"I've never asked much from you, and I've given you access to a laboratory filled to the brim with things beyond my comprehension. I now ask of you a weapon to inflict the wound of terror upon those who stand against us. A tool to bring justice to those who are truly wicked. Here is my design, I trust you to see it come to fruition."
The message was short, sweet and to the point. Surprisingly, Theocelese managed to use his communicator for the entire text and file transfer. Seemed he could figure the damn thing out if some time and patience were actually put into it, and maybe it was for this reason that Seran came through with the request. Then again, when didn't he? It all came down to getting the other renegade at the right time, but in this particular instance there was no waiting or looking for Seran. Three days later, when the Arrancar came back from a human-world excursion, the weapon was set ceremoniously inside of his room. Hung by a single hook attached to chains wrought from black iron left the ax slightly swaying from opening and closing of his chamber door. Eeriely, his communicator vibrated in his satchel. Upon checking the device, it was a message from the weapon's creator herself, and the concise message read as followed:
'Her name is Noxa. Made to your exact specifications. You're welcome'
Theocelese responded with a simple 'Thank you', before going to retrieve the weapon. Everything about it would inspire both fear and awe in all who saw the creation, and in his hands, Theocelese felt an odd sense of empowerment. It was the perfect piece to introduce to the Quincy when the time came to meet head on, something to make them regret returning. For as much as Theocelese wished to leave this life of warfare and death, he knew there was no other place for him. All attempts made wound up in catastrophic failure...and now, here the Arrancar was, a new weapon held in his hands that caused his skin to prickle in excitement. His left hand released its grip on Noxa and rose instinctively, creating a portal to the Mortal Realm. There was always some kind of Hollow on the prowl, and if he was lucky, there may have been a Quincy running loose for him to make a mess of.
The Gargantas always seemed to take him back to Karakura town, with or without the use of his faux-body. It was his hunting grounds as a mortal, and it would continue to be so in his post-life form. The only difference now happened to be that he wasn't necessarily one of the many small fish in this fuckfest of a pond anymore. Barely a few years passed since then, and for all intents and purposes, Theocelese was one of the bigger fish to be wary of.
When he emerged into the cool-night of Karakura, the late hours meant little to no people around. Only the mischievous types and insomniacs, but barring those types of humans...Silence. With a deep exhale, Theocelese looked around, his senses not finding any Hollow quite yet, nor did he find any Quincy. If it came down to a waiting game, he would wait.
Theo is carrying his Zan, sword, a signet ring and his satchel as well as Noxa, per our mini-convo in c-box. The satchel has no "in game effects", just has stuff like his smokes, communicator and whatnot.

he sensor woke her. Blodeuwen grumbled. Of course; of course it would be at night, after she'd gone to bed. She considered just ignoring it. Theocelese would be back some other day, she mused, arguing with herself. But she lost. Swinging pale legs over the edge of her bed, Blod seemed to hoist her torso up, head and arms flailing along with fatigue. Rubbing sleep from her alabaster eyes, she could see that he was in K-town. Of course. With a yawn, she picked up her zanpakuto Cariad, and headed out the door. Before walking straight back in upon realizing that she was still wearing her pyjamas.
Perhaps a quarter of an hour later; the amount of time taken to dress, tie her hair up, go to the loo, and throw on some make-up for good measure, and Blod was out the door for real. This evening would be a regular old shihakusho night, no captain haori, no Soshi robe. She greeted the bleary-eyed gatekeeper with a quiet hello, simultaneously waking her up and startling her into a bow which made Blod smile. She went and messed with the gate's controls; no point putting the limiter on herself this time, if things went south they'd almost certainly go really far south. With a quiet goodbye, a particularly ostentatious Aoi-made jigokucho fluttering down onto her bun, Blodeuwen stepped through the senkaimon, which closed behind her.
