The world was painted in watercolor gray. Clouds long filled with moisture causing a change from white marshmellow to dreary gray blue and black hues. From horizon to horizon no clear sky could be seen. Instead, blanked by a thick, dark, veil. Calm winds brushed by like a silently howling wolf, yet too like the chilling breath of a ghost. Temperatures mixing marked the beginning of a fierce storm, but with rumbling above that soon changed to possible lightning and heavy rain. Yet not all things were as they seemed concerning tonight’s weather. From within rumblings puffs came small white flakes and cold orbs. Truly such a spectacle shouldn’t occur this early in the year yet snow and hail indeed began falling. An enigma but citizens were far to worried about personal safety to marvel at the spectacle. Cars must drive carefully on slippery roads, and so too people on the sidewalks.
”Oh sure it’s suppose to rain, but this is hail!” A metaphorical vein popped over Rayla’s head. Irritation spoken with a reserved expression, tone brave but thoughtful. ”Come this way, we won’t get pelted.” A sprint through an alleyway while maintaining a firm grasp on Erisu’s hand. In truth the hail should strike them, however, a plastic garbage can lid held overhead provided protection, but that wasn’t all what protected them. If I focus on the wind over us, it’ll blow the hail away. The ability to manipulate inanimate material came in handy, creating just a minor change in wind direction above them so the hail wouldn’t hit them directly. A quick turn into an old abandoned two story building would make for good cover, Rayla dropping the lid.
The building was due for demolition at some point. Multiple windows were broken, cracks running along the concrete structure. ”Damn it, my clothes are wet.” Her clothes clung to her body, white fabric outlining risky parts upon her upper body; Contoured and partly showing skin. Arms shook to get water off. Not that it’d do any good considering she was soaked, head dropped down and her groaning.

In this town, there was one thing you never underestimated, that would be that a storm could happen out of nowhere. There had been plenty of times where a storm would show up and it had been a fully clear day before that moment. This was not one of those freak storms, but it was still a storm none the less that had appeared. A summer hail storm it seemed. It had caught them off guard. There was no prelude to this, the warning had not come. The sound of rain and ice hitting around them, the sound of it hitting a lid made of light metal, and the feeling of being caressed by light wind that held the chill with it, as it cut through their clothing like cold steel. This was what the two girls had ran into. Luckily Rayla had an idea, so Erisu did not have to go through all the information to come to the conclusion of running or where to go to hide from the weather.
Plenty of people had been seen before, but all of them had vacated the streets, so it was not nearly as embarrassing to be pulled through the alleyways this way. It was unlikely that even hulligans and punks would brave this kind of weather. That was likely a saving grace for this, as Rayla's outfit was becoming hard to ignore. It luckily still covered plenty, so it was not quite the issue that it could have been for modesty and decency. Not that Erisu was certain that the German girl really had that. She still blushed thinking about their meeting the other day. She ignored the phantom feeling of Rayla's hand lingering on her rear from that moment when she declared that she had wanted to take Erisu on a date, if her brother had not interfered. Still, there was no way to know what happened there, since this moment was not that moment.
This moment was trying to find shelter, so when Rayla pulled them into an abandoned building, they both soaked through, she could only look around, while ignoring that her clothing wanted to stick to her, and she was wearing more than Rayla, but not by much. "Mine as well.. we may have to try to brave it if it does not break soon, or risk illness." She quieted her brother and sister in her mind telling her that idiots do not get colds, not that Erisu was an idiot, just kind of slower than her siblings seemingly were. She would focus on catching her breath from all that had happened the last few moments, she did not know if she was breathing properly.
She would find a place to rest where they were not likely to get pelted for a while. "Are you alright?" she would ask, looking at her companion. She had not thought that Rayla would have been caught off guard, since she always seemed like the center of the world. Even now, the camera was trying to get an angle that would not get the artist in trouble, but give enough fan service to bring in plenty of crowds, not that Erisu did not have a decent body, just Rayla was what the crowd paid to see. Erisu was maybe twelth on the chart for some reason. Maybe because she had more of a cult following.
Erisu would think about the weather. "I hope that the weather changes soon, even just going into basic rain would be better than Hail." she would conclude, leaning against a cold wall. She was thankful the wind was not as strong in here, and that she was not being pelted by ice and water in here.

