Name: Primer Rounds
Class: Weapon Skill Technique

Type: Offensive
Range: 75 meter diameter effective range.
Description: By first hardening minute amounts of their reiatsu into a physical form, the user can effortlessly create bullets for use in rifles. The user then manipulates the reiatsu comprising the bullet, coating it in a layer of reiatsu that sheds on contact and bonds to the surface it makes contact with, marking a 6 inch radius around the point of contact. The primer rounds then mark the target for 5 posts. If the user hits the marked area with another attack containing their reiatsu signature then the primer gets detonated at tier damage. Every post after the mark is set, the marked area increases in area covered on the target by another 6 inches allowing for easier detonation of the marked area. The mark does the damage of the higher tier of attacks (either of the primer rounds themselves, or of the attack that detonates). All primer rounds fire at cero speed with a 1 post cooldown in between firing. If fired by an automatic weapon only a burst-fire of 3 bullets are allowed every rotation,
but with the obvious drawbacks of accuracy being less reliable than a single-shot weapon.

Description: For any firearm with a button or switch for changing the firing mode of the weapon, the user can use the motion of changing the firing mode as the catalyst to prepare a charged shot of tier capability of either Firing Mode, or of the shot produced, whichever is higher of the two. If utilized on a round of higher tier strength than Firing Mode, it additionally buffs the round to x2 of the tier's damage.

Class: Reiryoku Technique
Tier: II
Type: Offensive
Range: 50 meter diameter
Description: The user compresses their reiatsu to an extreme level at a pocket in space creating a singularity. The singularity is then manipulated by the user's reiryoku to repulse and discharge a constant blast of matter, energy, and air pressure for a duration of 8 posts. The white hole repulses anything within a 10 feet radius of its center and upon the end of the duration implodes the singularity shut with a tier II explosion. Anything that manages to get forced near the white hole will experience tier II push and concussive force.

Name: Heaven Slicer
Class: Reiryoku Technique
Tier: II
Type: Offensive
Range: 25 meter radius
Description: The user makes a line in the air in front on them and from it a razor thin white blast of lightning-based energy shoots out in a 3 foot wide line at bala speed. The user can also delay the blast a few seconds leaving a shimmering line in place from where the line will shoot out from.