She'd not bothered to be particularly discreet about it. She wasn't going to keep him if he didn't want to be kept and Theo wasn't a man exactly known for seeking out violence where it could be avoided. The senkaimon would open, the strange looking doors drawing apart, within seeing distance of Theocelese. Blodeuwen had kept her reiatsu to a polite level. She wasn't scared, or even nervous really. This mission had been given to her following the attack on Karakura town. After all Theo's years of trying to get the Gotei 13 on side, they finally were interested in hearing him out. She wouldn't be surprised if he told them to go do one, or asked if she was having a laugh. Perhaps that was why they'd chosen a shinigami from outside their ranks to come and talk to him. More likely was that the arrancar had shown an interest in her personally.
"That's a pretty nasty looking axe, Theocelese." she said, sardonically, in an almost sing-song voice. "I hope you aren't planning on hurting anyone with it." upon saying this, she looked at him, pouting slightly, her ocean-blue eyes totally clear and innocent, before her lips curled back into a pretty smile, and she skipped closer.
And wait the Arrancar did. Nothing. Not a peep. All things considered...it was a foolish gambit to go hunting for his kin, when who knows how many of them were erased. The Quincy, however, knew perhaps it best to steer clear away from the Grecian's wrath, as Theocelese chose to give them a first hand lesson as to what his fury could accomplish. With an agitated exhale, Theocelese launched himself to a nearby roof, only to plop down. With one hand on Noxa, the other fished out a cigarette and lighter. As far as he was concerned, he might as well enjoy the evening for a little while before heading back home. There were still many plans brooding in his mind, goals that needed to be accomplished. While he would mourn his lost comrades later...his mind thought more along the lines of logistics. And he knew where to replenish his ranks, now of all times when he would never show it, the Arrancar was bordering on desperation. He could kill countless Quincy, hundreds of them, thousands of them--but all fierce soldiers tired eventually. The Quincy, as lacking in honor as they were, would no doubt prove to be the filthy vermin they were.
The gate from the Soul Society opening not too far off hadn't even caused him to look in that direction, but his eyes did shift. With a release of smoke, he kept the cigarette between his teeth, the jaws clenching slightly. For a few mere moments, the Arrancar remained silent. He wondered what this woman wanted, and felt a slight unease about the situation. They pushed the invaders back to their lines outside of Las Noches and Hueco Mundo...and all Theocelese really had to work with was a handful of veterans and a few hundred moderately decent fighters. No doubt the Soul Society handled their own...but Hidane had given him a warning. Did the Soul Society receive the same gift, he wondered.
"I'm only here to hurt those that I can truly justify in harming." His reply, while concise, was rather vague. Granted, if Blodeuwen ever bothered to read what probably accounted for the mountain of notes and data in his dossier, there were hundreds of incidents of a Shinigami showing up to find the Arrancar guarding a vulnerable spirit. Had they bothered to take notice of his actions as a mortal, it was not beyond a human Theocelese to prowl the streets looking like a medieval reenactor doing much of the same. It was the memory of that time not all that distant from now which caused his lips to purse into a frown.
"How bad was it on your end?" Theocelese asked abruptly, scootching over slightly and letting the ax rest beside him on one side, where as the Shinigami could choose to sit on the other. His questions hadn't ended just yet, though. "Before I...became what I am now, I met a Shinigami. Kira, I think his name was, and we shared some time together. How has he fared?" Still, he was not done. "What of Abarai Renji, and Captain Shunsui?" All three names were ones that meant something to him. Though he was not lucky enough to spend much time with any of the three, and all things considered the interactions were...pleasant.

"M
h-hmm." she wasn't especially surprised at his answer. At this point, these were merely pleasantries. Vague or not it wasn't as if she had been farming him for information. In fact, Blodeuwen had voraciously read every scrap she could find in the archives about the man, and had pestered Kurotsuchi Mayuri for every additional piece of info that he possessed. No leaf was left unturned. It was strange, knowing so much about a person, despite hardly having met them. And the more Blod learned about Theo, the more depressed she'd gotten. The Court Guard Squads were so mired in their tradition, so set in their ways, that they let opportunity after opportunity slip through their withered fingers. The Central 46 had been a part of that. She hoped her darkest secret had died with Adam in that hollow-sealing pit, but he seemed like someone who might have understood what she'd nearly been driven to do.