A building left behind after it’s business failed, such places were often filled with vermin. Not rats, people who couldn’t be called Human. Dark dealings made by shady individuals to obtain illegal substances for cash or other value. Could one not afford, or failed to pay what was owed, blood would be spilled. Though you couldn’t take someone’s life everytime they failed to pay you back, that was bad for business. Oddly no maggots had soiled this place tonight, leaving Rayla appeased despite their current situation. People couldn’t often take bad with bad yet didn’t complain when good came with good. So long good tidings outweighed bad people could remain content. Having everything stripped from you lead to people stealing drugs among other practices that further perversed their souls. That’s where Rayla differed from them, they were weak.
”There goes my outfit. Gah, put time into what you wear and this happens.” She grumbled, not speaking directly to Erisu. Instead, the situation itself. ”The Lichtstein all have good immune systems. That doesn’t mean getting pelted by hail or staying in the cold does us any good.” Her left eye closed with neutral lips, head tilted while one eye looked over Erisu. Moisture filled clothing clung onto her, revealing slender shoulders and arms. Curvaceous body still hidden by a thicker choice in clothing compared to Rayla. Normal, she was far from. Warmth pulsed inside Rayla’s chest, strings wrapping around her lungs. She got close to Erisu and hugged her, cold wet clothing squishing among parts of their bodies.
”This is a good time to warm each other’s body. Can’t have either of us getting sick. Cold wet clothes are not good.”

The feeling of chills that came from being cold. The weight of clothing covered in water and ice. The vision of a dark building with only some light from far off windows. A vision of loveliness that the frame focused on was not the dark haired girl, but the less clothed individual wearing white. She was rather attractive, and that meant she was the focus.
Erisu on the other hand, was feeling the cold, and listening to Rayla. She could not help but blush as the cold, slightly less clothed girl came closer to her, and held her close. She did not know how to feel about the girl, and her body which was able to be seen a bit easier now. She just had to accept that they needed warmth, and if they did not keep close together, it would be Erisu mostly to get sick. She did not want to get sick, so she leaned against her, and embraced in return, hoping the wet clothing did lead to sickness.
She would nod to the blond's comment of avoiding sick and how cold clothing was not good. She ignored the worry of getting groped again for this. She had to trust her. "I do not know how resilient my family is, I just know that sickness is likely to strike me if I am not careful." she would murmur. This was true, as an average and normal person, she had only an average resistance. That meant the more severe the situation, the more likely the sickness.
She somewhat wished was like her own sister here, as her sister seemed to be able to avoid sickness like it was a ball in a dodge ball game. Apparently she was really good at dodging sickness. She did not know how well her parents were, and her brother... was her brother. She did not know if he got sick and just worked through it, or if he was actually able to keep from getting sick.
She would close her eyes while contemplating, and focusing on the warmth that was trying to be generated to keep them from freezing due to the weather. The shelter helped from all sides, but that did not mean that it was not likely to still bring chills. She wanted to be warm. She needed to be warm. She did not want to miss out on school in the next few days. It would be horrible on her time and average. Even if her grade average was... the middle...

To embrace another held great meaning, yet embrace differed from hugs. Warmth entangled both Erisu and Rayla while still chilling from cold clothing. The temperature outside did neither girl justice, eventually leading one or both to get sick. Brows furrowed from such a thought. Given Rayla didn’t have Erisu nearby getting dry wouldn’t pose an issue, however, there were other means she could take. ”Come. This way.” They needed to move further inside away from windows and entrance. Somewhere like a small closed off room. Rayla had explained they needed to stay warm and dry their clothes. The only way to do that was take them off and hang over a fire.
”It’s gonna be ok. We can stay warm by a fire and cuddle up.” The closed off room upstairs contained an old mattress, some sheets, a desk, and scattered books. Possibly a room once used for storage considering the multiple shelves lined with junk like snow globes, old whiskey, and broken radios. Rayla took a cable sticking from the wall and stretched it out like a clothesline, making sure no electricity was flowing through. Tying to a shelf, she got a cloth sheet and pulled a lighter from her pocket. Using the whiskey she started a small, controlled, fire.

