GENERAL INFORMATION

Appearance: Kaiyo's appearance has not changed that much for her days before becoming the bount she is today. Her height still the same 4'4" or 132cm, and a balanced weight of 110lbs. or (49.9kg). The almost white skin turning a light pale over the many years under the spotlights of the circus and Shinigami hunting her out into the streets during day or night. The dark orchid short hair now grown all the way to her feet to the back side while her bangs often only manage to cover half of her face.

        Her head most likely one of the main eye catchers when she goes around with her odd family of circus performers. The long pointed ears that emerge from her hair, the scarlet eyes with void black pupils match her snow white teeth and sharp fangs that gave her the circus name the vampire clown. While the rest of her childish like face are often hidden by white makeup and a red nose this bount might have some appeal to those that like them younger, but seems to sway everyone with her looks eventually.

        Having no real women figure outside her docile nature and small frame often makes a few think she is a male dressed as a girl. But if she ever lifted her dress Im sure they would think otherwise. Without any real muscle to show for her hard hours spent performing far over the circle floor this bount's only real distinct body features would be her sharp nails that reach over her finger tips by a decent few centimeters.

        Her lower body no better at showing her female side outside what is not allowed to be shown, this bount's distinct thing to draw some focus is her refusal to wear anything over her feet. Yet despite walking across barbed wire, dancing on hot coals, and stomping on tacs her feet remain unscarred and un damaged like the rest of her eternally youthful body. The sensitive part of her body being her neck.

PERSONALITY

Rough explanation: Kaiyo can roughly be described as someone who has two sides of a coin or two sides of her personality. The more commonly seen side is that of her relaxed nature, where she tries to avoid causing people from fighting and solves her problems with words and agreements. A peaceful smile and a always one to try and help others when she is not agitated.

When angry however Kaiyo proves that her past has not fully left her bodies memories. Her killer intent replaces the kindness in her posture and voice, and she begins to go after everyone that drove her to get angry. Approaching her during one of these episodes is not advises if you wish to keep limbs.

Positive Traits

        When people first meet Kaiyo they often notice her Active nature. Always moving about or doing something on the phone while sitting down to take a break. The is no rest for a world wide business owner. The next is her rather Agreeable nature, while she does tend to accept a great deal of proposals she finds a peaceful middle grounds for ones that she might lose something or a great deal from. If not well, she kills the fool and takes what they had from them. Her Brilliant mind something that has been natured from her many years working as a business women and learning outside work hours.

        Her ability to remain Clear-headed through most fights be them with weapons, or across a table for control over new suppliers or business partners was honed from a great many mistakes in her past concerning those topics. In the face of greater threats, or larger companies, the few that still remain larger then her own, the bount shows her Confidence when going to their regular 'meeting of the greats' as she is still the smallest as she only keeps removing the one above her as she goes up the ranks. Her Dedication to keep her company employee friendly and protecting humans knows no bounds as of yet.

        Her Elegance, while not always shown does prove to help support the fact she is someone who carries the weight of a world wide company on her back and does not let her actions tarnish this. Another talent grown over the years is her ability to see things in Foresight, being if they would pose her a threat if left unchecked, or if they will crash and burn without her interference. Never one to pass by someone on the streets and showing her Generous nature, mostly because money is not something she feels that attached to.

        Often one many might see or say as the Hardworking type, still crunching the numbers and checking the sheets long after everyone has gone home for the night. One to be Humble even after someone might spit in her face or insult her for being small or a kid, but she only is willing to take so much. Her Mature Actions to hostility in the early stages is commendable but it also stems to out to most of her actions. Never one to close her eyes to the bigger picture and remain Observant to even the minor of details of those around her.

        Patient Is one of Kaiyo's core traits. Never acting out, just balling it in, waiting, planning, for the time her enemy exposes a weakness she can't just pass up. But in the meanwhile Kaiyo remains Peaceful with all of her enemies, Soul society even included on her list of smile and avoid individuals. The years ago still leaving a mark for Kaiyo to always remain Precise Be it with her intentions or in combat. Just because you get old is no reason to be late, Kaiyo rarely forgetting to be Punctual with her meetings unless something on her schedule took longer then planned.