His next question addressed the topic that, realistically, they both knew she was there to discuss. Brief and to the point. She sighed heavily, tucking the long bangs that framed her face behind elfin ears. She sat down next to him as he scootched over. Her legs dangled freely and playfully over the edge of the roof, like a child. She sniffed and frowned slightly, eyeing his cigarette from the side. It reminded her of Raiden. Raiden who Blodeuwen hadn't heard from since the attack. Had they let him go? The time had slipped away so carelessly.
"Three Taicho out of commission." she said, making little guns of her pretty fingers and miming shooting motions with them. She was staring blankly into the middle distance. "You get that bit of intel totally free of charge." she told him, with a cheeky grin, though not once removing the focus of her eyes from a point some thirty metres distant.
Blod snorted at the mention of Kira's name. He hadn't been one of the casualties this time, but his captain had. She'd seen the report of how the Crisis Core defeated that disgusting pig Pepe Waccabrada, with the help of captain Kuchiki, of course. Rose was still in a critical state, with Izuru acting as captain in his stead for the time being, though she didn't imagine this state of affairs would last for long. He didn't quite have the chops, and he was a little too depressing. She imagined the other captains would get sick of it.
"Izuru Kira is fine; he recently got promoted, in fact." she told Theo, sunnily. "Abarai Renji was not a casualty I read about. I can't imagine it would have been as exciting for him as getting kidnapped by you, anyhow." she finally broke out of her reverie, to cast a sideways glance in Theo's direction. "And Kyōraku-Kun is his same devilish self. He met your friend "Athena" the same day I did." Blodeuwen mimed the finger quotes around Emilia's name. She was vaguely aware that Sui Feng was on her own hunt for intel from the leader of Olympus. Sui Feng was uptight, but competent, so Blodeuwen needn't do any digging here.
"As you might understand, the Gotei 13 are feeling the pinch. Three captains down. I've been looking for you, on their behalf, for a little while. Kurotsuchi has sensors all over the place trying to pick up traces of your reiatsu. They have the bakery- well, what remains of it, under pretty close watch. And yet here you decided to show your face after my bedtime. Do you..." she turned to look at him, her pauashell eyes wide and glistening. "Do you realize how inconsiderate that is?" she asked in an attempt to elicit a laugh, a smile, anything.
"Mmm." Happened to be the initial response as he continued puffing away, though he seemed to be more cautious of where to exhale the escaping smoke. Theocelese wore no emotions on his scarred, bronze-skinned face, but his eyes softened in relief. Though he was unaware of the true extent of the injuries these three Shinigami faced, he could not imagine they were anything to be scoffed at. Considering the Quincy could eradicate one's soul and all. "We were not so lucky. The rag-tag forces under my command fought like they animals they are, but the Quincy were beaten back this time. Next time...perhaps not. Unless I go right for their commander instead of bleeding their forces dry. We will see."
By now, the candy-cane scented cigarette finished its lifespan and the Arrancar was quick to mash the cherry out before igniting another one. A good glass of...something strong, he didn't care what it happened to be, was desired with the smoke. Maybe later. And then there was another bout of silence. Not even a snort, or a chuckle from Blodeuwen's comment, but it did manage to get Theocelese's stone-face to crack into a grin. His head dipped lightly, fighting back the new urge to flirt. There were, however, more important matters to get to, no matter how either of them danced around that particular subject.