She would trust Rayla not to do anything not clean this time. She would follow her as she bode her to. It was necessary, since she did not want to get sick. The building was huge, almost like a mixture of old apartments, parking garage, and storage. That was what Erisu felt as they moved through, till they headed to the second floor. She understood the basic of what was needed. A Fire besides the one in their hearts and minds. To strip down and let the fire warm her clothing, while letting her body likewise be warmed. These were things that were necessary. The only part of clothing she did not think she would remove, was the bow she wore. That had special meaning and only came off when she went to take a bath or went to bed. She did not know why it had special meaning to her, it just did.
She was impressed by Rayla's resourcefulness. It was a nice trait, and one that would be good if there were any world ending situations to happen. She was impressed by the girl, who had came off as perverted, and easily the most teasing person she had dealt with. Still, if she did not get dry, she would be sick, and sicknesses could be worse for wear on anyone. She did not want to spend the time where she had off, in school redoing lessons. She would watch how almost expertly the German girl would set things up. It was quite impressive to the dark haired girl, who almost did not hear what was being said to her. She would not hear for a few moments, as admiration filled her mind with ideas of potential situations where Japan and Karakura town itself would likely need survival and resourcefulness like what Rayla had.
Then it registered, and she blushed. "This was your meaning the whole time..." she would whisper, but reluctantly gave up. She needed to dry off, and recover, that meant being nearly naked, and near the fire. She would take off her Clothing slowly, starting with the vest, and the skirt coming right after. Then the long sleeved shirt and the socks. Her boots would be dropped off during the mess, leaving her just in her underwear. She would not let herself be naked in a place like this. She would then move to the fire, holding her heavy wet clothing.
She would offer her clothing to Rayla, since she seemed to want to hang them. She was not certain if that was the intent. Still, she was covering herself a little bit. Even then, the frame was on Rayla's face, more than it was on how Erisu looked. "Here, I want to get warm soon, I hope this is not an intent to see me naked, for I will not let you get to see that so easily." she would try to put on a strong front. In reality, she was blushing like crazy and uncertain how long she would keep her underwear on. Both parts were light, yes, but they were cold and still were wet. She did not have a towel or sheet though, and did not want to risk being caught fully naked here. It is not something proper. She did not even mind that there was another girl here, who possibly could protect her. She just did not want to be indecent. It was not in her nature so far. She hoped she was not being twisted by outside forces, not that she believed in outside forces yet. She just did not want to become some weird girl who would strip in what could be considered the middle of town. Even if this was off the main road...

Boots and socks, black shorts removed. Such revealed standard pink and gray striped underwear. Loving yet grounded, this was there meaning or so Rayla once read in a Visual Novel. Like Erisu, removing her undergarments here wasn’t very desiring but Rayla had an issue Erisu didn’t. Due to clothing design she didn’t wear any bra, leaving her chest bare for the other to see. A blush formed on her cheeks and breathing steady, keeping a caring smile mixed with embarrassment. She tossed the clothes over the makeshift line, keeping a glance on Erisu.
”How about a kiss then?” If Rayla couldn’t see Erisu in her full glory then a kiss. Rayla spoke softly yet retained true strength in her voice. Had she not great control over herself her lips could quiver, though her breathing had deepened. ”Don’t worry, I’ll take care of us both.” Sincere meaning, she’d protect the other girl from harm. Keep her warm, rid any pests, and of course get her to laugh. Being bothered wasn't something Rayla liked, especially when doing something she enjoyed. People were a bother and she didn't like dealing with them. If needed, she could though.

She would blush deeply at the insinuations. One was the fact that Rayla wanted a kiss from her. The fact that Rayla also would protect her made her want to repay it, even if she had not figured out what her interests were. So she would glance sideways, still standing. Her eyes looking down towards the floor, before leaning in and aiming a kiss for Rayla's cheek. She was not bold enough to aim for anything more intimate. She was not even certain she could show such affection just yet for anyone, but she would not be rude. She would reward the bravery and will that Rayla had shown so far. It was only right that one treat their protector with reverence.
She would then move close to the fire, and sit down. She had noticed that Rayla had no bra, and wondered if that was a European thing. Not that Erisu did not understand the feeling of freedom of not wearing a bra, but more that Rayla had worn something so frilly and light with out one. It could have possibly shown more than what could be considered modest if not for the frills, but then there was the lack of straps to consider. It was a sad trade off, fashion for the risk. Still, Rayla seemed like a lady who did not mind the risk of a boob slip. It was something that Erisu thought she admired. She would never want to risk it, but she did not mind the thought of doing so to look better than average. Not that her clothing happened to be bad. They were just modest. Modest and somewhat limiting in what they were considered in ability to be casual. They probably stood out more than Erisu.
She would have her hands towards the fire, enjoying the warmth. "So, I do not think there was a call for winter weather today, Karakura is always so weird when it comes to weather." She would say, trying to create some small talk to pass the time. She wanted to not focus on anything but the fire, and getting warm, and possibly feeling less in the open. A small casual conversation could bring this up. It was how most people tried to get through worrisome situation. Grounding oneself in idle chatter. She would try to figure out how to keep a conversation going, but she was not some good dating sim heroine, she was just the plain average girl who so happened to be in a situation like this, and knew nothing of dating sims.
The audience was enjoying Rayla Topless though. They also seemed to have enjoyed the moment where it seemed like Erisu had came up to kiss her, but it was mostly the enjoyment of lady flesh.

