The observant ones will see at first sight that Sachiko is a noble. Everything about her appearance is clean and organized. Her dirty blonde hair frames a young and beautiful face, cut and maintained perfectly, falling just past her shoulders. She wears a typical squad 12 uniform. She stands 5’7, weighs 60kg, and has blue eyes.
PERSONALITY
The finer things in life have been a constant part of Sachiko's life. She was raised as a proper noble lady. She was taught how to speak right, how to sit tall, how to bow courteously, even how to walk in a visually pleasing manner. Sachiko was raised on arts and poetry, calligraphy and politics. On the surface before common people she is just another noble brat stuck in their ways. Her father sheltered her from the intrigue of the Soul Society's nobility. But on the sidelines she saw the grand game unfold. She saw the strong exploiting the weak for profit with naught a single thought in return. Sachiko's father placed a great amount of time in teaching her the words and steps for forging an influential image. Sachiko was never the type to trod on the weak for the sake of herself, or a name that means truly little in her mind. The miracle of birth that was her social station, is treated with little more than aloof disinterest at best. Instead of trying to expand her reach, Sachi prefers turning her resources towards the common good. With a rather naive outlook on the purpose of wealth; she feels vast wealth is pointless if it only benefited herself.
To the uncommon, her friends, is something altogether different. Beneath the surface of all the nobility and ceremony is nothing more than a silly little girl. At least, as Sachiko would tell you. On the rare occasion someone breaks the shell, they find energy. They find a laid back friendly sort, with an endless sense of curiosity. An intellectual at heart, this silly little girl spends much of her free time locked away, tinkering and reading. Sachiko has a particular passion for computer science; it’s her job at the 12th Division. With her resources at hand, she builds her own systems as well as small, simple robots. Guests to her home are usually ambushed by them. She keeps her quiet life hidden from those unknown. The shell is hard to break, and Sachiko doesn’t help much. Slow to make friends and even slower to trust, she latches onto people she finds trusting, people who listen. Sachiko has a very kind heart, gladly helping anyone that she finds herself able to assist. She is the type to see everyone go home, rather than drawing swords.
Her sexuality has brought Sachiko no small degree of suffering. Noble families are obsessed with legacy. To them, what matters is what is left behind. What future generations look to when they speak of your accomplishments. Sachiko prefers the company of other women. Which is, of course, not ideal for her family legacy. Not to her father, which he made Sachiko quite aware of when he discovered her secret. For the sake of her family, Sachiko keeps this secret close to her heart. Few have ever known this truth, only her father, and her most trusted friends.
HISTORY
The Heian Clan has a long history, written in blood. The dynasty traces its lineage as far back as the 9th century CE. The Hein Clan began its life already in a precarious position. One of the four high shouichi clans was in a tight bind. The heir of the family had perished suddenly, succession laws dictating that the titles pass to his eldest brother. The other members of the clan were not content with this at all. They pressed their claims to the most high title, some with no right to it whatsoever. Various lords of the Western Rukongai rallied in support of various members of the family to further their own interests. They were building up arms and comrades, more every day, preparing to press a claim with steel. This lead to huge instability in the Western Rukon, the seat of the family in question. Riots broke out between the many supporters of the claimants. Anyone found not in support of a side were subject to humiliation and violence. Hundreds died, leading to an imbalance in the cycle of rebirth. Fearing further imbalances, the Central 46 felt it their duty to intervene on the crisis. With the support of the nobility of the Soul Society the Central 46 deployed shinigami to stabilize the region. Central 46 portioned out tracts of land for several claimants, and executed others, after law and order had been restored. Many new noble houses were born that day- one of them, named Heian.