"You know, your side and mine have been fighting the same wars for some time." With his cigarette now resting between his fingers, and with a nearly silent exhale, the man shifted his sitting position. The left leg hung from the roof, while the right remained arched, his foot half-on the ledge. The cigarette holding hand rested on the raised knee, while the other held onto the ledge. "I have roamed these streets for years, more of them spent alive as opposed to being dead. When I met my end, I continued to terrorize the Hollow. But instead of killing them with a clear conscious, I consumed them like something out of a nightmare. Mindless, ever-hungry. It did not end until I ascended to the apex of my kind." He paused briefly to take a drag from the idle-burning cigarette, then continued. "I remembered the name Kaname Tousen spoke one night, all those years ago, and of the distinct shape of Las Noches. He told me of Aizen's plan to right the world of the Soul Society's cruel grasp and so, I searched for this fortress and in time, I found it, as well as Sosuke Aizen.
He presented me with that trinket, I do not recall it's name, and asked my deepest desire. I did not ask for strength, but power was given. I asked to remember who I was, and in a flash of light, I returned to a human form. It was then that bastard declared his intentions to me, that I was to fight for him. A round about way of telling me I was his slave, more or less. I saw the fanaticism of the other Arrancar and vowed to free myself, and all the others, from Aizen's grasp. The first step was to kill one of his loyal ten. The Espada." Without pause, Theocelese drew up the royal blue sleeve adorning his arm, showing the accented 8 burned into his flesh. "Szayel Aporro Grantz. It took me less than a minute to exterminate that menace, and from there...I planned with my Fraccion.
When Aizen left to combat the Gotei, we also left Las Noches and waited for the time to strike and retake Las Noches. We did so." No doubt much of this information had been already known, though there were some bits he was expecting the Shinigami to not have even expected. Still, Theocelese felt what was said needed to be said.
"I attempted a...cease-fire with our Gotei counterparts. Multiple times, in fact, and every time I was given excuse after excuse, bullshit reasons for why we could not cooperate and focus our efforts. The first, I declared an interest in aiding those who stood against the Espada who embarked for war and was met with dismissal. The second time, when the dust settled, I was met with a simple 'You are the enemy' and the third was during Renji's stay, I spoke with Shunsui and shared a few drinks with him. Your leader branded me as a coward for not coming to your doorstep with loaded arms aimed at me. Tia told me of your Head Captain's....duress...at the hands of Aizen's modified Arrancar. The repercussions of his Zanpakutou being sealed away meant his downfall. Yet he still had his fellow C aptains to continue fighting as a cohesive force. You would have thought he understood I did, and still do not have such a luxury. All of my Fraccion, people I considered sons and daughters all, have either died or have disappeared." So why say all of this? Why go through the effort to speak these words when what was to follow, simply should have sufficed? Well, Theocelese did not know anything beyond the basic structure of the Gotei 13, whether they were secretive or not with controversial past events. Theocelese looked at Blodeuwen now to read her face.
"In your darkest moments, you come to me at the turn of the tide?" It was then that the Arrancar laughed, however, it came out as series of slow coughs. This was short lived, and the amused smirk faded soon thereafter.
"It seems no matter what life this soul of mine has lived, all I've ever been wanted for was my ability to kill. The Arrogant Tyrant and his disgraced brother needed me for such a thing. Aizen wanted me for it as well. Now the Gotei 13 desire it...." Theocelese flicked the long ash build up off of his cigarette and took a deep inhale.
"I will agree to meet with whoever wishes to make it possible, but I have one method of payment I must have. This is non-negotiable, and I will only meet with your command structure if certain information can be found out for me." The Arrancar wasn't going to make the Shinigami wait. "The day we met was the day my daughter died. I must know if her soul resides in the Soul Society. I...I have already spent time in the Rukongai looking for her, but to no avail. This is my only request."