        Kaiyo is a Respectful Person when she is not angry, everyone has their reasons and she does not judge them for that. But again, she has her limits of how long she will tolerate them. Kaiyo remains Simple in her nature, nothing extreme, while nothing overly dull is where her sights remain. While not always shown because she stays in a more work mindset is how Sociable Kaiyo truly is. Her friends know, but that's about it at the moment. Her most dangerous core trait has to be her Through nature, never allowing many details to escape from her planning after having it cost her a few times in the past.

Neutral Traits

        Being a rather Ambitious Child long before becoming a bount has led Kaiyo to always be reaching for the highest stars, in this case being the people's greatest hero that Soul society would have to stop chasing her. One of the things she gave up was her free time for this fact. Busy is not even able to detail the amount of time she has to put into everything to be someone that others can trust since she used to only see them as targets. As a strategic advantage over people at meetings Kaiyo place the role of someone with Complex motives, making it seem like no matter the result she will still get the biggest bang for her buck.

        Determination Is another one of those traits Kaiyo has that goes both ways. Determined to show Shinigami she is not a threat and wishes to help people, can be a dual edged sword to her at times. When Kaiyo goes out she mostly has to remain Formal, because she only leaves the mansion to deal with other company or building owners. The rare times she goes out for person reason she still remains rather formal but not as much as meeting formality. One thing Kaiyo did learn from her line of work is she has to be Intense show she means war for what she wants and not willing to give things up without a fight. Being a CEO is her war, that keeps her from wanting to kill.

        Pride often getting the best of Kaiyo, while other times that same pride has helped her go through the business world for so long. A long lost trait of Kaiyo's personality was just how Soft she was to others. Long since coated with other parts of her personality anyone that is looking for that trait In her could see it appear in many different forms. Lastly for her neutral traits is Undemanding, never one to ask someone to do things she would not expect herself able to do if she was in their shoes.

Negative Traits

        The start of the bad side of Kaiyo is her Anger, while she might have learned to suppress it and not be provoked as easily. That does not help the fact she always get violent when enraged, in fact holding back has only made it worse. Kaiyo also has a rather Bland nature when people try to hang out with her. Something always keeping her from fully enjoying the small things in life. When working Kaiyo has been known to be rather Blunt, to both her own employees and competition. But as someone who does not want to lose everything again, she has to play the bad guy when it calls for it.

        Once enraged Kaiyo becomes Brutal Trying to reason with her is lost, and she only wants to kill whoever caused her to snap and anyone that took part in angering her and is still there. A negative piece to her years of life is becoming Cold trying to apply her humanity when she is about to kill you won't work as she was raised to be a killer. Living the life of a killer only made it easier to take lives. If you truly piss Kaiyo off, she won't just kill you, no that would be mercy, showing off just the extent of how Cruel she can be under her peaceful nature.

        Leading up to her gear switch to anger is always forewarned by her becoming rather Frightening to anyone in the area. Be it just growling, to excessively cussing, this does not last long before she goes on the attack and is the last warning she gives for people to try and calm her down or stop poking her. Kaiyo was once known to be rather Grim in the past, while this has become more of a dull undertone to her current personality, it is worth taking into account. When angry Kaiyo becomes Irrational in her thought pattern. The only focus she has is to make those that tipper her over her limit to suffer, and often leads to her being reckless.

        Many times being Passive has cost Kaiyo to lose things she liked before attacking, but she still refuses to get change her passive nature. The hidden trait of Kaiyo's is her Scheming side. Nothing she does ever goes far from what she plans to do in the long run, and willing to aid a enemy if it could help her goals. Kaiyo also has times where she is Unrestrained in her actions, saying just what is on her mind even if it could rise conflict. But this is something that only happens around a certain time of the year that Kaiyo is still sour to talk about.

