Dimension Slash was approved on the old website, but I reworded some of it slightly so I'm resubmitting it.
Zanjutsu
Name: 次元斬 (jigenzan) [Dimension Slash]
Class: Zanjutsu
Tier: III-VII
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Long
Description: A derivative of the Spacial Rend technique, Dimension Slash is a technique that uses the blade as a base to sharpen slashes of reiatsu. Like the Spacial Rend, these slashes are not sent flying from the blade, but rather drawn within a space to strike the enemy (or enemies) several times from different angles. These slashes form at the max speed possible for their tier and have different forms, listed below, but are all essentially the same technique performed at varying scales and power. Unlike Spacial Rend, it is possible to intercept this technique by restraining the user's sword hand.
Drawback: Must know Air Sword Style: Spacial Rend
Reiryoku Techniques
Name: 煌霊烈光 (kōreirekkō) [Luminous Spirit, Ardent Light]
Class: Reiryoku Technique
Tier: V-VI
Type: Offensive
Range: Long (50-75m)
The user collects their reiryoku into a single fist, applies a powerful spin on it then unleashes it through a punch, firing out the reiryoku as a widening beam of destruction at Cero speed. 50m range at Tier V and 75m range at Tier VI.
Hand to Hand
Name: 抜拳:月輪脚 (bakken: getsurinkyaku) [Fist-Draw: Cresent Wheel Kick]
Class: Hakuda
Tier: V
Type: Offensive
Range: Leg
Description: Uses the speed and power granted by the compression of reiryoku into the legs to generate both the momentum and the initial backwards burst of speed required. A triple flying somersault kick is performed in a split second, then chained into an axe kick.
Name: 抜拳:水映心 (bakken: suieishin) [Fist-Draw: Water Reflecting Spirit]
Class: Hakuda
Tier: I-VI
Type: Defensive
Range: Close
Description: The single defensive technique of the Light Spring Style that teaches true patience before "drawing the fist". The user circulates compressed reiryoku within their body while being still (stance is irrelevant). The user's body becomes reinforced, making all attacks of equal or lower advantage ineffective. This technique will defend against attacks by expending an equal amount of energy. If the user has more advantages than the opponent, then the opponent's damage will be reflected back on them so long as it is not a projectile technique. Maximum 4 post duration. Cooldown is double duration.
Drawback: Must stay still.

Tier: III
Description: A speed cast version of Dimension Slash born from any single gesture of the blade, creating slashes in a 5x5x5 meter area. The midpoint of this area can be set up to 10 meters away from the user (totalling a 12.5 meter max range). Made to be fired in succession. - Name: 次元斬・居合 (jigenzan iai) [Iai Dimension Slash]
Tier: IV
Description: An Iai version of Dimension Slash. Performing a blindingly fast stroke, countless slashes are unleashed in a 7x7x7 meter area. The midpoint of this area can be set up to 14 meters away from the user (totalling a 17.5 meter max range) - Name: 次元斬・断空閃 (jigenzan dankuusen) [Dimension Slash: Void-Splitting Flash]
Tier: V
Description: An area-effect version of Dimension Slash borne from a Battōgiri that unleashes a storm of cuts in a 15 meter radius. - Name: 次元斬・鞘撃 (jigenzan saya geki) [Dimension Slash: Sheath Strike]
Tier: VI
Description: A version of the Dimension Slash that's executed not on the unleashing of the sword, but as it is being sheathed. This produces slashes in an 8x8x8 meter area. The midpoint of this area can be set up to 16 meters away from the user (totalling a 20 meter max range) - Name: 次元斬・絶 (jigenzan zetsu) [Absolute Dimension Slash]
Tier: VII
Description: Dimension Slash at it's greatest output. Charging a powerful iaijutsu attack, the user becomes a blur for a fleeting moment, then everything within 50 meters becomes subject to a blindingly fast barrage of infinite slashes.
Drawback: This individual ability has it's own cooldown, spanning 7 posts.
