A Few Questions for Future Use

I gots questions that are important for future things if I ever post!

1.) The "one dual zan per person" rule includes site canons like CC sub-shini, yeah? (Obvious one, but want confirmation)

2.) How would a Shini starting from the ground up get a dual Zan ICly? Do they get each one individually and the two kind of bond to each other/otherwise start with one and it develops into two at some point? Do they need to be acquired at the same time? How would one do that if Zans are assigned upon graduation from the Academy or whatever?

3.) Can Shinigami/other spiritually-aware beings recognize a Zanpakuto (Asauchi or otherwise) from any other random spiritual katana?
