Description: A small pocket dimension Eevee can open when she feels like going there. This dimension is filled to the rim with everything a item creation master could want, and with a bit of focus, some reiatsu, and some inventor magic more can be added thanks to the sheer amount of reiatsu that fills the area here. While the area one is limited to is a glass platform drifting through a new form galaxy, you can't actually leave the glass area, it's the limit of the dimension while the black zone with forming colors is purely to liven the place up and keep to Eevee creation / galaxy theme powers.
Drawback: Can only be used if given OOC consent from all thread members, the duration of this ability is as long as they are within the realm but after use the user can not use another Tier VII supplementary skill for the remainder of the thread.

Description: Even the creator needs their own combat bonuses for use in fighting. Using their ability of creation to make small galaxy purely out of reiatsu around their body. This galaxy ranges in size based on the tier used but they all have the same effect. When in use this galaxy of reiatsu grants the user bonus power into their strength and increases their speed outside stepping.
Tier III: Creating minimal reiatsu construct in the form of a small galaxy around the body to augment their combat ability. Granting the user X2 to both their strength and speed outside stepping for the next seven (7) post at most. During the duration a faint black cloud drifts around the caster with a rainbow of small colored specs drifting around almost like a small galaxy deep in space. -No Cooldown.-
Tier V: Creating medium reiatsu construct in the form of a small galaxy around the body to augment their combat ability. Granting the user X3 bonus to their strength and speed outside stepping for the next five (5) post at most. During the duration a black cloud drifts rather closely to the caster's skin with a rainbow of small colored specs drifting around almost like a galaxy deep in space. Once the skill is deactivated or the duration ends it begins a Cooldown double that of the duration it was up. -Two (2) post Cooldown minimal, ten (10) Post Cooldown maximum.-
Tier VII: Creating a massive reiatsu construct in the form of a small galaxy to coat their body and clothing to augment their combat ability. Granting the user X4 bonus to their strength and speed outside stepping for the next three (3) post at most. During the duration their entire body, skin, clothing, and items on person are turned black. Drifting around this black mass is a rainbow of colors resembling that of a galaxy deep in space. Once the skill is deactivated or the duration ends it begins a Cooldown Triple that of the duration it was up. -Three (3) Post Cooldown minimal, nine (9) post Cooldown maximum.-

Range: 100 meters
Description: Creation is Eevee's specialty so it would come to no surprise she wanted to go big or go home with her galaxy theme. Using her reiatsu and human power to create small orbs of pure heat and energy to throw at her enemies or drift around her. While they each are amazing to see, they are dangerous. Able to explode on the user's command and travel some distance from the caster before automatically blowing up. The tier decided the size of the great orbs of light, the damage they can inflict in the area, and the speed they travel at.
Tier III: The smallest of the stars at only one meter in orb diameter but the most rapid of the stars in terms of casting. Traveling at half bala speed these golden orbs inflict Tier III damage when they clash with a solid object or spiritual being, or when the user detonates them. This blast zone expands the range to two meter radius from the center of the orb.
Tier IV: The second smallest of the stars at two meter in orb diameter but one of the more rapid of the stars in terms of casting. Traveling at Cero speed these golden orbs inflict Tier IV damage when they clash with a solid object or spiritual being, or when the user detonates them. This blast zone expands the range to four meter radius from the center of the orb. Once the orb explodes the skill goes on a one (1) post Cooldown.
Tier V: The medium sized star at five meter in orb diameter but with a average time in terms of casting. Traveling at cero speed these golden orbs inflict Tier V damage when they clash with a solid object or spiritual being, or when the user detonates them. This blast zone expands the range to ten meter radius from the center of the orb. Once the orb explodes the skill goes on a two (2) post Cooldown.
Tier VI: The second largest star at ten meter in orb diameter but with a heavy time in terms of casting them. Traveling at cero speed these golden orbs inflict Tier VI damage when they clash with a solid object or spiritual being, or when the user detonates them. This blast zone expands the range to twenty meter radius from the center of the orb. Once the orb explodes the skill goes on a three (3) post Cooldown.
Tier VII: The Largest star at twenty meter in orb diameter but with a crippling time in terms of casting it. Traveling at cero speed these golden orbs inflict Tier VII damage when they clash with a solid object or spiritual being, or when the user detonates them. This blast zone expands the range to twenty meter radius from the center of the orb. Once the orb explodes the skill goes on a four (4) post Cooldown.

Description: The user edits what has already been made by others, infusing objects with her reiatsu and changing them into some other shape or moving them around at speed in accordance to the tier used. The reiatsu infusion amount determining the tier of defense the object can be in the process. Some examples would be to infuse the ground with their reiatsu and pulling it up to form a wall, infusing reiatsu into a kite and having it intercept incoming attacks, and just overall using what already exist in the world to her advantage. Should the caster infuse someone else's attack with their reiatsu if equal or greater in advantages the attack is removed from play by being canceled out. The Cooldown for single use post of the ability goes up by one post at Tier IV and over, and any time the duration is beyond a single post the Cooldown is double the time the edit was in effect. Durations maximums respectfully from Tier II to Tier VII are as followed (8|7|6|5|4|3) post. Tiers I through III do not suffer any Cooldown for duration of post or single post use.

Description: The user creates objects into the realm they are currently in, ranging from simple swords, to entire laser grids should the situation call for such. Any object made must have a offensive function to them and their speed will always correspond with the tier used to make the object much like the damage it can deal. Any objects made can not exceed a fifteen square meter size and the objects made are only bound by the ICs knowledge of weaponry. At the users jurisdiction these weapons can be taken apart at will, or when they go beyond 100 meters of the caster. The Cooldown for single use of the ability goes up by one post at Tier IV and over, and any time the duration is beyond a single post the Cooldown is double the time the item was created. Durations maximums respectfully from Tier II to Tier VII are as followed (8|7|6|5|4|3) post. Tiers I through III do not suffer any Cooldown for duration of post or single post use.