Fan service brought many fans, especially when two females or males were involved. A larger democratic, albeit perverse, gathered as age ratings went up into graphic content. Thus far their story contained playful touching suggestive innuendos and slice of life comedy, however, suggestiveness furthered into revealing upper nether regions. To use her, Erisu, for gain when the poor girl knew nothing of Rayla’s true intentions meant sullying an innocent. Guilt constricted around warm cords causing emotional conflict. Rayla’s cheek burned merely from one kiss. That was enough for Rayla to her knees and hands upon Erisu’s shoulders as Erisu warmed herself.
”This town seems to have a lot of unexpected surprises. I’ve read boards about strange occurrences online. People disappearing, suddenly hurt from unknown causes, random explosions.” A cesspool of trouble that was interesting though not Rayla’s reason for being here. Pulling lightly onto Erisu’s shoulders, Rayla would attempt to get her laying atop Rayla’s body that was now mostly laying on the floor. Like this she could keep Erisu warm and prevent her own heart from beginning mixed with to much guilt. ”But you don’t believe in any of that, right? It is kind of ridiculous.”
Post by Hitsugi, Erisu on Sept 13, 2018 4:13:24 GMT
She was not really certain why Rayla was trying to pull her so close, but she allowed herself to be drawn down, if only so she could become able to be kept warm. She was oblivious to the guilt that Rayla faced, but would accept that she needed the body warmth as much as Rayla did. It was easy to see with the slight bit of shivering that was happening. She felt as if the page had been turned black and white as she leaned close to the older girl. It was not uncomfortable per se, but it was still not comfortable as Erisu was feeling shy and not at all ready for such skin-ship. Even if the readers enjoyed it quite a bit, it did not make the characters involve enjoy it to such degrees. The feeling of warmth did help though, and made it hard not to remain close for this sake.
Erisu would listen and speak. "I remember hearing about a lot of events, even seen some of them myself, though the explanation my family have given never made sense, so I had to accept that they were crazy..." she would slightly pout at that thought. She knew that her family was not inherently bad, except maybe her father. She just could not accept them as sane, nor their quarrel either. It was not something she wanted. "One should not take upon belief something they have not witnessed or experienced, for there are many lies, and crazy theories that exist." she would finish. It was part of her favorite creed. It was something she took upon herself mostly for survival. She did not want to think of some of the things she had to ignore to remain sane. She would reach her hand up, staring at the back of her hand. Her eyes would glisten for a moment as a tear formed from both.
She would remember the moment when she no longer matched with her Sister. When her mother, father and Older brother seemed like crazy people, and she was left mostly alone, forced to go back and forth with her parents homes as destinations, but never aligning to either. It had been a nightmare, but her sister had said it was real. Her father and mother also believed it to be real, and her brother had shared that it had been real. It was that night that Erisu had stopped seeing things, and started living normally. She had thrown away her imagination, and her ability to believe in fantasy, and became obsessed with being a normal girl. It was then that she had split from her family. She had been told since before then, that she was different, but it was the day when she truly became different.
She would grab one of Rayla's hands and hold it tightly to her. It was something that Erisu was still dealing with. The loneliness, as most people in reality avoided her for being unable to fit in. Rayla was probably crazy herself, but at least she wanted to keep Erisu close. It was something that Erisu realized on an instinctual level. This was something that she had blinded herself to. She knew she was lonely, but she did not know it was because something about her had pushed others away. She thought she was too average and normal to be interesting enough for people to want her around. She did not acknowledge there was more too it.
Post by RAYLA LICHTSTEIN on Sept 13, 2018 4:42:56 GMT
Among two both understood loneliness far greater than others. One who stood out while another remained hidden. When Rayla entered a classroom eyes and ears perked towards what seemed like a beacon, a shining star in the far distance. Yet, none could never reach that star. Whereas Erisu’s presence remained sunken into herself, no one noticed the absence of passing night’s dream. That was Rayla and Erisu, two vastly different individuals among the color wheel. The bright star brightly glittered within this dream-like world, for this setting is how Rayla pictured Erisu. She was a dream that didn’t believe in fantasies. That’s why, Rayla would be the yellow that complimented the purple Erisu.
For such a lonely girl who gripped Rayla’s hand, Rayla slide her other hand across soft, pale, normal, cheek. Thumb sliding upwards to rid Erisu’s face of tears. Her normally tense gaze shined no less however the star’s eyes did not pity Erisu nor look down on her but, rather, took on the role as a pillar of strength. ”To say you are wrong, you aren’t. But did you know rumors start from somewhere? I believe in a lot of things, and don’t believe in a lot of things. But you know what I do believe in? A magical moment like this, that’s what I believe.” She’d not demean Erisu or lecture her, she didn’t have a reason. Maybe what she said was to fill a bit of her own loneliness but she had forgotten about that and cold.
”Did you know that purple compliments yellow?” A way of making small talk while also keeping the mood, Rayla brought her lips to Erisu’s cheek, staying there unsure how to proceed with their situation. It was all weird, but also mystical.
Post by Hitsugi, Erisu on Sept 13, 2018 5:08:55 GMT
She would take a moment to just enjoy the feeling of being held, and not being called an oddity. The moment that she was the focus was a weird moment. She had been brought to a moment like this due to a simple comment, but also a wish to escape the cold. The cold itself could be a metaphor for how she felt. She had been alienated and isolated, and she knew this, but was too stubborn to allow herself acknowledgement. She needed normality and average levels. She needed it to make it so that things from her nightmares did not remind her of their reality. She still could not recall it clearly enough to reveal what it was to anyone. She just knew that she would not want to face it now, so instead she just held on to that hand, and let her tears be wiped away, and a gentle feeling of Rayla's breath on her cheek. She was so strong, and Erisu did not realize how lonely that Rayla was. She only realized that Rayla was there for her. The girl who upon first meeting had goosed her butt. She would blush as well, but now she was not nearly as cold. The feeling of the fire and a comforting figure beside her made for things to be a lot better.
She would slowly nod at the comment that was made, it did not change her perceptions, but it was true that many things were based in fact. She would not tell Rayla that she was wrong, for what made one person themselves and what made Erisu herself were not the same. Both had their roots, and their beliefs were based upon their own experience. That meant that she would have to just accept everything as they were. She did not feel like trying to drag the girl's mind through some sort of trench to bring her to her own level. She would not for there was trauma there that had brought her to such levels.
"Purple? Hmm, my hair? It seems to shift from blue to purple depending on my time in the sun, but I think yellow compliments both." she would whisper quietly, as she cotninued to hold on to that hand. She suddenly wondered how she had lucked out into hanging out with this older lady, who had been a stranger so recently. It was obviously that something happened to lead to them wanting to spend time with each other, probably more than just Erisu's wish not to spend time at her father's, where her sister was. She did not want to think about how chaotic that world was, so pushed that thought away. "You still rival the sunlight with your brightness, did you mean that you were brighter when we spoke in the park?" she asked, a little smile starting to show, even if her eyes were still in that worried state.
She did not realize how much this moment would possibly change things. Would this increase their relationship? Would it be the spark that would start unraveling Erisu, and make it so that her reality would shift? It was hard to say. What was known was that this was probably the true start of things, for though she was not the main character in most things, she was at last part of the main cast for the story. She would even get to be part of the opening credit scene, and in the opening pages of the manga as one of the characters. It would be a lot better for her, as she would not just some character that was usually seen in the background, and a character who would just become part of the scenery any longer.

