PERSONALITY

Higanbana cannot be called a very active person. She says: Why do today when you can just end it; which is much darker than what may seem from someone so slothful. Lazing around doing nothing but sleeping is her favorite pastime. Those who walk around during daytime hours are called Day Walkers by her. Bright lights hurt her eyes but mostly because she only goes out at night or keeps lights off in her room, only being light up when watching television playing video games or her small nightlight that isn’t used much. She isn’t much for sugary sweets because they make her “feel weird”, preferring foods such as hamburgers pizza &, oddly enough, caesar salad. Carbonated drinks are something else she isn’t for nor is coffee, but hot chocolate & tea are fine. 

Higanbana isn't overly social since crowds make her feel uncomfortable, mostly because people are annoying with their bad scents and hard ass ways. The easygoing Higanbana deals with people just fine so long it is limited to two or three. She doesn't mind company nor living with someone, even having a cuddle buddy can be fun. Friends aren’t easily made, but it isn’t as though Higanbana dislikes or even hates most people. She has a preference of distaste and distrust, not caring about them. Why? Why should she? It isn’t as though they did anything for her nor has she any reason to do something for them. 

Higanbana’s humor typically shifts towards the darker spectrum. Her morbid humor comes from some philosophical understanding and achievement on her part. Laying around doing nothing gives her more thinking time than someone should have but rather or not she really has much going on inside that skull of hers is unknown. In truth she mostly listens in on others conversations. Due to being surrounding by people like Seran & Gage she hears a lot of things. And since she is to lazy to even change channels sometimes she ends up watching National Geographic Comedy Central or whatever currently on.

Very little of Higanbana’s original self remains, however, this brings up a question rather or not it is the memories or personality that makes up who someone is. Bits of both are retained in Higan’s current self. Those faint moments from a time before echo at certain moments. To her, if there is a meaning in those resonating memories, then maybe then she’s doing something right. She recalls feeling the ‘soul’ of the surrounding world however it has been exchanged for something else. Higanbana does not fully understand this herself although she has chosen to not muse over it much but, rather let things just happen.
