Name: D - Diabolical Force
Class: Reiryoku Techniques
Tier: IV
Type: Binding/Offensive/Supplementary
Range: Melee
Description: By inserting energy into a weapon or appendage, the user will force this ability into a target through physical contact. At first glance, this technique is nothing more than a bind, causing the affected to glow with a deep crimson aura which will last for a single post at a strength of Tier IV. However, if the target breaks free of this bind before it ends, they will choose OOC'ly one of three effects; The aura explodes inward into them, dealing Tier IV concussive damage. Or they suffer a debuff to their Strength and Speed by minus x2 for a single post.

Name: O - Oppressive Growl
Class: Reiryoku Techniques
Tier: V
Type: Offensive
Range: 50 Meters
Description: When activated, the user enhances their voice so that it becomes a source of cero speed damage for a single post to anyone within a 50 meter radius.

Name: E - Emergency Call
Class: Reiryoku Techniques
Tier: III
Type: Supplementary
Range: 200 Meters
Description: This ability allows the user to supercharge their body with energy, which in turns allow them to teleport anywhere within two hundred meters at a time. The speed at which this is done is based on how far the user teleports, as anything within 50 meters can be done instantly, 51 to 100 meters however requires a bit more concentration and cast time. Anything above this will take a full post of set up, and is not really suitable in battle, however it can be used while engaged. The user can also teleport other characters with them as long as they have some form of physical contact, however the range at which this can be done is cut in half, as well as the before mentioned range to cast time ratios(rounded down).