Likes

Revenge: Kaiyo does not fully understand why she likes to get people back in the long run. But the feeling of joy as she can tell them this was because they did her wrong or someone dear to her wrong is just so much better then killing them it seems.
Humans: Having been one, and fallen in love with one long ago, Kaiyo has a soft spot to all humans. Be them non spiritual, Fullbring, or Quincy she is willing to stand up for them in times they need a hero. Her fellow bount are rather case by case however.
Killing: Another thing Kaiyo can't fully explain is how she enjoys the act of killing people. Just ending it swiftly makes her smile, but the feeling as she strangles them until the last breath goes past her wire is just to satisfying to stop half way through the act.
Reading: Kaiyo would rather read books then talking with people. Just because a book has never made her angry enough to want to rip the pages and burn it... (That poor fellow that suffered that fate...)
Business: Kaiyo likes to work, she likes her business even more. The way she can use it to suppress her urge to fight, by fighting battles over getting others to sign contracts. How she can build her wealth to achieve her long sought after vengeance is the real bonus.

Dislikes

Shinigami: Mostly a dulled hate for turning her into what she is now. However that hate does cause her to act slightly disgruntle around them, but rarely showing it unless given reason or the context allows her to show a bit of hostility.
Sexual antics: After dealing with her doll trying to get her in bed for the last seven hundred years you grow tired of anything releated to the matter. If anyone tries hitting on her she quickly shuts them down and tells them her doll is the one for that, and not her.
Technology: Having grown up before most technology, Kaiyo is not a fan of that change all that much. While it does make things so much easier, when possible or given the choice she would rather send message by mail then email it over a computer. (She also still does not fully understand most technology.)
Sour foods: Kaiyo don't like it, enough said.
Killing: Kaiyo does not like the fact she likes killing people or the act of killing people in general. But she knows that it is a kill or be killed world and does push her dislike aside when she has no other options.

HISTORY

        Little is known about Kaiyo's life before the bount experiment to be honest. Often avoiding the topic when asked and rarely talking about it even on her own accord of giving people a history lesson about herself. What has been spoken is that it was before her time as a bount that the name 'The puppet master' was given to her by others she knew. She makes mention of being part of a rather bad group of people and doing a lot of things she wished she could have gone back and stopped herself from doing.

        Her time as a bount however lines much of the same refusal to be spoken about in the early years. She speaks of still following the group and doing things she did not like herself for doing in the past. But begins to open up more when she speaks of a odd Ringmaster of a circus. His name never said, but she did explain how the man along with his circus left nothing but a shattered remains of the group Kaiyo once knew. He even offered them a place in his circus, 'cirque du freak' the first place Kaiyo ever felt like she belonged.

        It was hard adjusting was one thing that always made her laugh at recalling it. She was raised to remain hidden, but was always taken into the spot light with the ringleader as his assistant. She had to learn how to dance and do a few tricks to entertain people. But she also learned how to be stronger as the group only wear the makeup to be their cover as they traveled the world dealing with groups like the one Kaiyo was part of. But time was a cruel thing to Kaiyo's happiness.

        She still remembers the cold night when she lost control, when she first acted like a vampire. She end up slaughtering everyone before she could get herself back into control. She vanished that night, swearing to never kill anyone ever again unless she had no other choice but to kill or be killed. She explains how after that she chose to begin traveling again, getting her own fortune by making her own company. She made a lot of reckless gambles and lost everything a few times. But she always found a way to return her fortune.

        Now after seven hundred years she stands as one of the top hounds in the human world when it comes to Spiritual combat warfare production. But she always says there is still more she wishes to achieve. How the first move of her full chest table has yet to be strung against her enemy. Time can only tell what Kaiyo plans for the world, but one thing does remain said from her. "I have not made my move all these years because it is not yet time. Not yet the time to shake the whole world, not time to awake the monsters, but most of all, not the time to let myself enter the lime light ... and start the greatest circus act this world ha ever seen. for Cirque du freak. So please, sit down, there is nothing to worry about just yet."

Description: The art of hiding numerous weapons on their person without looking at all that different. The true art in the technique is that in the ability to make solid weapons from Reishi under their clothing and use when needed. Learning the style was no easy feat, but the perks granted thanks to never having to show their weapons, or be assumed they have one on them makes assassination that much easier.