et's be honest here. If you go for the commander, dealing with the rest is just a cleanup job." Blodeuwen replied. She knew little to nothing about strategy. She'd never been a battle commander of any description really, all the things she knew were tactical. The Kido Corps were not a combat-unit. Despite what so-called Taicho Kuchiki seemed to think. She smiled as he grinned, glad that her humour had managed to touch him in at least some regard. She still swung her legs as Theo moved slightly. They were a hair's breadth from touching now, which felt slightly strange. Not too long ago they had been enemies, opponents in a bloody combat that she felt neither of them particularly wanted. Yet here he was now, pouring his heart out; not that Theo had a heart. How he became an espada. Why. Having been lied to and used as a weapon. It wasn't something Blodeuwen could ever understand; having been kept safe from one thing or another her whole life, through status, or power, or others dying for her cause. The life of a hollow, constantly afraid, constantly hungry, simultaneously terrified of backsliding to mindlessness, and ambitious for greater power.
Much of what Theo said, of his own past, of the events of the Hogyoku war, were familir to Blodeuwen but they meant something different coming from the mouth of the lion himself. The frown and crease in her brow she'd developed while listening deepened as he spoke of his family disappearing. Comrades in arms gone forever... Blodeuwen thought of those she had lost, good shinigami consigned to dust forever. That was something she could identify with, and it brought with it a flood of memories of people who had gone forever, but also of the ones she had let down. Vanessa and Shiori shot through her mind. Raiden. She grimaced.
He laughed humourlessly. It churned her insides, she could almost taste the feeling of bitterness. It was the feeling she had whenever she remembered Llew, and her inability to have killed him and had him returned to her. She stopped swinging her legs and tucked them underneath her, crosslegged.
"Theo-" she said, as he asked his rhetorical question. "I-" she wanted to say she understood. She was angry at herself for seeing his humanity now for the first time. For seeing that he had succeeded where most other arrancar hadn't even tried, or had outright dismissed. Only some had striven for his humanity and failed; fewer still had succeeded. She cursed the Gotei 13 to herself silently. She cursed the central government for their inflexibility, and the heartbreak it had caused.
"It's not fair." she shrugged as he lamented the purpose he had been assigned by others. But then again... Life wasn't fair. And Theo would know that even better than her- she was coming across as the spoiled child she was. His next request was peculiar. She recalled vaguely how the blonde arrancar had destroyed the bakery to aid Liam during her escape. She had been the same one reported to have come through a Hole who had nearly destroyed new Gotei 13 recruit @gage. His request elicited a frown. A daughter? She hadn't even begun to consider the mechanics of arrancar copulation before. But finding someone in the rukon districts? Was that even possible? Even Kitado had struggled to find her, and only when her spiritual powers had been discovered. What if she had been sorted into one of the lower districts and was currently fighting for her life in Zaraki district or some other hellhole? But then she remembered it. A seemingly innocuous Kido that few shinigami outside the Kido Corps bothered to learn, as many were focused on pure combat utility. But tracking a spiritual presence you didn't know? Blodeuwen couldn't remember the individual reiatsus inside the building when it collapsed, let alone pick out which one. There would be a way. But there had to be a way.
"Theo-" she paused, and took a deep breath. "If you come with me to the Seireitei. If you join us... I will find your daughter, if she's alive." she said, solemnly. "Personally." tacked on to drive the point home, Blodeuwen was almost certain that even if he didn't agree to come with her she'd still agree to do it. "I don't answer to Yama-jii, Theo. My time and authority is my own." she stood, quickly, eyes sparkling. A ray of hope shining from her face. Could she do for Theo what she had never been able to do for herself? Re-unite with loved ones after death...
"Life is not fair." This is what he always told Alexandra when she was young and went on her childish tantrums. "We take the cards we are dealt, and we play them accordingly." He stared at the Shinigami's hand almost longingly. 'Don't do it, it's a trap.' 'This is what they want.' 'You'll never come back from this "meeting". All the nagging doubts hit him at once, grinding away whatever small bond had just formed between them. It was when he looked into the woman's eyes that he saw sincerity and honesty and hope in them. Beyond that, she hurt just the same as he did. Given all that happened, up until this point the Arrancar held onto what he saw in Blodeuwen's eyes, lost it, regained it, and lost it once again. It was a never ending, vicious cycle with Hope. Theocelese cocked his head to the side, eyes closing and brows narrowing. An audible growl could be heard, low and deep. This was not aimed aggressively at the Shinigami, but rather he was quickly fighting with his own thoughts. What a Hell of a night. Sitting up slightly, Theocelese took the woman's hand in his own rough hand and he stood with Noxa in tow.
