If I have tier VII techniques before I apply the cap, do I discard all of them?
2. There are major disrepancies in the length of kido incantations. Just look at Sokatsui/shakkaho then look at Rikujokoro/Gochutekkan. Some incantations just really aren't worth saying right now, so are there any plans to give incentives, at least for the stronger ones with longer incantations?
