Zenchi - denied, can't have different effects at different tiers, can't approve 3 techs separately as 1. (1)If you want your rei passive to change, you have to re-submit the tech each time. (2)Furthermore, the range is too long, and (3)you can't be immune to reiatsu expulsion. (4)Also you can't track people while they step in that way.

2: I was going based on the Tech Guide where it says that the max for Tracking, Sensing, or other Non-Combat abilities is 200 meters. The ability lets Mitsu know where his opponent is in real time, but it doesn't actually affect his "stats" or his opponent, so I thought it fell under that category.
3: Rei expulsion is (i think) the ability to remove negative effects from one's self. You're not allowed to have such a vital-seeming ability be useless when used on yourself?

Breakdown - how can a 10m wide field be put "around" you? Is it wrapped around like a cylinder? How tall is it?

Tether - how fast do the tethers move? what is the top speed of the objects they're attached to?
Rereading my description, it is actually very misleading. The description makes it sound like some form of possession, which it is not-- that's much too complicated for Mitsu.

I've edited the description so it's clear that the tethers are just cables made of reiry. It functions like a cable would in any other anime world where the speed of an object is dependent on how hard you pull and the dynamics of the individual item. The only thing that functions differently is that he can make the cable longer or shorter at will.

Zenchi ~ the max range for any non sensing technique is 100m [50 m radius] so change the range to. 0-100m K, edited

Incinerate ~ I’m a little confused by your wording in this technique, you say you’re heating structures but in combat its upto your opponent. I’d eask that you be a little more elaborate here as; firstly your technique would perform the same function in and out of combat, secondly advantages determine what happens to your opponent so i’d ask that you remove that bit as well. You don't know me most likely, so I'll tell you now. I hate PvP with an absolute burning passion to the point where you cannot convince me to participate in it if you kidnapped my entire family, including myself, threatened to kill them as slowly and painfully as I watched with pins in my eyelids while also threatening to cut my arms and legs off with a dull butter knife.

To translate it, While in PvP --since I will never do PvP-- I don't care what other players want the effect to do. They can make it so the effect doesn't even burn them. I don't care about advantages because that's PvP stuff. I care about story. So, when not in PVP, the effect will melt through buildings. When facing against players, the effect can do whatever the opponent wants it to do.

Just a side not that you dont need coding here, that’s speficalyl for profile mods I put the coding so I can easily copy and paste it when I apply to have it added to my profile. Makes things easier for me.

I understand your dislike of PvP, but i’d insist you remove any notion of that as again. Your technique would function the same way whether in or out of PvP, this goes for any future techniques you might make. You might never do PvP but that doesnt mean you wont be able to use whatever technique you have simply because you arent in a fight at the time. So just remove that and you’ll be good to go for approval. K, edited
