Name: Gluttony Class: Seiren Tier: II/I-VI Type: Offensive/Passive /Defensive/Healing Range: 50 Meters Description: Upon release, Liam's Seiren emits a cloud of smoke. This smoke is capable of traveling up to 50 meters away from Liam and responds to his his mental command (speed based on tier). When a mental command is given the smoke's properties turn acidic. Burning away techniques of equal tier and dealing acidic damage to any who are caught in the cloud. As the acid is formed through his own power. Liam is immune to the acid effect of the gas unless he willingly allows himself to be burned. The gas itself consumes everything in its path. Reishi, energy, matter, Reiryoku and Reiatsu are all consumed if left unprotected in the gas. An interesting side effect of this technique is that the more Liam consumes of a technique or material. The more he learns of it. Getting small pieces of information from consuming it once or twice. To discovering far more with repeated consumption.
1 Consumption: The technique's name 2 Consumptions: Its tier 3 Consumptions: Its properties (Eg Reishi based, Hollow Power, Poisons etc.) 4 Consumptions: Its effects.
However the opposite can also happen. When a different command is given, the smoke gains various healing properties. Converting into flesh, blood and spiritual matter in order to heal wounds, and rejuvenate others. Of course, creation and destruction cannot co-exist. Liam is unable to utilize the healing properties of Gluttony whilst its destructive effects are active and vice versa. Along with this. It requires a great deal more focus to use. Making use of it in combat extremely difficult. Leaving Liam vulnerable.

This is approved, Just as a side note though. This rule is still in effect.
- If a technique covers two technique types broadly (e.g. Offensive/Supplementary), when activated this targets the cooldown for both types of techniques.