To say Rayla hadn’t noticed subtle aspects about Erisu would be false information. Though hardly a detective she watched how she walked talked and acted around others. Thus far Rayla had accumulated a modest amount of data on Erisu, first meetings being impressionable weren’t always true. By judging games by their covers people wouldn’t pick it up and start playing. Reviews were only impressions by others on how a game could be better or why it wasn’t good. Plain, dull, covers often went ignored rather than given attention. So for Rayla, who opened up Erisu’s game, her book, she became involved in her story.
”I’ll always shine brightly, no matter the situation.” She responded. ”Not that I have to, but because it’s just who I am.” Confidence borderlining arrogance remained like nature for Rayla. Even in dreary situations Rayla remained Rayla. Just because her family discarded something impure or drug her face in the mud, quite literally, that dirty star called Ray still shined. Though her story wasn’t one totally comprised of anger or revenge that would remain for another time. For now, she’d dare take gentle, yet impactful, action by brushing lips slowly across Erisu’s cheek. ”The sun needs her moon and you, my butterfly, have captivating wings.”
Spoken in a whisper, she gave time for Erisu to turn her head away should she not allow Rayla to seal a kiss upon her lips.
Post by Hitsugi, Erisu on Sept 13, 2018 18:01:23 GMT
She would blush at the statement. Captivating wings? Moon? Butterfly? These were things she had never thought she would be likened to. She would hide her face, but this time to hide a goofy grin that would have spread. She did not know how else to handle it, she wanted to enjoy this a lot longer, even if the feeling of her bra and underwear cold against her with the slight heat of the fire were still heavy against her, this feeling of being able to be coddled. Of being noticed, and even... was this how it was to feel wanted? Erisu had never thought about it, she had skated by in a lot of cases on that. She had never known the feeling, and now that the feeling was here... it was addictive. She would wipe the last vestments of tears from her face as she would turn to Rayla-
It was unintentional. It happened anyways. Rayla had stolen her first kiss. The sudden blush that spread all through out her body now existed. It made the plain color of her underwear now more noticeable as her eyes went wide and even metaphorical steam escaped her ears. In the same frame some jerk of an artist made a facsimile of her heart as a pedometer, and it just want from zero to two hundred in that moment. The next was frame was her mind being like that of an old train whistle being pulled. The swirls returned to Erisu's eyes, but this time, she did not outright pull away. Instead she just looked at Rayla, stuck in a plethora of thoughts and emotions.
'Did she just kiss me? Did I just lean in for a kiss? Does she like me like that? Do I even swing that way? Wait, I am naked... no I am not naked, but close. Maybe I swing that way? I mean, she is rather pretty...' She would think in a rush. Mostly what played on her face was a frozen look of shock, a little fear and uncertainty, and a lot of confusion and blushing. This was how Erisu was handling it, probably not well, but that did not stop her from pulling Rayla's hands to her own and holding them between her and Rayla.
After a few moments, she would finally speak, her voice small, lost, but searching. "Does... does this mean you like me? That was my first kiss... am I still able to get married? Do I even want to get married?" that last question had meant to be a thought, but it escaped her lips in her confusion. Though her mind was all fuddled, her body on the other hand had other ideas, as she leaned against the blonde. A part of her thought it was nice to be protected, to be wanted, to be considered in such a romantic way. She would close her eyes as she tried to put all the racing thoughts and feelings in order, not that she could. She had not been prepared for love, and it just kind of kicked in the door. It was ready to kick some rear and chew bubblegum, and it just ran out of gum. Erisu would not realize it yet, but she had fallen. She had flown to close to the sun, and her wings of wax had been melted, leading her to crash to earth.
She had been in heaven if it existed, and spotted the most beautiful angel, only to trip off a cloud and come crashing, and now she was still captivated, as she was falling to her death.
She would not be recovering quick enough to make sense of anything, but she wanted to know what Rayla thought. She would just lean against her, her back to the fire. All eyes were probably on Rayla now, as the action of her's was what lead to this. They wanted to know if Erisu had been promoted from just main cast, to possible heroine. They wanted to know why the lady had chosen the most peasant like peasant in the kingdom. She maybe did not have that kind of intention, or maybe she had. Erisu had no way to know, and the audience was now on the edge of their seats, waiting on her.
Erisu finally opened her eyes, the blush still across her face.

