we must be K I L L E R S
CHILDREN OF THE HOLLOWED ONES
Time hop back to before my character enters your zan....
"I guess that really depends on a couple of things. First all things are a little sentient, smaller less complex items less so than bigger intricate ones. I have 'communicated' with computers before and while extreamly intelligent and full of interesting tidbits of knowledge they really lack personality. One time while I was hiking in the mountains and I did the same thing with a boulder and all i could get out of it was that it missed being in the ocean. Appearently it had been in the ocean some point of its life. Then when i got to the top of the mountain I was able to 'communicate' with the mountain itself. That was an interesting conversation. It was the mountain, more so than anything else I have ever spoken with, that gave me an interesting conversation." Gage says all this before he goes into Tatsu's blade.
"Yes I was in...inside something. That was amazing. There is a whole world in there...its like a reality of its own." Gage rubs his eyes an sniffs as his nose acts up, running a bit as a small headache starts to work its way in. Tatsu seemed overly excited about the information, pleasing Gage that he could do something to help him get closer to his...goals? His inner zen...? What ever he was doing he was happy to do it. "Well I didn't get a very good look at him...them? Well there was deffinatly two of them but I only...interacted with one of them. He didn't seem very happy to see me poking my nose about."
"Honestly I have no idea, I have never tried pulling someone else into a conversation with me much less into such an intricatly woven world. If we are going to do this you need to make this as easy as possible, it was rough on me just by myself so I may not be able to get this on the first try the way we want so if we do make it in keep your head down." Placing one hand on the sheath once more Gage closes his eyes and lays his left hand on Tatsu's fore arm closest.
Concentrating on Tatsu's souls and its mass he tries to get his head around it. It was larger, as far as souls go, than anything that he had attempted to manipulate on his own before. While the soul was not as weathered as the mountains, it was denser, containing more energy per inch. Leading it forward he pulls on the smallest corner of the soul and guides it out of his body as best he can. There was no way that Gage could explain the feeling, the ability to manipulate a living creatures soul being like trying to guide a raging bull down a glass hallway in a china shop.
Tatsu himself would be undergoing something of his own adventure, not being put into the blade yet but still haveing his concious mind toted out of his body and placed into Gages open hand. This was a manuver of trust. If Gage had the slightest reason to he could just release the soul into the world, leaving the body in a comatose state until the found a way to unite. The paricular sensation of being bodyless, even more literally than in the normal shinigami sense, would be unique to Tatsu. Whether or not it would hurt would be up to Tatsu and how hard he clings to his subconcious body.