Description: The user constructs countless hair thin wires out of Reishi to draw out when needed. be it setting traps with this sharp wire, or holding between their hands as the move to strangle or cut a target's throat. The base strength of the wire is Tier III cut damage. And the amount one can make in a single post is 100 meters long total, be it a single thread or numerous that equal a total of 100 meters. Using rishi the user can move them from their person around objects or targets at Half bala speed. Allowing for both ranged kills and close combat kills. When the user moves 100 meters from a thread or a part of it the thread breaks apart near instantly.

Description: Ninjutsu, in a literal translation, is the art (or ability) of ninja. Ninjutsu is an incredibly uncommon martial arts, learning it would be hard unless you knew somebody who had the art passed down from a previous dynasty. But you never know.

Ninjutsu in it's main form is to assassinate people, simple as that. It's attacks are focused around hit-and-run, remaining silent, and killing in one shot. No exceptions have been since made, and those who could not do this as a Ninja often times got executed for being terrible at what they did.

While the details are foggy, the most prominent of Ninjutsu styles or stances is a simple, non-formed style which focuses on keeping the weight on the left leg to allow for pivoting attacks. Outside of that, Ninjutsu is only detailed on how much they included within scrolls from ancient times.

Description: Those who take up the mantle of a Ninja are taught to be completely silent, to make no noise, to leave nothing behind. Chinmoku is the spiritual equivalent, for while a ninja could be quiet, absolute silence is only achieved through ones spiritual energy masking all sounds from the user outside of abilities. Chinmoku, while being a passive, is instantly broken upon using an ability that causes sound (i.e: flame, shikai, etc) or visual antics, and requires two turns for the spiritual energy to reform and create the silence again.

Because of this any soul fragment she does drain keeps her from going into a frenzy much longer then just draining without permission. (And for Plot reasons the soul can recover over time not hindering those drained.)

Black cloak: Kaiyo's getting things done clothing. This large, long sleeved, hooded cloak is only worn when Kaiyo goes out seeking to kill someone. Under the cloak there is no telling how many of her tools she might be hiding so best avoid her if she makes the mistake of being seen before she wants to be seen.
Dog tags: A small metal chain holding a total of six dog tags. What is written on them is unknown but Kaiyo never leaves her house without them somewhere on her person. Most that have asked got the cold shoulder or vanished into thin air.

Loki's sealed form, is a small wooden puppet that looks exactly like her real appearance however fitting perfectly on Kaiyo's shoulder. One of the funny parts about her is the fact she will often sit on Kaiyo's shoulder and talk to people in a playful tone throwing them all for a loop Or move around doing whatever she wants.

LOKI'S PERSONALITY

        Loki is a odd Doll if you asked her master Kaiyo. While at times she can be fairly down to earth and a pleasure to sit down with and enjoy a glass of wine while talking about the current state of the world. There is the other times when her extremely playful nature leads to her trying to get Kaiyo somewhere private or any other girl that looks rather young. Her requirement is just a childish face and docile body to be honest.

        In combat Loki is one of the most anti threat targets you could aim. Staying behind her summons and just asking of the enemy could die or stop trying to attack her. Some times even going the distance to help her master in a fight with her illusion or one or both of her support skills. Other times she proves to be annoying as she warns a enemy that her master is about to attack from behind.

        At the end of the day Loki is no more predictable then her master tends to be. While rather then being violent she is peaceful, and rather then being serious she is playful. The two have their disagreements a lot less frequently then when they first got paired, but at the end of the day Loki is there to help her master, and she does feel Kaiyo will do the same for her if needed.

EIR'S PERSONALITY

        Eir, also referred to as the goddess of day is the more social servant of the two Loki can summon. Not afraid to speak what comes to her mind when she is given permission to speak and even saying things despite being told to stay silent until she was addressed. Not someone who goes with her summoner if given the choice as she feels Nótt is enough to solve Loki's urges.

        In combat Eir is right in the front lines ready to keep the enemy's focus away from Kaiyo or the rest of her team. Using her knowledge on weapons to punish targets for ignoring her or giving them a hard time just blocking all of her attacks. If someone gets injured Eir goes berserk attack the one who harmed someone she knows before rushing to take care of their injuries. Her kindness is one of her greatest flaws at times.