Mental cogwheels ceased function whilst the heart continued. The beating organ outputted enough energy to the equivalent of an electric damn powered by rushing water. Blood hadn’t stained her taste buds however the echo’s within her chest reached her ears. This rush, while similar, was different from dancing with life and death. Tonight’s tightrope performance was balanced by loving embrace. Was all this just from the longing of her heart or had Rayla genuinely enjoyed the person in her arms, the soul that had just been on her lips? What had Rayla liked about her?
Rayla still had much to learn about Erisu. The long hair likened to space itself shifted colors. She wasn’t impulsive by nature. Instead, keeping herself well grounded in reality while choosing not to believe everything. Uncertainty mistaken as boldness or confidence was funny but not mockingly so. Rayla’s opinion on Erisu’s inner strength might be wrong. That thought she still needed to understand while allowing her impulsive nature to ride the waves. Should she be wrong then she was wrong. For now, she’d continue without regret picking up pieces should their fairytale shatter. The truth was within pure impulse based. That’s how Rayla was.
”That was my first too.” The adorable Erisu’s worries were not very founded. ”You can still get married, but let’s take things as they come.” A snicker meet with a grin. Rayla’s hand upon Erisu’s cheek slid down, fingers tracing along jaw neck and shoulder. Caressing each feacher with ernest admiration while continuing down and along her spine. Merely the skin of her fingers going down and back up, but using nails for stimulation when going back down a second time, all the way to her tailbone. ”Would you want to continue, until the storm dies down? After I’ll make us something to eat at my place, and get a change of clothes.”

