Meilin Tachibana [MELTED]

The sealed form of Gami Kawa is two regular sized Katanas that Meilin keeps on her left hip.

Gami - perceives herself as a queen, empress, goddess, whatever word you can find to put her up on a pedestal. Though she holds herself to such high standards, she stands for no sarcasm or disrespect when it comes to her, her sister or Meilin. Gami is quite arrogant, aggressive and very confident at times, if not cocky.

Kawa - like Gami puts herself high up on the charts, though her nature is a tad more sadistic than Gami's. Kawa enjoys watching people in agony, especially when it's an enemy and often times suggests to Meilin to drag out the fight just for thrill of it. Kawa while protective of Meilin as Gami is, would much rather sit back and watch Meilin defend herself than watch others stand up for her. She always pushes Meilin to be strong and speak her mind, being confident in anything she had to say or do and never holding anything back.

The two swords she carries on her hips.

Overwhelming Power: This buff is an incomplete cap left on the compression of power, causing for explosive torrents of reiatsu to surge around the user. This form of ability causes reiatsu sensing abilities to scramble when in the presence of the user, and also gives their overall speed and strength a 2x boost [not affecting steps]. The primary perk of this form is that it allows the user to practically use their overflowing reiryoku as a weapon. Most commonly found as waves of energy with the swing or focus of the Shikai of varying power, along with an increase in pressure by 50%.

Description: The user can send out large waves of water from the zanpakuto and these waves of water can be controlled and manipulated mentally. Whether solidifying them or or freezing them or what not. It can be used as defence or offence and moves at the max speed allowed by the tier used. CD applies as stated by tech guide.

Range: 15m
Description: The users blades are "formless". Unlike normal blades Meilins can bend, extend, retract, harden, or soften just like water or even be changed into a different form completely, though it must remain attached to the hilt and in one piece. The blade itself does not become water, only behaves like it. The blade can only extend up to 15m. All this happens at bala speed and under Meilin's mental command.

Type: Passive
Range: 100m
Description: Meilin can cause the blades of her zanpakuto to break up into several pieces of blades resembling water (15 pieces a blade so 30 in total). She can either do this with on blade or both at the same time. The pieces move through the air at bala speed and are controlled mentally by Meilin until returned to their respective hilt.

Type: Offensive
Range: 100m
Description: Using the pieces of blades that she creates Meilin surrounds the opponent or anything deemed as a target and begin to cut anything inside with high pressured jets of water, resulting in tier IV damage. This technique has a 1 post CD.

Though Image Meilin's features instead of a small girl. Though she does gain the white hair. Her tail while not a zanpaktou can be used to attack/defend like a whip or sword depicted by release mastery

Description: This buff is an incomplete cap left on the compression of power, causing for explosive torrents of reiatsu to surge around the user. This form of ability causes reiatsu sensing abilities to scramble when in the presence of the user, and also gives their overall speed, and strength a 3x boost (not effecting steps). The prime perk of this form is to allow the wielder to release waves of energy with their sword swings of varying power (Power of each would be named on use) and increase the pressure of their reiatsu twofold.

Tier: III - VII
Type: Passive/Sensory/Offensive/Defensive/Binding
Range: 50m diameter centered on Meilin
Description: Upon the release of her bankai Meilin passively releases a mist which covers a 50m diameter. Any form of water that comes within this range come under Meilin's control and can be manipulated or used in her other techniques, this allows her techniques to cast anywhere within her mist regardless of where she is. In addition to this the mist obscures vision making it hard to see more than about ten feet away, though since the mist is infused with Meilin's reiatsu she can use it to pinpoint the location of anyone or anything (including techniques) within her mist. The water in this technique can be frozen and thawed as Meilin wishes. All commands are via mental control

Type: Passive/Illusion
Range: 50m diameter centered on Meilin
Description: Upon the release of her bankai anyone that steps within Meilin's mist is affect by an illusion that causes anything or anyone the person is looking at directly to appear as Meilin. Killing the image or even realizing it is an illusion would not break the illusion. Only rei bursting at equal or higher advantages can free someone from this illusion and even then by remaining in her mist it will recast the following post.