The judiciary felt the sting of a mistake made quite quickly on. The new clans that were established were all of the same blood. They were related, and they all took place on each other’s intertwined lines of succession. This is not a recipe for political stability, and one family named Heian, was the first to exploit this opportunity. Several convenient deaths saw the Heian family expand its influence drastically. The Heian clan was initially bestowed one district known as Shinjoku. With careful timing and circumstance, the Heian family tripled its lands. With each death more power flowed to the family. Their reach expanded to a wealthy business district near the Seireitei, as well as a productive agricultural district far to the west. The Heian clan bought time, picked influence where it could, and built its power base over the centuries, eventually founding a corporation called Yoto. This corporation supplies food and raw materials such as steel to the Gotei 13, thanks to the family’s resource-rich lands. This relationship works super well… for the Heian’s. The Gotei 13 found itself continually stiffed in price by the company, who ‘conveniently’ found themselves with less than stellar competition. The Heian family today is a powerful feudal clan, one the more powerful families in the west Rukon. They command a silent influence through their significant land and business holdings.
Several generations, and a few more assassinations later, Lady Sachiko of Shinjoku inherited the clan, its wealth and prestigious title of Daimyo that came with it on her 200th birthday. She was born in 1816, to the 9th generation lord, her father Takashi. From the start Sachiko was her father’s project. He ever carefully chose her mother, a shouichi daughter from the South to ensure impeccable genetics. She was born, and raised, in the best conditions and with the best education his vast wealth allowed. Sachiko was the real start of the Heian legacy, or as he thought. He carefully designed her upbringing to create a perfect soul reaper and political master. She was immersed in the arts, writing, poetry, philosophy, fighting, law and science at a young age. Sachiko was pushed towards certain topics and ideas. Her father guided her towards certain stressful situations simply to test her intellect and resolve. A great many things about Sachiko were beyond his design, however. She preferred her computer over dancing. Would prefer tinkering with electronics rather than politics. And women. Takashi felt his design come apart from knowing this truth. He barely spoke a word to Sachiko until his death.
Sachiko, the sole heir of a centuries old dynasty, does not find her life to be of much interest. The dull rotation of life was dominated by her education first, and then the Gotei 13. For a century, it was constant schooling and teaching. Entering the academy was a big step, but again Sachiko found herself defined by her last name. Her classmates were expected to treat her differently, as were the teachers. She always heard their scoffs and resentment. She quietly went about her studies. Not that the other students noticed her much, she graduated with high honours after only two years and was assigned to Squad 12 and the SRDI. There, in the shadow of her family’s influence, she works assisting in research and development of all kinds, but mainly the computer department. It is where she finds herself most comfortable, and most able to avoid her colleagues whom she holds no great esteem for. Sachiko thinks them unmannered and frankly quite odd, because most of them certainly are. She sits working at a desk with the power of a thousand year old name hanging over her head. Sachiko finds it makes her restless. There is so much more for her to be. Lady Sachiko is as intelligent as she is ambitious, few would bet against her.

