Description: Byakuya's speed is unmatched within all of Soul Society save for Yoruichi Shihoin, Even then Yoruichi herself would find herself at a loss for words at the immense speed Byakuya has developed. Byakuya's stepping is no longer hindered by the space around him, the Universe itself bends to his speed and because of such Byakuya is able to simply jump through the Universe to reach his destination. This functions as a Mid-Combat Teleportation Technique.
Byakuya is Spec Stepping, I'm also going for the perk "Spatial Knowledge" which allows for mid-combat teleportation techniques.
