Fullbring Appearance: Utopia Breaker's first alteration favors a sleeker design than the, bulkier, original. The midnight black metal arm is designed similar to a knight's as if it were engraved and enhanted through mystical means. Like the original form, Justin's entire right arm is consumed becoming completely metal without traces of flesh bone or blood. As well, the knuckle closest to fingers tip and up is sharp. Fullbring PowersName: Proud Wave Mastery: Fullbring Type: Offensive Tier: I-III Range: 100 meters Description: A simplistic attack that mimics Cero and Bala. Proud Wave is a condensed beam or orb that varies in size depending on Justin's preference at the time. Minimal compression is pen tip while largest is one meter round. Can only be released somewhere from his right arm. Maximum speed would be Cero. Name: Devouring Utopia Mastery: Fullbring Type: Offensive/Healing Tier: III Range: Personal- 25 Meters Description: Also simply called "Devour", Justin's Fullbring extends a solid tar-like black dragon with yellow eyes. This 'dragon' can eat an amount of physical or spiritual matter; Then digests through sublimation into his Fullbring. This deals Tier III damage to anyone/anything it hits, but must get the mouth over. The 'dragon' follows Justin's hand motions, able to move at most Cero speeds while lasting, at most, five posts. Following, minor wounds [scratches, bruises, pulled muscles] will start healing given Justin is out of combat by using the absorbed matter in two posts. This also helps combat weak poisons infection diseases. Lastly, the 'dragon' has a sense of taste that is shared with Justin upon contact with its mouth.
