Prologue: Ceira and Meara have been attempting to locate the source behind the sudden increase of missing children within [insert name of location here]. Though tending to prefer working alone, this particular case reached a bit closer to home as one of Ceira's childhood friend's had both her niece and daughter taken from her home, with the babysitter slaughtered beyond recognition. While little evidence was left, the only connection between cases is that all children were taken from their home, and any adult or even teenager with them at the time were completely eviscerated. While police believe it to be the works of a serial killer, Meara believes it to be the work of a Hollow, one who seems to find comfort in consuming only the souls of children.
Plot: Ceira and Meara finally find a lead; a trail that leads them to the docks. Within one of the large and numerous warehouses along the docks reside a group of Hollows, a surprisingly large group, one that most certainly does not give off the spiritual aura of such. At the center stands their leader, an evolved Hollow (Vasto or Arrancar?), one certainly powerful and wielding an item that seems to cloak the reiatsu of each of his Hollow companions. This evolved Hollow houses within him countless souls, though upon its most recent evolution, produced the persona(s) of a serial killer, one who long ago, slaughtered families while kidnapping their children, leaving them to die in the wilderness while he watched from afar (or something like that).
Ceira and Meara, however, are not alone on their search and come to find a Vizard (pair?) breaking into the fray almost immediately, hastily making quick work of the evolved Hollow's underlings. Before an itching Ceira could readily attempt to join in the Vizard's (Vizards'?) bout, Meara halts her and informs her that the souls may still be intact. With the amount of trouble the evolved Hollow was going through to hide such a large group in an attempt to seek out the souls of children, there was no way it was just for normal consumption. Meara tells Ceira to aid the Vizard, but to make certain not to kill the leader so that he/she may be questioned/interrogated on the location of the children's souls.
In an attempt to join in the fray as well as to alert the Vizard(s) of her findings, their attempts to subdue the evolved Hollow fall short, and all parties receive great injury. While Ceira receives the lesser of the damage, the Vizard(s) take the brunt of the trauma, their life/lives most certain to fall. After a touching dialog, the Vizard(s) attempt in their dying breath to give Meara and Ceira the power they need to put a stop to this evolved Hollow once and for all and to allow the children's souls to finally find piece.
With their newly attained power, Meara and Ceira team one once more to face the evolved Hollow for a final round...
Character(s) Involved: Ceira Cavanaugh, Meara Cavanaugh, Mod NPC Hollow, Mod NPC Shinigami/Vizard (x2?)
Reason for Mod-required NPC: Hollow NPC; required for Rank, as I will require a rather high-leveled Hollow for this plot to make any sense. Shinigami/Vizard NPC; Substitute Shinigamification-ness will occur, and I may need two stabbies, so probably two maybe possibly?
Trial(s)/OOC Notations: Shinigamification; both Meara and Ceira during the aftermath of the first encounter, then Hollowfication for Ceira (loss) and Meara (trial; will be using trial box) during the final round.

Illegal Shinigamification MethodFor a person to be eligible for Shinigamification, a human must find himself a willing participant of the Shinigami status willing and ready to share their power. a simple stab to the heart is all it takes and will invoke Shinigamification. However there are a few requirements and drawbacks of this process:
First, a Shinigami must be at least ML-A to be able to share their power. There isn't a minimum rank for the Human to be, but they will become SL-A/LL minimum upon Shinigamification. Change to suit your original rank.
Secondly, once the Shinigami relinquishes his power to the human, he/she will permanently lose two ranks and must retrain themselves to get back the ranks they lost. They can be NPCd by staff instead of a PC, but either method requires grading in the improvement area before the Human becomes a Sub-Shinigami.
In addition, if the same Shinigami decides to be generous again and stab another human, the amount of ranks they lose will increase by 1, leaving them 3 ranks lower than they were before. Next time it will be 4 ranks, and so on.
The new Substitute Shinigami along with the Shinigami who gave away his power will be hunted down by the Soul Society.
Illegal Class DescriptionThese are the outlaws, they are given their powers by rogues or by Shinigami out of necessity or love, or defected from being legal. Even accidents where a stab aimed to kill awards the powers. If done in this matter you become a Substitute Shinigami but you don't have the seal and you and your Shinigami "mother" become hunted fugitives. For ease of roleplaying, you automatically have access to a Gikongan (Soul Candy) pill to allow transferring between Human/Fullbringer and Shinigami Forms.
Only In Character Substitute Shinigami can be this class, but they can be legal as well depending on the method of attaining their powers.
Compared to being Legal, Illegals cannot learn Kidou, but can become Vizard.
Vizard Guide; Becoming a VizardIn essence, this is a trial taken by your character in order to earn your Vizard status. You must be a Shinigami or Illegal Substitute Shinigami and a minimum rank of [ML-A], but those are the only requirements.
To look for details on this trial, refer to the [Trial Guide].
When becoming a Vizard, one does not lose special perks (Healing mastery for 4th Division, Item Creation mastery for 12th Division, or Kido advantages for Kidō Corp), though they may find it difficult to utilize or improve upon these perks due to lack of resources.
Your Reiryoku Techniques Mastery becomes the Hollow Technique Mastery, and
You will automatically acquire the Mask Control Mastery at Beginner level.
You will automatically acquire the Cero/Bala Mastery at Beginner, with both the Cero and Bala techniques.
Vizard Trial Loss/Death ScenarioOrdinarily when a Vizard dies, the soul is brought back into the world of the living via reincarnation as a newborn. Thus due to the IC timeline, you may as well make a new character as you will be unable to roleplay a baby.
The one other way though for a Vizard to 'die', is that they are either absorbed by a Hollow by being consumed and unable to go into reincarnation, or they become a Hollow themselves from losing a Vizard Trial.
When this happens the following Mastery and technique translations take place:
Hand-to-Hand, Stepping, Weapon Skill, Hollow Techniques, Reiatsu Control and Soul Resilience, Healing and Item Creation all translate over cleanly.
You lose all your Kidou, but an equal number of techniques that you lost can be added as new Hollow Techniques.
Cero/Bala will start as N/A as you are an unclassified Hollow, and must be attained in character.
For your Hollow Powers:The Mastery Level remains the same when translated but if you have unlocked Bankai, you can translate over your Bankai techniques. If you have yet to unlock Bankai, you can translate over your Shikai techniques. If your powers are too unconventional to become Hollow-like, you may choose an entirely new theme.

CONTENT
You've been infected with Hollow reiatsu, either by a wound from a Hollow or some other creative reason, and a Hollow has made a nest inside you. It's starting to take over. Before it overcomes you completely, you decide to face it inside your inner world, where in a fight it will be decided who controls your body.
On the outside you will roleplay your physical body as it transforms into that of a hollow. If to much time goes by within a roleplay the overseer will kill you to prevent the hollow from winning control.
If you lose and die the Hollow will take over, and thus you will change into a full Hollow of a rank higher. The catch is, you must now escape before the overseer kills you and rids the world of the evil.
If you win, you will become a Vizard and come back to the real world, the hollow parts will explode and only a mask will remain on your body.
Notes:
Unless given permission a Vizard transformation must be overseen by another Vizard to reduce the attention the rampaging Inner Hollow causes. Attempting to go Vizard without an overseer is basically calling Shinigami hunters to you.
If you fail and lose to the hollow, the overseer must stay in character and aim to kill the hollow. If they allow you to leave and it is obvious they allowed it, your trial will be denied and voided, or a staff will step in. This trial is not to allow you to get a higher ranked hollow for free.