Name: Hadō #4 Byakurai (Pale Lightning) Class: Kido Tier: II Type: Offensive Range: Medium (30m) Incantation: Broiling black, fervent heat, be rejected! Description: The user gathers high-density reiryoku, which they discharge from both hand. Alternatively, they point at their target with their index finger and generate a concentrated bolt of lighting towards them. It's speed is x.1.5 faster than a Bala, unique to it.

Name: Bakudo #26 Kyokko (Curving Light) Class: Kido Type: Supplementary Tier: III Range: Self Incantation: Description: Hides the target from sight by bending light. This Kidō can completely mask the presence and reiatsu of the target from detection but if any other combat technique is activated, this Kidou is overwhelmed and broken.
Name: Bakudo #30 Shitotsu Sansen (Beak-Stab Triple Beam) Class: Kido Type: Binding Tier: III Range: 30 Meters Incantation: Description:The user forms a golden triangle with their fingers, after which the tips of the triangle shoot out three beams of light that pin the target to one place on a surface, slamming into his or her body in three places in a shape of a perfect triangle.

KIDOU SPECIALISATIONS
Eishōhaki (詠唱破棄, "Incantation Abandonment"): is the skill in which a Kidō practitioner skips using a spoken incantation completely, but it drastically weakens the spell. This is applied as a 1-2 tier drop in the spells power depending on ones Kidou mastery, 2 for Beginner up to Advanced, and 1 for Mastered and above. However this also lowers the spells cooldown to match the lowered tier, to a minimum of Tier I.e.g A Tier IV Kidou be cast with Eishohaki as a tier II, its cooldown will also be the same at 0 posts.

The focal point that determines the basis of this technique is speed. Therefore what determines the level of skill in a user for Shunpo is best characterized by how fast one can get from A to B in the least amount of steps.Auto-gained for Shinigami at ML.

There is little that is special about Sachiko’s reiatsu. It is a sea blue in colour. Sometimes, when Sachiko is lost in deep thought, she starts to glow blue.

SEALED FORM
In its sealed form, Ryūjin is a katana that is shorter than it should be, though not short enough to be a wakizashi. Its hilt is blue, the guard is a silver circle. The blade shines with the rippled pattern of Damascus steel.
SPIRIT APPEARANCE
Ryujin, in its own domain is a wise dragon, the god of the sea. It is a massive dragon with scales blue as pure waters. Its eyes pierce red like blood. It stands on four mighty legs, with massive wings ready to take it aloft at any moment.
SPIRIT PERSONALITY
Ryujin is wise like the emperor, with a fury to match. Most of all it is concerned with becoming stronger, seeing its master excel further. Even so, it remains stubborn and fickle to any attempt at unlocking its true power. And Sachiko has tried, only to be swiftly smacked down. Ryujin is great and merciful, its anger like the thrashing sea it rules, comes from beyond to sink even the strong. Like its master, beyond the eyes of any observer (including its master), Ryujin is quite a jovial individual.
INNER WORLD
Sachiko’s inner world is a vast and empty sea. As far as the eye can perceive is nothing but endless oceans. She enters standing on the water. Looking down she sees Ryujin’s grand palace, despite the water, clear as day at the bottom of the sea in her mind. Flaura and fauna of all kinds seem to thrive in this unlikely place.
The user twirls Ryūjin between their fingers as they chant its release. After a single revolution, the sword shines with a dull blue hue as it elongates into the shape of an elegant warspear. This spear is slightly shorter than an average spear, with a long blade and guard.
SHIKAI ABILITIES
Name: Hydra Class: Shikai Tier: III Type: Offensive Range: 100m Description: The user generates a large body of water that they unleash upon their enemies. The water cascades over the battlefield, crushing and drowning anything in its path. The water’s size, shape and trajectory can be manipulated for tactical and artistic flexibility, within reason. It must always be some variation of a blob. But it can look like a dragon, or curve to hit from the side. It must always be simply a rush of a huge amount of water (think: waterbender). The user can only generate one body of water at a time. If the user is disarmed, all abilities are unusable.
Name: Eviscerate Class: Shikai Tier: III Type: Offensive Range: Pressure drops off significantly after 50 meters, losing more pressure as it continues past that point. Useless after 70m. Description: With a flick of the wrist, the user sends a body of water under extreme pressure towards the target. The water is under so much pressure that it can very easily eviscerate flesh and even cut down a tree with repeated hits. As before, the function remains the same but the shape of the body of water can be manipulated within logical reason. The function, cutting, remains the same always. Again as before, only one object at a time and if the user is disarmed they can not use any abilities.
Name: Glacier Class: Shikai Tier: III Type: Offensive Range: 100m Description: The user unleashes a huge quantity of ice on the target, crushing anything weak enough in its way. The shape, size and trajectory of the ice can be manipulated within reason, carrying the same limitations as 'Hydra'. The user can only make one body of ice at a time, and the ability is unusable if disarmed.
Name: Force Class: Shikai Tier: IV Type: Offensive Range: Melee Description: Hitting the enemy with the butt of the spear or palm of the hand pushes them back with incredible force like a powerful wind. This ability is similar in nature to Hado #1: Sho, however much more powerful. 2 post cooldown after each use. This is the only one of Ryujin’s abilities that can be used if disarmed.
