Theo can't buy this item himself; Seran has to buy it with points, and then give it to Theo in-character. (Otherwise anyone could just buy tier VII items with points whenever they wanted, making the item creation mastery useless!)
Seran's got more than enough points though just tell BM to pm me or get me on the box and confirm he's cool with it and I'll take them out of Seran's account.
Would still be good if you can do even just a short 4-post thread of Theo picking it up tho.