As Erisu slowly recovered from the frenzy of emotions, shivering from the feeling Rayla's fingers, she would sigh of enjoyment. She was suddenly feeling a little more at ease. The brain had slowed back to normal, and so did the pulse. Instead she would get up close to Rayla, and for a second, an interesting thought passed through Erisu's head. 'My Rayla Lichtstein.' She would shake her head though. She was not ready to make such a commitment. She must not be so hasty, she just barely started to consider if she was alright with being with anyone. She was not going to open that up yet, she still had many things to build up to.
She had much to learn about Rayla, but she was finding it hard to not be attracted to the warmth, and protectiveness of her. She thought that Rayla was radiant and beautiful, but did she know enough to truly accept being attracted to her? She would need to take her time, to feel up the girl... feel out, not up. That was a loss of control for a moment, but was it fair that she had been groped and not returned the favor? She did not know, but she was not willing to push forth for such a thing yet. It was not in her nature... plus she should not give up the goods so soon. She was confused where all these thoughts were coming from. She just knew that she wanted to hold off.
"I think we should take our time, I do not think we should move faster than our hearts beat" she would state. She would smile. "If you want... I could become romantically entangled with you... but please understand that I might go crazy as I am all mixed up by you." she would blurt out that last part rather quickly, trying to hide her embarrassment at what she felt was so forward. It was an honest declaration that she was alright with possibly starting a relationship, but was not secure enough to maintain it as a full declaration. She was not brave enough or strong enough to make a full declaration. "I would not mind just being close to you for now, until we can go to your home." she would blush as she tried to snuggle close to Rayla.
Still, if one were to check her eyes, they would see heart shaped pupils. Not a literal transformation, but one that happened in the way of anime and cartoons. She had not realized she had fallen, but it was obvious to all watching, especially the guy in the audience in the third row with his feet on the seat in front of him. What a jerk. Erisu was immune to the direction of the camera though, and instead was trying not to think too deeply into the potential of being a couple with someone. Trying not to think about how she was slowly losing her direction and becoming more enamored with it, even if she was not ready to accept or see it herself. She would want to protect Rayla too.
As such, her reality had shifted, with just the addition of a new ingredient. One Rayla Lichtstein.

This Butterfly is all mine. How easily her wings could be plucked right now. She mentally nodded how easily Erisu would fall. Butterflies couldn’t soar without their wings. Erisu wasn’t any different in that aspect or was she? Did Erisu have enough strength to crawl back into a cocoon after losing everything? The Star’s lands were forcefully stripped away by others because of what The Star was. Everything taken yet concealed itself to shine another day. The situations Rayla thought of were different. Rayla wouldn’t toy with Erisu’s emotions like that. Besides, she liked her. Wondering how Erisu could handle bad things was more a, cruel, playful thought. Rayla didn’t yet know Erisu’s past. That was a story for another time.
The page turned to another chapter. By now they could be classified as a couple, dating, being girlfriends. Shivers crept along Rayla’s. They still hadn’t escaped the cold even from being so close together and at fireside. So one leg wrapped around Erisu’s for increased sharing of heat. That Erisu might go crazy sounded exciting, causing nails to go lower than her tailbone. Down across waist to hip, down her leg and back up. A manner of teasing to excite the body. Wet bottom undergarments had a different from when nails traced across dry fabric or bare skin. Indeed, Rayla mischievously clawed her rump as though to get a better understanding of Erisu’s body. There lips once again meet for a time. Breathing was something Rayla needed practice on, small gasps of air being released from her mouth or nose, trying to find a good rhythm. Well, trying considering she was more than a bit distracted.
”There won’t be any straightjacket if you go crazy. Just bonds tying you up, and me holding the leash. Well, if it gets to bad.”

She would giggle, but blush as she accepted the physical confirmation of her impending relationship. She would have to accept that she was in what was called a Lesbian relationship. She still did not know if she was one, or even adjacent to it, but she would have to accept that. She would blush with the teasing of her new girlfriend's actions. It was at least distracting from the cold and the storm. That was a positive. The clothing would probably dry soon, and if she could ignore the hand that was playing with her rear, she would be able to enjoy this time of being close with someone.
This would not take long to unravel, as she realized several things at once. One, she had a girlfriend. Two, she would be going to her Girlfriend's house. Three, she would be getting food and clothing from her girlfriend's house. Four, she was being sexually harassed by her girlfriend. Five, the fourth point did not bother her quite as much as it should because of the prior harassment she had already endured. All of this would bring a few things back to life again. The Blush, the swirly eyes, the steam from the ears, and a sense of bringing her closer to her girlfriend.
"Stupid Onii-sama... predicting this." she would mumble. Remembering the park, and her brother speaking up about an attraction to blonds and a girlfriend. This would have been funniest if not for the slight void between her and her family. Still she would have to accept that he probably predicted this coming. Not the situation itself, but probably the fact that Erisu would be swayed by this lovely angel. If she had a chance later, she might punch him for it. Not that it would do anything to him.
Still, she would just have to accept the feeling of being part of a relationship. It made her feel warmer, almost warm enough to put back on her clothing. She would not though, as she wanted more close time. "You will not regret this?" she would ask, the uncertainty showing in her face, as she looked up sweetly, cutely, and shyly. She wanted to hear it from Rayla. She wanted to know that Erisu Hitsugi, the girl in front of her, was really who she wanted at the moment. Not just from physical actions, but from verbal statements. Admittedly some of her statements came from brief moments of breaking the kisses to breath.