        At the end of the day Eir is the servant you can talk to without having to worry about getting the cold shoulder. She might go against orders as Kaiyo told her to show some free will and most orders she gets from Loki are rather embarrassing to her. Always making up her Nótt's cold personality with her twice as nice nature. Her bond with the fellow summon is on a different level then that of Kaiyo and Loki's bond. Her loyalty to Loki is only surpassed by her loyalty to Kaiyo.

NÓTT'S PERSONALITY

        Nótt, also referred to as the goddess of night is the more withdrawn servant of the two Loki can summon. Rarely one to speak up without being asked or granted permission to speak she is Loki's favorite. Mostly because she does not disobey orders as often, although Loki always gives them a choice to either go with her or stay with Kaiyo.

        In combat Nótt takes to the back line as the defender of her summoning master. Using her control over Reishi to block attacks or provide ranged support for her fellow summon. Only moving away from her master's side in a fight if she is ordered to heal by Loki or asked to do such. Her true strength resting in her unnatural ability to remain level headed even after Loki, Kaiyo, or Eir get hurt in a fight.

        At the end of the day Nótt is the silent and collected one in the group at all times. She does as she is told and is not completely reliant on being praise for doing what she was asked to do. At times others might see her as cold and harsh to her fellow summon, but in truth the two are closer then most would expect. Her loyalty to Kaiyo is surpassed only by her loyalty to Loki.

DOLL MANIFESTATION

LOKI'S APPEARANCE

        Loki has never honestly changed how she looked since her first summon. If anything she might have just chose different types of clothing to cover her five foot nine inch (175cm) height and 134lbs. (60.7kg) weight. Her snow white hair reaching down to her thigh at the back while her bangs are kept just out of blocking her eyes. Her pale skin matching her girlish frame and appearance.

        Her head while slightly oval in shape has one distinct feature to help her stand out from a crowd of humans. Her slightly pointed ears, often thought to be part of a elf Cosplay by most modern day society to match her Vampire like master. Her curious Purple flower eyes, small nose, even and trimmed nicely eyelashes and eyebrows grant her some unwanted attention form boys but loved attention from girls. Behind her lips perfect snow white teeth reside.

        Her upper body is one thing her master does get sour about because one can see her chest just fine, and she has no reason to dress to show it more in her master's opinion. The Eighty-seven centimeter (87cm) chest, seventy Centimeter (70cm) waist, giving the upper half a hourglass frame often left rather shown. Her frail arms, trimmed nails, and little to no visible muscle make her almost idol like in appearance. However many scars remain hidden under her clothing.

        Her lower body starts with a eighty Centimeter (80cm) hip finishing her hourglass body with just enough to be distinct. Thin legs with nicely trimmed toe nails finish what she would be willing to show others. But like her upper body under her clothing she has a great deal of scars and burns. The reason for these she has never explained but Kaiyo, Eir, and Nótt all know the reason. The back side of her knee cap being the most sensitive part of her body.

        Her round head ended with a faintly pointed chin does not look that different from any normal human. Kind Blue lotus eyes slightly more vivid in color then her hair shine with a everlasting kindness until angered. Normal sized round ears, normal eyebrows, normal eyelashes, and average white teeth honestly does not make many interested in her unless they think normal is best I guess.

        The upper body, the reason she turns some heads to be honest. With eighty centimeter (80cm) bust, and seventy centimeter (70cm) waist gives her normal and slightly childish body a decent appeal. Her pale skin, five foot (152cm) height, one-hundred pound (45.35kg) weight Just might turn some heads if she grows up a bit more.

Should someone cause the drawback to accrue or Loki decides to cut the skill short, the skill will end.
Drawback: Loki can only remain a maximum of 100 meters from the person being buffed. If the one gaining a bonus moves out of the 100 meter range they will lose their bonus.

The skill itself the energy from the enemy, and her own to grant the higher bonus then what was taken. Remaining active for seven (7) post without Cooldown. Should someone cause the drawback to accrue or Loki decides to cut the skill short, the skill will end.
