smaller than their Vetruvian Homme siblings, but show just as diverse an appearance, as well as share the candle flame and hollow hole.
The Madonna Littas are obviously foreign to the hosts’ body, and will eventually be rejected by the host after five posts of being active and in use if the host is Chandre's rank or higher. A host can prematurely detach it in one of two ways. The first way is directly pulling it out like a wart or scab, but this is damaging to the tune of a Tier III attack. The second way is to 'starve' the Madonna Litta by denying it the rietsu it needs to live properly, and needs a Rietsu control mastery of Above Average to do at all, which cuts the duration by two posts and causes no damage. People with Rietsu control Advanced and over can remove the growth after one post. Otherwise, Chandre can remove it without harming the host at all, reabsorbing it into her body
Summon Abilities (Usable only when Madonna Litta is a tier IV or higher summon):
Name: Endosybiosis
Class: Healing
Type: Supplimental
Range: Variable
Tier: V
Description: The Madonna Litta will grant the host a 3x passive boost to either Strength or Speed, chosen when this ability is activated. In the instance of a strength boost, it aggressively invades the targets muscles and stimulates them, though large root like veins tend to appear on the hosts main muscle groups. In the instance of a speed boost, it latches to the spine, causing the spine to seem very pronounced under the skin. At this point the Madonna Litta is fused with the host for five posts before it dissolves harmlessly.
Name: Ectosybiosis
Class: Healing
Type: Supplimental
Range: Variable
Tier: IV
Description:The growth could be used as a spare limb such as an arm, leg or tail (whatever it was designed to be). The limb responds to commands in the same manner it would have had it been natural on the hosts’ body, but this may be disorienting to the host if they aren't used to having extra limbs. Chandre can maintain control of such a limb however; overriding whatever the host wants the thing to do. If Chandre chooses to exert control over the Madonna Litta in this way, the candle flame stays lit and it remains an active summon until Chandre chooses to let the Madonna Litta fully fuse with its host. She cannot regain control over a Madonna Litta once she has relinquished control in this manner.
When replacing a limb the Madonna Litta actually tries its best to mimic the originally lost limb and after the five post limit, the host body can't tell the difference anymore and accepts the Madonna Litta as the original. The limb behaves as if the original hadn't been removed (this only works for Hollows, Arrancars, Vizard and Fullbringers). While the limb is attaching to the ‘stump’ where the original was cut off, the host must remain relatively still as the Madonna Litta tries to reattach nerves, blood vessels and the like. The host can run and jump around so long as they remain careful of their new limb, but combat in any really meaningful manner is impossible. If the host attempts to fight with the Madonna Litta still trying to attach, the new limb will just fall off from all the jostling.
End of Summon Abilities
Name: Le Bataille du Anghiari
Class: Hollow Power
Tier: V
Type: Supplemental
Duration: 5 posts
Range: 50m Radius
Description: To Chandre, life is the ultimate expression of art, and with this ideal in mind she tries to bring art to the very earth beneath our feet. When activated, Chandre releases up to four ‘cherubs’ that fly out from her body and go where she mentally directs them. The cherubs are always only about two feet tall, have a set of wings and childlike appearance, though their eyes, nose, ears and mouth glow brightly as if there were a fire in their head. Otherwise their appearance can be very unique, boasting several arms, strange skin tones or a body that resembles a bag of oranges. They can only fly as far as fifty meters away from Chandre but can otherwise fly indefinitely, only landing when Chandre wishes it and can travel as quickly as a cero.
The cherubs explode on command, dealing tier III damage to anybody within 5 meters of them, but that is the least of their effects. From the remnants of their explosive end scatters small, ash like spores that coat a 25m radius centred on their destruction. Everything the spores touch becomes an extension of Chandre’s body, allowing her to manipulate, shape and attack through what the spores land on.
When it comes to inanimate objects the spores infect it completely and instantly turn it into the same waxy substance as Chandre’s body, which she can then turn into whatever she can turn into. When the ability’s time lapses, the transformed material stays as whatever Chandre changed it into, even if it were a different shape or material (turning a building from cement to a cheddar cheese statue of R.L. Stein eg).
For no/low rietsu organic materials or creatures, the spores also infect them instantly, but Chandre has a few other options. She can change them into Vetruvian Homme pieces remotely, following the same rules for her Vetruvian Homme ability, though any souls in the living materials are immediately ingested by Chandre. She can also reshape and re-organize the living material however she sees fit to create organic ‘tools’ based on her Item Creation mastery. In this manner, she can re-create any organic item she has approved at or below tier V. She can make up to two items in this manner per post if she does nothing else, only one if she attacks or defends in the same post. Low rietsu creatures refer to anything below ML, and require OOC consent if used on PC characters, otherwise the ability treats them as a ‘higher’ rietsu creature as below.
When the spores come in contact with a higher rietsu creature (ML+), they can’t infect the host body and one of two things happen. The spores grow over and coat the creature forming a tier IV binding effect, calculate advantages for escaping as normal. Otherwise, Chandre can have the spores coalesce into a Madonna Litta that promptly infects the host body using the rules for the Madonna Litta ability. The effect is chosen by Chandre when the spores come in contact with their target.
