BREAK FREE OF THE CHAINS That Hold You Down
She went walking down the block looking stylish. Black booties, ripped jeans and a halter top to finish. White hair cascaded over her shoulders, red optics like rubies watched her surroundings taking in the sights. Usually when she came out it was always night. Sneaking out from under papa's nose but she guessed he probably knew, he just let her make her own mistakes because that's how kids grow. With that being said she was smarted than most, looking like sixteen when she really a year old. Still knowledge was bestowed on her but people skills were lost she couldn't work with most folks. Even her own sister she kept on some tight ropes, mostly just to check her whenever she acted up.
She left the urban streets headed into the park deep into a grove of trees. Here she could be alone and feel at ease. She sat in the shade and let herself cool off, the sun was bearing down and it was feeling pretty warm. Not a single cloud up in the sky, but the gentlest of winds blew providing some comfort from the heat. She wasn't sure what she was doing here. She should be at home doing... she wasn't sure what she was supposed to be doing. Her father had said it himself hadn't he, that she lacked drive. What was her ambition, what did she truly want out of this world that she was brought into? Was she simply nothing more than another doll made to do someone else's bidding, or did she have her own purpose?

Maxwell made his way down the streets of the city, attracting many stares as he did so from the local inhabitants. The well dressed dapper man looked out of place in the well populated Japanese town of Karakura, and he knew it. He paid the stares no mind, merely waving and nodding in greeting, puffing every so often on the pipe in his mouth, making sure that the contents kept burning, savoring the test of tobacco as he exhaled the smoke every now and then. He was enjoying himself; the sun was out, there were little to no clouds, and a slight breeze kept the heat at bay, even though he was wearing a jacket. Humming to himself, the Bount stopped at a nearby kiosk and paid for a newspaper, tucking it under his arm, and then continued on his way. He did not stop to read it right away, however, stopping by a pastry shop/bakery that he liked to frequent, buying himself a fair amount of red bean paste rice balls. With his sweets and newspaper in tow, he made his way to the park nearby, figuring that he would sit and enjoy his snack while checking the news and his stocks.
As he made his way through the clearing, he spotted what appeared to be a young girl standing in the clearing, and he stopped to observe her curiously, adjusting the pipe in his mouth. He sniffed casually at the air, using his sense of unique "smell" to get a feel for the girl...and was surprised when the smell did not come back as human. He was, in fact unfamiliar with this scent. He COULD tell that this person was stronger then a normal human. He observed her carefully from a distance for a while, noting that she just seemed to stare into space. Eventually he decided to walk forward, sitting himself on a nearby bench. He looked up at her as he opened his newspaper, smiling at her warmly.
"Please excuse the intrusion, young lady. It's such a nice day I figured that I would read the paper in the park."

An annoyed Superia ignored those who gave her confused looks. The oddly dressed girl’s overall appearance seemed odd. Porcelain toned skinned mixed well with her stoic expression that as though she were carve from smooth stone. Had she not moved onlookers could, and have before, mistook her for a life size doll. From the moment Superia left her house to a park she made no stops or paid attention to anyone. And despite living around Karakura Town for a whole week she still hadn’t adapted to the shear tide of people that cluttered the city streets everyday.
Her destination wasn’t anywhere in particular, although the day’s head began taking a toll on the shut-in. Preferring cooler weather, she made way to a nearby park at a spot not many went. Upon her arrival, she had noticed an older gentleman speaking to, what she assumed, his granddaughter. Yet once again, she paid them no mind as she pulled out a small black book from her pocket and began reading. Her eyes traced over them for but a brief moment, taking notice of the female’s revealing attire as well her hightened spiritual nature. She seemed human in appearance but the feel was different. And the man was even stranger, producing no aura at all.
Shaking her head, the Quincy went back to reading.

BREAK FREE OF THE CHAINS That Hold You Down
Her peace had been disturbed, well not really but she was no longer by her lonesome. A strange man had walked up to where she was announcing his presence as not to be rude or scare her she supposed. It wasn't necessary she would've sensed him. That was when she noticed... she knew he was there but she sensed nothing. Not even a speck. She stared at him as she actively tried to probe him with her reiatsu. He felt like an empty space, what was he how could she not sense him?
She was so caught up in this new character that she hadn't even noticed the other presence that was now there. She turned when she felt the familiarity in the type of reiatsu she was feeling. A Quincy. She turned, expecting to see Liam, but it was a girl, with short hair dressed somewhat eccentrically. Well if today wasn't her lucky day, two odd people just happened to stumble upon her. The real question was who would she go and bother now. She glanced between the two trying to decide who seemed like more fun. She didn't really feel like hanging out with the old man, plus him not having anything for her to sense was kinda creepy, and being that that girl was a Quincy, perhaps she could some how figure out if she was getting the same readings as herself or if Hikari was just off on this one.
She stood to her feet and walked over to the girl with a smile on her face. "Hi, I'm Hikari. What's your name?"
