Description: A kido that allows the user to place a rune marking on a location. The user cannot place this rune while in combat. The rune may be destroyed by literally any attack, so it's best to place the rune in hard to find areas. All areas marked with a Gatestone Rune must be marked in-character, with a thread to prove it was done.

Incantation: "Relocate to <insert location name>."
Description: A kido that allows the user to instantly teleport to any marked location. It may be used on other individuals to teleport them to the designated stone, with OOC Permission. This may be used at the very beginning of combat, before any offensive spells are used, or at the end of combat when it's all said and done, but not after Mitsuoki has made an attack. If used to avoid entering combat, and, if the thread is not in the same world as the Gatestone Mitsuoki has teleported to, using this spell removes Mitsuoki from the thread entirely.
