The process to a IC lab near Karakura.

For the most part this kind of stuff doesn't really need approval. Small scale OC residences are common place. But here are some general things you should be aware of.

The following things will require extensive plot to receive:
-Your own board
-Large scale changes to existing boards
-Anything that would be considered large scale outside of existing boards (you can't, for example, take over massive pieces of land).

Also, as this is a laboratory of some description, you should note that something as simple as this where you're essentially writing yourself into having facilities like this will not give you any benefit when it comes to item creation or healing, you'll still have to follow the systems in place in order to make things.

Ok, so after a bit of thought, someone going and crushing a few of my plans, and now I am here. I'm wondering if I can do a profile modification for Eevee where in a short time frame someone went and helped her with her problem that resulted in her being in a wheelchair. The result being her with a new appearance, lose of her release, and a new outlook on life. Is that allowed or do I have to do all that ICly in threads with her solo and the NPC?

        So along with my question above I also have a error report. ATM I'm doing a thread with Eevee, an NPC I'm RPing, and Aevi. When I first looked at it the error seemed normal, then I remembered the guide and thought it was just a one time thing. At the moment when one post as a generic NPC it not only adds a post to that account's total post count but also adds the base 10 PP for posting in a regular IC board. Is this supposed to happen or can I get the 30PP gaining on this account from said error removed before I think I can use them and be informed when the error is fixed so I can resume the thread with Aevi?

I believe it follows the same chart. And in the guide it says levels of this mastery cannot be purchased with points.
