I don't see why Teleporation can'be be a release technique anymore. Teleporation should be a rare ability, IC anyway, and Relases are one of those speical things that can do more than other techs can.
I get the none use in combat, I'm fine with that. But I'm not fine with not being able to use teleportation techs period with release.
