All Hail Reiryoku

Name: Hyō no Megumi [雹の恵み = Hail’s Blessing]
Class: Reiryoku.
Tier: II
Type: Supplementary.

Description: Fubuki’s Reiryoku crystalizes, taking a shape similar to that of three snowflakes. These continuously spin and revolve, drawing the shape of a sphere (radius: roughly 10cm) above the Shinigami’s head, always staying as far as possible from each other like electrons in an atomic orbital. Any snowflake shatters after 10 posts or when hit by a Tier I (or greater) Technique. It’s possible to use the Technique repeatedly, but no more than five snowflakes can stack.

Name: Hyō no Sashi [雹の刺し = Hail’s Sting]
Class: Reiryoku.
Tier: II
Type: Offensive.
Range: 10m.
Cost: 1 Snowflake.
Description: One of the snowflakes above Fubuki’s head takes the shape of a needle and is launched toward a close target at Bala Speed. At contact with skin or blood, the needle causes frostbite, dealing cold damage.

Name: Hyō no Hogo [雹の保護 = Hail’s Protection]
Class: Reiryoku.
Tier: II
Type: Defensive
Range: Self.
Cost: 1 Snowflake.
Description: One of the snowflakes above Fubuki’s head takes the shape of a Swiss Shield about as tall and large as him, offering protection. The shield shatters at the end of the post regardless of how weak the blocked attack(s) may have been.

Name: Hyōran [雹嵐 = Hailstorm]
Class: Reiryoku.
Tier: III
Type: Offensive
Range: 10m radius (Area of Effect)
Cost: 2 Snowflakes.
Description: Two of the snowflakes above Fubuki’s head merge in the middle of the imaginary sphere they orbit around, then expand in a white explosion which deals cold damage in a 10 meters radius. Fubuki and eventual remaining snowflakes are unaffected, but the same isn't true for Fubuki's allies.

Name: Hyō-hō [雹砲 = Hail Cannon]
Class: Reiryoku.
Tier: IV
Type: Offensive.
Range: 10m
Cost: 3 Snowflakes.
Description: Three of the snowflakes above Fubuki’s head merge in front of him, forming a white ball, roughly 10cm in radius, which is hurled at the target at Cero Speed. On impact, the ball causes frostbite, dealing cold damage.
