Any conflicting rules found in any of the guides can be referred here and Staff will review and attempt to fix any confusion.

* [8/31/2018] Clarification on rule : You can have a maximum of 6 Soul Release Techiniques. Since you may only start with 4 at a maximum of Average Mastery, you may only not edit this mastery if you possess Oversoul.

Only new mod souls that start with 4 Soul Release techniques may start at average. Once Oversoul is achieved Soul Release is perfected and cannot be edited outside of Over Soul.