"It was two blocks from here several years ago I died for love." Theocelese lifted the clean-toothed axe, aiming it towards Tsubakidai Park. A sudden howl burstl from the weapon. "Four more I am buried with those I have lost." The weapon swung to the West. Noxa's motor revved loudly and the hooked teeth began to churn. He hadn't looked at Blodeuwen just yet, but the way his hand gripped the axe's shaft tightly, the twitching of his fingers both on his weapon and against Blod's hand, as well as the small, stuttering chokes in his voice meant one very possible thing, perhaps a testament for his successful fight to retain his humanity in that he was fighting back tears. It was hard to imagine the mighty Theocelese as nothing short of a stone-faced War Lord, broad shouldered and covered in the scars of what should have been centuries of bodily abuse. Pain should have been nothing to him, and yet this suffering ran deep than any blade, spell or impact could. He showed unease at going to the Seireitei, but there were only two factors which propelled him to come with the Shinigami. The most complex of human emotions, Love and Hope. It was all for love.
"If I go with you...promise to do this with me...I will kill everyone and destroy everything I must to see my child safe. Promise me that even if I fall before finding Alexandra, you will continue to search for her...and....and." Finally, The Lion broke. A fresh stream of tears fell from his eyes, trailing into the healed over broken and split skin before falling to the street below. "You will tell her that there is nothing I could ever do, no matter how I apologize, I cannot make up for failing her and her mother. You promise me these things or..." Theocelese stuttered. "Or..." A weakened chuckle left his lips. "Or I'll haunt you in my afterlife's afterlife."
The man regained control after being truly vulnerable for so long. To be one of the rare few of his kind who held emotions past anything negative was one helluva thing, but to show them? That was another thing entirely. The chain weapon's roaring became nothing more than a lulling purr as it lowered. The Arrancar took in a deep breath.
"Let's go...I...I....What do I call you?" He was sure the woman exchanged names with him, but he couldn't recall it. Or did she? Genuine confusion plagued his face, looking as though this were the very first time speaking to the Shinigami.

he could see him wrestling with himself. Feel it too; perhaps the shinigami and hollow parts of his reiatsu were in turmoil. Was this... Forcing him to go against his nature? No; Tia Harribel and her fraccion, Nel Tu the same. Arrancar could form bonds. Brother and sisterhood. Theo himself showed it, plain and simple, before her very eyes. And it wasn't as if shinigami were pure virtue by nature. They too could be monstrous and wicked. The world possessed many more shades of grey than when young Blodeuwen had set out on her quest to slaughter one particular hollow, all those centuries ago.
His hand was calloused. It was the hand of a warrior, a man that had been turned over by the rough waves of life. Blodeuwen's fingers, dainty and soft, but still long and elegant, pale but for their extremities, were part of the well-cared for hands that came a product of a life of relative luxury, and shelter. Could these bonds they created now hope to last? Could hundreds of years of enmity really be undone by decisions they made now? Or was the die long cast, their fates sealed into the meridians that were now pressed into one another, as if to let go would be to shatter that fragile bond.
