Description: A long, pristine spear forms in Yeong's hands. This technique does two things. It allows her an x3 buff to speed. And each thrust, slice or attack is followed by a tier III shockwave. These shockwaves travel two meters. Extending the full brunt to three meters. The spear is roughly one meter. (considered a meter for consistency's sake.) Per cooldown rules, tier III immediate activate, no duration, does not suffer a cd. The technique itself lasts two posts. Four posts cooldown. The blade will return to her back as per Weapon Control passive technique.