Trapped soundly in a long cloistered sleep, two were resting close at peace. Was this just a longing dream of the heart? Dress one body up in all flowers gold and another indego so no mortal eye can see. One wished another to sing a tiny summer song with the melodic whisper of love. ”Don’t let yourself regret this.” She warned Erisu. Perhaps Erisu was more worried about herself than, to avoid being hurt.
To hurt someone without reason wasn’t like Rayla, unless she was speaking the truth of a matter. Even then, that was people’s own lack of heart to accept truth. ”Being this close to the sun can make you burn .” A fair warning that was, perhaps, long overdue or maybe Erisu knew Rayla could be dangerous. Only time would tell. ”I’m not going to regret this. And if you fall, I’ll just have to do something that will make you want to stand back up.” .
Rayla gave Erisu an answer. She’d stay at her side without regret. This girl wasn’t totally normal as something had yet to spark inside her. Once it did Rayla would be there at her side, when the veil was ripped down. For time being lips would press and bodies warm. Saliva filled kisses were a problem she’d need to fix. Sure Rayla did lots of research but putting into practice was different. So time would pass and clothing dried, they could finally get dressed.
The storm had mostly receded. Rayla having wondered why ice formed when not scheduled but let the thought pass. Right hand on hip and left combing through hair. She dully glared at the still falling rain that had lightened up. ”Shit weather and even shittier weather predictions. I’d file a complaint if it’d do any good.” Not like most reports helped. She sighed and looked to Erisu. ”We should go while there still isn’t any traffic on the roads or sidewalks. Scum will also be out and about soon and I don’t feel like dealing with idiots in places like this.”

With one set of lines, both in answer of Erisu's question, she would let herself relax a little, and smile. She was in a relationship. A relationship could lead to many positive things for someone, such as never being left alone again, and always having someone to look at you and vice versa. Always having someone to keep protected and to protect you, but would she be able to protect Rayla when it came time to. She did not know, but she would have to give her best. This was just how things were at the times like this, she would have to learn to. She had found someone who wanted her, and that meant that she was her's by all right.'All mine, no one else should have her.' she would state, as she would happily smile and press into the girl, while doing awkward kisses, and snuggles. It was as if she had trapped Rayla, but if there was a trap, then Rayla had walked in on her own accord. It was not like Erisu could be crazy and possibly tie her up, and offer to take care of waste removal and feeding and stuff for all time in the case of some major incident... No, that was not Erisu... was it?
She would find herself happy though, when she was able to put her clothing on. It was still a little stiff from drying, but it was better than being in the wind with out anything. Not that the weather would allow for many other things. It was still raining, but at her new girlfriend's pushing, they would have to seek the streets. "Of course... we do not want to deal with others, not with the cold to deal with." she would muse, as she would carefully grab Rayla's arm, and follow her. She did not know where they were to go, but it was the safest way to move through. They needed to move along. She did not want to run into other people while they were out and about. She wanted to safely get to where Rayla wanted her... not for any dark or perverted reasoning, but better clothing, and maybe an umbrella... oh and food. People needed food... Would Erisu be cooking? She did not know.
She then remembered something from their prior meeting... "If... we are going to your place... does that mean I am meeting your family?" she would ask, a timidity falling over the eyes of Erisu. She did not know of Rayla's living environment, which meant that this would be shocking none the less, but she wanted to not be so scared of the place that her girlfriend lived, if only because it could also be an escape from her family's insanity, and also a place that she could be with someone who had claimed her heart. She needed to find a way to be prepared, but she did not know how long the walk would be. She still had to walk side by side with the girl though, since she wanted to be close to her, and also keep the arm closest to her where she could hopefully prevent groping while they are moving. She did not want to get surprised by a random goosing.
There were suddenly art spikes going around about various persona of their relationship. Some healthy, some not healthy. Some where they remained as they were, and others where they were not as they are, but in some alternate fashion. These art would all be called trash by true fans, but they would all secretly purchase their favorites or make their own attempts at pushing forth their own secret wishes. There were also many odd shipping that happened that made things even odder.