She followed the point of the axe. Tsubakidai park. Blodeuwen's homeland, as a human, was a long way off. Few dead or alive had seen it, and certainly the kingdom of Gwynedd was long gone. Blodeuwen didn't utter a single thing as the weapon sprung to life. Not merely out of a will to show willing and trustful, but also because she genuinely felt as though she were in no danger here. What Theo said reminded her more of her past. He had died for love, hmm? Well, she could say perhaps that the same was true for her. The wicked blonde face of the arrancar Llew flashed through her mind for a brief instant, sending a shudder down her spine. Even now, with all her power, was she strong enough? Perhaps one day, she considered, she would tell Theo. Maybe he could understand. He was turning things over in his mind, Blodeuwen was empathetic to his pain, and squeezed his hand gently, rubbing his large thumb with her own. If she had any doubts about his humanity before... They were entirely erased now.
"I promise, Theo." she whispered in a cracked voice, before he could deliver his ultimatum. Though when he did, she let out something between a sob and a giggle. She regained her composure as he did. On the battlefield, Blodeuwen was as staunch and stoic as anyone else. Calculating, unyielding, a force of nature. But here, in these quiet and private moments, the trauma she had suffered through over the past year or so bubbled up, and Theo's sadness resonated deep within her. She dashed a tear free with her remaining hand, before he asked her; who exactly was she?
She puffed out her cheeks, and furrowed her brow in mock-seriousness, and performed an incredibly wooden salute.
"Soshi of the Kido Corps, Grand Kido Chief of the Seireitei, Blodeuwen Ab Mabon Hirashi at your service." she said, her tone also mock serious. "But you may call me Blod." she smiled, dropping the salute gently. "You've got the right shinigami vouching for you. I don't answer to the 13 Court Guard Squads; I'm at the same rank as the Captain-Commander. Technically..." she trailed off. Yama-jii was really something else, she remembered the meeting after the Karakura attack, where his spiritual pressure had felt like getting hit by a train. "But anyway, they'll listen to me, goodness knows I deserve it after I was the only one who showed up when your monkey friend was making a mess of this place." she gestured around with a laugh. With her free hand, she withdrew her zanpakuto, Cariad, from its place on her waist-sash, and jabbed her into the air, turning the sword slowly much like a key in a lock, which opened up the Senkaimon.
"Oh, one last thing;" she said, before taking a deep breath and shutting her eyes.
Wedi ei fyw y mae dy fywyd, - dy rawd Wedi ei rhedeg hefyd Daeth awr i fynd i'th weryd, A daeth i ben deithio byd.
She sang, to an old melody from her childhood. When she did, two Jigokucho emerged from the Senkaimon, one of which fluttered down onto Theo's shoulder, the other onto Blodeuwen's head.
"Stops us getting sucked into the Dangai." She explained. "Shall we?" she said, before stepping into the portal.
"Let's." Theocelese nodded to the Shinigami, but before he entered the portal, there was one more point he wished to be made clear. Noxa rose once more, as to emphasize the words he was about to speak. "That filthy being is no friend of mine. Noxa has been designed to punish monsters like that. If Tyrannus ever shows his face in my presence, I know a few surviving Adjuchas I could trust to evolve from consuming him." It was a funny thing to mention that Theocelese had no intention of killing the Vasto Lorde. Something that Blod may never understand is that the second worst fate for a Hollow is to regress into a mindless animal. The absolute worst? Knowing your flesh and soul is being consumed to empower another. Given what has happened, and that Theocelese has had time to reflect upon the consequences of his inactivity, the chances of the The Beast ever making it back to Hueco Mundo to be fuel for another was slim. That was a fight he knew he could lose himself to the rage boiling within. That creature was far more terrifying than the golden furred Vasto Lorde could ever hope to be.
Once more, to defuse his temper and turn a serious topic into a more light-hearted one, Theocelese blurted out a "If I had known I would be a guest, I would have brought something to eat and a bottle of wine. Perhaps next time I won't be horribly disrespectful. Remind me that I owe you and your fellow Captains a drink."
And with that...Theocelese, would find himself in the Soul Society once again. This time, not feigning a memory-lacking Rukongai goer in the Zaraki District. He would come to the Shinigami's cause and aid, both out of personal selfishness and the knowledge that if their forces remained divided, all of creation that was at stake would be lost.
